Workers were super friendly, but the lady put my battery in backwards and fried my whole system!!! I am now without a vehicle for who knows how many days! I went in there for a simple battery and left with no car. Very angry and upset.

Robert was very kind and compassionate. He answered all of my questions and help a mom having a bad day with a battery change and vehicle test. Made me smile and showed what great customer service and human kindness looks like! 10 STARS!!! Thank you Robert!

Want to let everyone know what a great experience I had getting a new batter installed by Robert at the Auto Zone on Sawmill. He was friendly, engaging, and very professional. Had the battery installed in no time and I was on my way. Great service by Robert!!

I had the absolute worst customer experience at this facility!! It all began with a battery. My car began having issues and needed a new battery - so I got one here and that seemed to fix the issue. Two weeks later, I began having the same car trouble - this time I took my car to the dealership. They completed their diagnostics and said I was given a bad battery - so I went back to autozone knowing mine was well under warranty to get it replaced. Colin tested it again - showed as a bad battery. Then he said they wouldn t replace it unless they charged it to retest it again. By this time I m already annoyed because I have my paperwork from the dealership stating it s a bad battery. So I let them charge it and of course it said full charge when they retested it again so he refused to honor my warranty. He was argumentative and loud and told me your battery is fine, see ya. By now I ve become irritated and frustrated because I ve had to jump my car literally every time and he s arguing with me that the battery isn t bad. So I went back to the dealership, again, to have them test it and once again to showed a bad battery.I called and spoke to Kevin the store manager and even he had a tone with me saying that likely the battery was fine and I had another engine issue. But he said to bring in all my paperwork and he d consider it . So finally after having to argue and escalate the issue, he honored my warranty and replaced my battery. Haven t had an issue since.If I could give negative stars I would - absolute terrible service. I don t know if it was because I was a woman or what the issue was - teach your employees respect and to listen to the customer and not argue!

These ppl here are amazing. They have helped get my car up and running not once, but twice during recent breakdowns. They have been so helpful and knowledgeable and when they didn't know something, they had someone they could ask. It was as if heaven smiles down on this location. One day we were stumped about a part and then a service guy pulls in for no reason at all. No one called him he said he felt compelled to come over. We joked that God sent him and asked if he knew how to fix the issue we had. He says he does and jumped in. I was worried about pricing cause I had very limited finances left at that moment and asked how much? He said "who am I to charge god!" Everytime I find myself here something amazing happens and I get exactly what I need. The staff here is amazing and so is the community in this area.

On Saturday 11.4.23 went to store to have low beam light replaced. Employee replaced it. Said I was good to go. On Monday while returning home from work discovered light was still out. Went back to store and Colin and manager took care of the situation. The wrong bulb was inserted. They took care of exchange and made sure both low and high beams were working before I left. Thank you to both Colin and the manager. Appreciated the assistance and no hassel in resolving the issue. Will use this store again in the future.

I was having battery troubles one morning before work. I came to AutoZone because I know they do free battery testing and I assumed my battery was dying and they would very likely have my battery in stock. One of the attendants came out to check my battery and found the connection was actually loose (thanks Roush Honda!). So he tightened up the connection and sent me on my way. I even made it to work on time!

The staff refused to help me out to do quick check engine light which takes arround 2 minuted during regular hours because they did not feel like to do it. DJ and Jordan are the worst employees of Autozone of all times. I still love autozone and i am a loyal customer but what these guys did is not acceptable at all.

Thank u to the young man who was so courteous n helpful tonight. It was near closing n he had probably had a long day but treated us like his best customers ever by checking our check engine light n track light. We had left Topeka, KS before 5 am n were weary n ready to reach our son n family in Cleveland. Sorry I didn t get the young man s name. Thanks so much.

I needed a new connector for the battery and the employees at this location were so helpful. They returned items I didn't end up needing and spent 20 mins helping me get the connector on the battery. Thankful for all their help!

Been here a couple times. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help answer questions. Last time I was here I purchased a battery and the guy was great in assisting in putting in the new battery for me. Also it s never overly busy, but may have to wait for someone to assist.

The staff working tonight was the Dream Team ! Both Abbey and Evan helped me tremendously! They tested my battery and helped me learn that my battery was bad. They educated me on the best battery for my car and even helped me install it. I was in and out and back on the road in no time! Thank you dream team!!

Usually customer service here is great. I have gone to this location for many years. I just want to let everyone know about my experience with the Rain EX wiper blades that THEY strongly recommended. The Rain EX blades performed TERRIBLELY on my vehicle. I will never buy those grossly overpriced blades again. Within 3 weeks of use they were leaving streaks across my windshield! I have cleaned them MULTIPLE times to make sure that there is no debris attached to them causing the streaks. I am completely disgusted because the nice people at Auto Zone cannot take them back because they have been used. It is ridiculous! Grossly overpriced and they did not perform well. I should NOT have listened to their recommendations. I have always used Bosch blades and they consistently perform much more optimally. I am very disappointed with the terribly lame policy that Auto Zone will not return them. Now I am just going to go up the road and buy my usual nice Bosch blades somewhere else! Rain Ex stinks. This has been very frustrating...I have bad blades just as the nasty cold weather hits! And auto zone will not give me my money back! At least in my industry we could send back to manufacturers as a defective product....because these performed TERRIBLELY .....and then we DO refund customer his/her money. Pretty lame Auto Zone that you do not do the same

The staff here was really nice. One of the gentleman that helped me had a little bit of a hard time with the help I needed but he figured it out. Some of these people are so negative on these reviews not everyone knows how to do everything & it s so silly to see people write about how they took so long... well if you(reviewer) could have done it better & faster you wouldn t be complaining . Nonetheless, I was happy with the help I got from the staff & appreciate it.
