Very easy getting my old Acura serviced. Everyone was very friendly. It was very easy getting my car serviced while I was at work. My car came back very clean, I wish I'd of given the porter a tip,

Best in customer service....I took my car for service..they picked up my car from home and kept me informed about the updates throughout and dropped back car at home after service.... only thin is it is very difficult to reach them over phone..they give a number but always reached voice mail after a wait and even text messages responses are delayed... but they treat the customers royally

I don t even know where to start.I am beyond touched about the custom tailored service I received from this service center. The personal care I received from the was beyond what I could have asked for.The exceptional care in restoring back to factory as of it had never happenedI will definitely continue bringing my vehicle to this service center. The exceptional care to scour and find a factory back ordered part and to deliver my car back to me with white glove service a month and a half before it was expected. I had to sit down with happy tears when Heather called telling me the news.

Trying to get an air conditioner fixed. Over 3 tries and still not fixed. Could spend $1,600 MORE, to possibly fix the problem... that's after already dumping over $1,000 into the problem.
