Wow! I had an amazing experience at Acura #columbusohio in Dublin! The team has been exceptional, from lease to purchase, financing, ongoing service, and support. New tires today and winterization.I deeply appreciate the expertise of the entire team, especially Jami Meredith, the Service Manager, Todd, Clay, and Brent for their world-class efforts today. I even joked with Jami and Todd that I won't be bringing back the 2024 Acura TLX Sports model! I'll just have to upgrade at some point! I cannot recommend my sales rep, Vaughn, at Acura Columbus enough. He listened to my needs and goals and walked me through options to help me achieve those goals. He was compassionate, attentive, and efficient. The whole process went much faster that I expected, and everything was well coordinated between Vaughn and the finance team member, Ashton. I will continue to lease/purchase Acura vehicles from Acura Columbus in the future.

Arrived at 1, walked out at 4 with a car! I was just planning on a test drive but they know how to make you feel comfortable with all the numbers and forms required. From Francesco in sales to Sam in finance everything went very smooth. I got a great deal financing with them and will be coming back for my next new or used car!

Working at Honda I had an extreme desire to get my hands on our new 2024 Acura Integra Type S. Once announced, I went to Acura Columbus and immediately put a $1,000 deposit down trusting their commitment to get me a blue, red, or white car. They delivered on their promise in which I was able to get a beautiful Performance Red Pearl at MSRP (unlike many dealerships). The experience was smooth and they have taken care of me every step of the way. Even when a warranty/service issue did not go smooth, they took care of the situation and made sure everything was right. From service to sales, I m proud they represent Acura/Honda.

Absolutely recommend this dealership for all your Acura needs! Traditionally I am a stressed out person when it comes to large purchases and initially I was for this new car as well. However, Sam was so understanding, upfront and helpful throughout the entire buying process as well as following up afterward that my stress just fluttered away. We went on a busy Saturday which led to Ray helping with a few things during the process (he was also fabulous!) we were so impressed with their teamwork, knowledge and the whole vibe of the dealership! We will definitely be repeat customers and would highly recommend speaking with Sam!!

I purchased a used 2021 LXI. The salesman and staff were easy going and professional. The wheels on the car had some curb rash from the previous owner and the salesman did point this out to me right from the get go and offered to have them fixed. I was in the wheel manufacturing business for 20+ and said there is no way these could be fixed. I figured i would give them a shot at it. I am glad i did. WOW !! They repaired them to better than new condition with not a single blemish. I was super impressed by the quality of work done. (and I am picky with an eye for quality.) Never in 100 years would i think they could do this quality of work but they did. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for an Acura !! Keep up the good work guy !!

Vaughn did an amazing job of putting the deal together. Was up front and honest with everything. His communication was excellent and he was not pushy at all to get me to purchase the vehicle. He was knowledgeable and friendly and I would definitely recommend him and this dealership to everyone! Well worth the 2 1/2 hour drive to purchase an Acura RDX. WELL DONE VAUGHN!!! Will definitely call Vaughn the next time we are looking to purchase a vehicle.

Very happy with the total experience. Drove couple of hours to get there and to test drive the car and fell in love with it. I had them hold the car for me. Worked with Greg in sales from the beginning. He was excellent in explaining the quote. No hidden cost or fees. Later on I finalized the deal with John. Overall excellent experience. I wish they spent more time to explain many features of the car. But I also understand that it was really late in the day. I guess within three hours we were out the door with a new MDX. We love the car. Thank you Acura Columbus for making the trip worthy.

My salesman was Hunter. Hunter went above and beyond to meet my request. At 11:00PM he responded to an inquiry I made about a vehicle. He then followed up with me the next morning. He worked with his manager to meet my price point. Upon arrival at the dealership Hunter continued to advocate for me regarding my trade in. I also have to give KUDO's to Lindsay the finance lady who went out of her way to ensure we were on the road as the3 finances were finalized.

Here s the short of it when it comes to what I don t like about this place:1. It always takes longer than they tell me for some reason. A lot longer. And I have a very narrow window between kids and work so this has become unacceptable. I even have had service done out of state twice and not had the same issues. It is unique to this location.2. They did not have the transmission fluid needed for the transmission flush so we tabled that until it was in hand. Except nobody ever reached out to me to let me know when or if it ever arrived. I instead had that service done elsewhere.3. They promised a loaner, and then talked me out of it when I arrived because it would be such a short visit I ended up having to arrange babysitting last minute because they took so long and I didn t have a loaner to go handle my business.4. I had them pick up and drop off my vehicle to avoid the loaner issue that happened the previous time and they finished in a decent time but then the vehicle sat around because they did not have a driver free to return it. Again creeping into my productivity.5. I called to schedule A1 (oil change, etc.) and a new battery for a key fob. When asked if I wanted to drop it off or have it picked up the person scheduling said this service should not take more than an hour and fifteen minutes. I mentioned that they always take longer than expected and I have a narrow window, she immediately cut me off with an exasperated sigh of disbelief for an oil change? I tried to relay the previous two visit, each time with her cutting me off and talking over me to tell me my previous two visits were not routine and certainly not just oil changes. I told her that what was important to me is that I have a narrow window that I need them to adhere somewhat to, not double the time or keep it overnight and that unfortunately my previous two experiences here have not left me trusting them with time management. I mentioned that I had been to an out of state dealership because of previous experiences here, she immediately got defensive again pointing out my past history had not been solely for an oil change as if I don t know my past history. She invalidated my concerns, she took offense to me retelling the actual experiences I had, including them giving me a discount once because it took so long. She once again cut me off to tell me there is another Acura dealer in the Columbus area. So I took her recommendation and contacted them. I will drive to the east side despite being just a few miles from Dublin, to avoid dealing with the defensive stuck up attitude of someone who doesn t care enough about their customers to even let them finish a sentence. I have owned retail stores and trained people on customer service and bedside manner. If one of my employees had every talked to a customer in such a fashion they would be under review. That one interaction just cost them this customer, and I d have to assume I am not the only one. And by the way, A1 service also includes a tire rotation, multipoint inspection and a complimentary car wash. So it s not actually Just an oil change. Way to devalue your own service. I never even got to mention the key fob battery replacement because she wouldn t let me get a word in edgewise.

Thank you to Vaughn Lockett for helping us purchase a vehicle for our son. The entire process took less than 3 hours! We are loyal to the Acura brand and would not hesitate to return to Acura Columbus for our next vehicle purchase. Thanks again Vaughn! We hope to see you sooner rather than later for that Integra...*Update: Less than a week after our purchase, the alternator needed replaced. It was like we had been kicked in the gut and our son was heartbroken! Yes, we bought the car used, but who expects an immediate repair that expensive? When we informed Acura Columbus about our unfortunate situation, they quickly offered to replace the alternator. The problem? We live south of Columbus and we were sure the car could not safely make the journey. That's when John suggested we let our local mechanic make the repair and he would reimburse us the cost. Acura Columbus made good on their promise! They didn't have to do what's right, but they DID and we are so, so grateful. Thank you again for going above and beyond. My 2014 RDX with 175,000 miles is still going strong, but when the time comes, these guys have my business!

Update: Spoke to owner and appreciate the follow up. Just wish it had come sooner.Purchased a used 2017 Honda Ridgeline from this dealer, Found out a day later that the fog light lamp was cracked. Contacted dealer and they would not replace. I even suggested I purchase part and they would just have to install. Wanted to charge me for that. Sorry guys but I will be a 1 and done customer for you. Can't work with people who will not back up their product

Vaughn was great at communicating with me through messaging, and was awesome salesman in person. The buying experience was very good. The business manager Lindsay was great to deal with and made it actually very fun experience. Ask for this duo when you go and I guarantee you will not regret doing so. On top of all that they had a quality used 2014 Odyssey at a reasonable price.

I love this dealership. Vaughn in Sales offered next-level customer service during my purchase of an RDX. He was very patient with me during my indecisive moments and was just the right amount of encouraging. Vaughn was my salesman and Lindsay was my finance manager. Both were fantastic. Bought a new Integra Type-S. Columbus Acura pricing was so much cheaper than in-state dealers I made the trek from Houston and it was definitely worth it. Quick processing and no pushing of additional products when you tell them you don't want anything extra. No annoying games or back and forth with the manager. The easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Would do business with them again.

They are doing awesome service. All the stuff are very friendly and welcoming all customer very friendly. The usual doing oil change for less than an hour. Good waiting room with many kind of soft drink and some snacks. Highly recommend it. you actually can see them when your car is in for service.

When I started looking for a new car for my family I initially was looking into used cars that were more in my price range. I had spent way too much time visiting numerous dealers in central Ohio in an effort to find the best vehicle for my needs. Thankfully, after an exhausting and frustrating two months the folks at Acura Columbus made it happen by finding just the right vehicle for my needs and at a price that allowed me to feel confident in my purchase. I ended up leasing a 2019 Acura RDX, which gave me the features I wanted, and the performance I love.Steve Ault originally assisted me in my search for a used vehicle. Steve provided great information and went above and beyond to find the right solution for my needs. It was his tenacity in finding the right solution for me that had me returning to Acura Columbus when I was ready to make a purchase. Upon returning to the dealership I worked with Dave who was very helpful in finalizing my purchase, and exceptionally accommodating when not only did my card not work for the down payment, but I also left my garage door opener in the car I traded in! Oops! I also found his wealth of product knowledge to be a very refreshing change of pace.Unfortunately, my RDX did come with a scratch near the hood on the passenger side, but not to worry as they are working with me to repair the minor damage from delivery! Overall, I was pleased with my experience, I love my new Acura, and I look forward to the next Acura I have the pleasure of purchasing from Acura Columbus three years from now.Thank you,Scott
