Ok, so I went to get a car wash and it took my money twice but didn t wash my car. I called the number and it constantly rang busy. So I emailed the Dresden Chamber of Commerce asking them to help put me in touch with the business owner. I didn t think I would get anywhere but the owner, Dave called me back and wanted to make it right. I appreciate that. I gave my address for him to send my money back to me. Hopefully the car wash gets fixed and can be used, but Dave offering to pay me back was so appreciated.

I often come here to wash the salt off my vehicles. I have some complaints, the clock shuts off 40 seconds early. Which means you see 1 min on the clock, but it shuts off in 20 seconds. when time expires you have to put in a minimum of 1.50. so you pay for 3 minutes but get 2 min and 20 seconds.after I realized this, I put in extra money so I didn't have to pay the 1.50 reset fee. Also, the brushes have mud and dirt inside of them, which I understand being in a rural area that's expected. I try to avoid coming here but sometimes I still use it. If your around another car wash I suggest go there.

WASTE OF MONEY!! My boyfriend and I took his truck to wash it, the quarter machine took our dollars but didn t give us any quarters in return. Water pressure sucks doesn t get the soap off. Not to mention it also took our quarters that we had and limited our time we had to wash it, needless to say we have to go to another car wash to get the rest of the soap off of the truck. 10/10 do not recommend using.

Automated machine was able to take my credit card and process it in seconds. But, the wash itself would not start or give a green light. That itself is not a big problem. The problem is that there appears to be no way to contact the managers/owners. Even the phone number found on an internet search is not in service.

I've tried to use this facility on multiple occasions. The vacuum machine didn't work and it took my quarters and I couldn't get them back. The washing bays have taken my money on several occasions. And it seems kinda expensive to wash a car. $1.50 gets 3-4 minutes of time to wash, but half the time it turns the water off before your time is up.

This place is always well-maintained. I had an issue once with a car wash, and the owner quickly took care of it. Great customer service.

Went hear to use automatic carwash to knock the salt off from the car. Put ten dollars in and waited our turn and the automated system crashed. Out 10 dollars and had to tell everyone behind us waiting it's broke.

The automatic car wash was is broken. It hit my car stopped working and then when I tried to move it reset and did not wash my car....

Wouldn't take my cash. Luckily I had a card to use...other people had to leave cause all they had was cash.
