Fast friendly service! Was my review 2 years ago when I first found this place.Now! I love them! Being a mom of 6 time is so precious not to mention not many vehicles fit 6 children in. I called Monday to schedule an appointment. They said they could get it in Wednesday. I was bummed. Since Monday was my only off day I asked if I could take it up there for it to wait until my appointment. Took it up there, the next morning my car was diagnosed that evening (Tuesday) message saying it's ready to be picked up! Now I know this won't always happen because they are busy but it happened to me and I was so excited and grateful for this to happen!Thank you guys so much for providing exceptional service and great prices!

This place is the best place to go to to get honest and fair repair for your car. Unlike dealerships that charge you to find out the problem, this place does not, which is amazing right off the start. I've been tho them a couple times during the most stressful times iv been, tho, and they went above and beyond to make the stress way better. There company also does oil changes that are way cheaper than any other place out there and there fast if you plan it out. I highly recommend this place if you're worried the dealership is trying to pull something on you and your c, r and you won't be disappoint, d I promise.

I started my car at lunch and it didn't turn over the first time and then sluggishly turned over the second time. Since I was down the street I called and he said he can get it in. My lunch break was only 45 minutes long. He managed to install the proper battery in the amount of time allotted. He also saved me a lot of money. The price of the battery was well below what it was going for other places. But my back was up against the wall and he turned it around for cheap. Now it fires right up. This place is very well run. I have other issues I'd like to have them address as soon as I can gain a better foothold with capital. I absolutely recommend the service station for any or all of your needs. They're conveniently located in Doylestown Ohio. Again what a cool place man thank you very much guys for getting me back on the road!

They always work really hard to get everyone in, they are very considerate and courteous compared to many garage I've been to, and the prices are always fair. I try to get my car in when it needs to be looked at when I'm in town, even though we have moved away. The employees are all very nice and make it a more enjoyable experience.

Another garage told us out air conditioner compressor was dead. Chippewa found a loose electrical connector and everything was fine. No need for a big repair. Competitive pricing, courteous people and great troubleshooters.They now service both our Subaru Outback, Volvo SC-60 and the always ailing Dodge truck. Great folks. Glad we found them!

Worst oil change/service experience I've ever had. They charged me $20 more (i.e., $69) than the Wooster Honda dealer charges me to provide the same service and similar oil and filter for my 2017 Accord. They provided me with no information about fluid levels, or any under car inspection that I requested they look at while on the rack I had to specifically ask following the service if everything was okay. etc., etc., They were unable to re-set my odometer and the car's electronic service reminder both of which I had to later do myself. They did not even put a reminder sticker on my car or check tire pressure. I was hoping to find a good independent shop to take care of my car in the future. This certainly isn't such a place.

Needed an emergency repair to replace a tire valve and this place hooked us up right away saving us from having to get a tow. Highly recommend!
