As a owner operator I recommend this location for your tire services. They are quick and reliable. I ve called for a road side service I was told he would be back at the shop in 1 hour then Head out to me. Instead He arrived road side within 1 hour. Back on the road within 1 hour 30 minutes of the call. Then I also came into their shop and was in and out within 1 hour for another tire. Amazing service and extremely friendly staff. 100% recommend.

Purchased four tires rated for 70,000 miles for my minivan. They rotated regularly but only got 35,000 miles. Offered less than 39% of actual tire price towards a new set. Went elsewhere.

Don t bother making an appointment. I had an appointment to get my tire looked at, when I arrived about 10 minutes before the time of the appointment I was told it would be 45 minutes due to walk ins. Why do they even give you a time to come in?

They are very accommodating at Ziegler! I missed my appointment and called ten minutes later and they told me they could still fit me in! Changed my tires in 20mins and I was on my way. I Recommend this place for anyone who wants good service and a job done well.

We were passing through town while hauling our travel trailer and noticed we had a nail in our truck tire! Ziegler got us taken care of no problem and for so cheap! Great auto and customer service!

I have had Ziegler Tire handle my tire and veheale needs in Akron and now in Dover. They have always gone about and beyond to handle my needs. I will be using them for years to come.

We needed two front tires for our motor home as we were traveling. Called Ziegler to see if they had the same tires that were now on the RV and they told me they could have them the next day and set an appointment for 1:00 PM. Got there at 12:30 and the tires were already there. They started immediately removing and replacing the tires. Everyone there went out of their way to make us feel special as customers. If we lived in this area I certainly would use Ziegler tires for all of my future tire needs. Thank you so much for taking care of us.

Waste of Time and Energy to try and get these people to price me tires! I Submitted a few tire price requests on their website. 2 days later....no response! I called them the 3rd day, Salesman said to go online and Submit. I told him I already did! He wouldn't quote me any prices over the phone??? So I re-registered and re-submitted my requests; again! 3 days later, NO RESPONSE!!! The next week, I emailed the Corporate Office and told them of my troubles and asked why one of their salesmen still has a job there due to him turning down business? 3 weeks later, No Response from Corporate!!! What a way to do business!!!

Took wife's car in for repair. Her tire loosing air every three days or so. They found a nail and made repair. We left and five minutes down the road the low pressure light came on. About 15 minutes after getting home the tire was completely flat. Obviously they didn't take the time to check their work. It of course was a Saturday and they were closed so we had no car all weekend.

I would review Ziegler Tire's performance but I never got the chance because they completely ignored me for 10 solid minutes after I entered the store. The two men at the counter took customer calls and chatted about a strange item found in a customer's car. I gave them 10 minutes (I timed it) but eventually walked out after making eye contact several times with the men at the counter and receiving no acknowledgment. Customer service 101: When a customer walks in the door, even if you are busy, say, "Hi, we'll be with you in a moment." It's not my responsibility to interrupt you to get service.

They are one of the most curious places that I have been too. I had a tire that was losing air and they took the whole tire off and tore it down to make sure all was ok with it. I always have a pleasent experience with the personal. I recommend people give up Flynn with their bad personalities and go to Ziegler where you get treated right.

Great place. Had a steer tire get a screw in it got me in and out quickly and at a fair price. Can't ask for much more than that!

They do excellent work, the staff is friendly, they offer to allow you to personally view whatever defect(s) they may discover, they keep you well informed on the "price tag," and they are reasonably priced.

I had a flat tire today and I called in and they got us in right away! They had it finished in one day! Always very pleased with Ziegler s.

incompetent and worthless. this used to be a good shop until Matt left. now they don't care about doing a good job the first time. don't go here.

Expensive as hell. Rotation allignment and swap out winter wheels and put 4 nicer summer rims I bought seperately cost $300.
