Called for a used tail light that they were selling for the same price as a new one, and they told me it would be a couple of hours and they would pull it, and 2 days later still didn't get to it. I canceled my order and got a new one in the mail the next day off of Amazon. I called them several times and they said it would be in a couple of hours and nothing. It made me rate 1 star but I wanted to leave zero.

These guys are choice! Jay helped me out immensely the first go round. Had an issue with a part and was OVERNIGHTED an exchange. Not sure who helped me the second time but you can tell this is a family owned business. 10/10. I m definitely buying from them again.

So simple and efficient. I called asked for a specific part. ( '05 driver's side rear window. Dark tint. )The very polite and knowledgeable man on the line says no problem. We don't have one but I can have you one in 2 days. Sure enough I got the phone call in 2 days. Great price.

Spoke to Derek over the phone. Probably the most friendly used car part person I've ever talked to. I had the part shipped to me, It arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely do business with them again.

I was having an absolute terrible time trying to find a leaf spring pack for my 2017 f250 when one broke on me while driving. I called everywhere and no luck. One place suggested Speedie and I called and they had it in stock and pulled already. In and out very fast and great customer service. Absolutely will be using them again for parts. Strongly recommend to use them if you re looking for a hard to find part.

No follow up, no integrity and false advertising. Paid in advance for a trunk listed to need no reconditioning/ in excellent condition. 2-3 days to pick up, had to call twice and text twice to get the part 10 days after it was paid. The paint on this part is scratched, chipped and otherwise filled with blemishes and will require stripping and painting. 4.8 review rating must be employee reviews.Avoid this facility.

These guys are always great to deal with and have awesome prices. The guys at the counter are always super busy but are still able to deliver fantastic customer service, in person or on the phone, without making you feel rushed or coming off as rude. I've always had a good experience and know I can trust the parts I get from them. Despite being 90 miles away, Speedie's is my first choice when I need used parts.

The guys were awesome!! I called to check on a transmission they had and they gave me great information on the part and were it came from. I paid for it the night before and it was pulled and waiting on me. Great customer service!!

I get all kinds of parts from here. They treat me great. If they don't have it on hand they can usually get it. I recommend if you live in the area to go to speedie auto for good used parts.

The best ! I never have such a great experience in customer service ever ever ever like with a speedy auto salvage !!! from the first call I made to help with shipping to the payment process system experience ( text ) was outstanding, and my engine came exactly like Jay say is going to be in 3 to 5 days ( day 4 arrive form the day I pay from Ohio to Massachusetts) everything was perfect. I can not speak highly about this company.Simply the best !Thank you guys

Professional service, Speedie provided correct part in the condition specified on website. Part had to be shipped from a different location and met the agreed timeframe. Also, Speedie employee helped load into vehicle. Overall, a positive experience and I recommend Speedie for replacement parts over most other companies I have worked with.
