I came to the area from Michigan to ride the rivers We called rufener performance on Friday around 4ish... my minijet boat blew the wear ring on the seadoo spark pump.... without question they DELIVERED the part to the river for us so we were not stranded. That is some amazing service. 5+ stars all the way

Very knowledgeable and keeps up with the latest technology. Very reasonable prices. Puts the same level of care and detail in your ski as if he was working on his own - difficult to find that level of care these days.

Mark knows his stuff! Don't be fooled, this is a 5 star service, repair and performance shop. The amount of tools, knowledge and skill is impressive.
