Very fair prices. Good customer service. Had an issue. That they worked on till it was correct. Everything works perfectly. Will take my other truck there also. Very happy.

Went to get speakers, guy refused to sell me speakers as it would not fix my issue. I live in lower de/md area, could have took my money and sent me on my way, instead told me to find a shop that had time to fix the bigger issue as they were booked and I was in town only another 24hrs as they knew.

For the second time , we went to Park Performance Audio. The first time , we were treated like royalty and everyone from the salesman to the installer bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. We have referred other people there also.About 3 months ago , needed a new radio and wanted sirius xm also. Stopped in and Kenny Latham sold us a radio and satellite system and made an appt for it to be installed. He was not overly friendly , but we made the appt.When you ask him a question , he just sais I have been doing this for over 20 years and you think I dont know what I'm doing? I just wanted to know why the satellite didn't work like my old one did.. About 3 mnths passed and was having problems with the Sirius xm. Called Sirius and they did everything from their end and it still didn't work. Told us to go back to where we bought it and they would take care of it. Kenny answered the phone and was not nice at all. He said that Parkway was a 100 million dollar a yr business and you want to question what we do? All I wanted was an appt for them to check it out and see if they could figure out what was wrong. He informed me that I had an attitude and that it was the fault of my truck. He said they don't make those antennas like they used to and they shouldn't be put in a semi. So why did you sell it to me if you knew it wasn't going to work ? The previous one we bought there worked for over 8 yrs with no problems. He said that they were booked solid until next Wed. Then he changed his mind and said if I could be there Saturday morning at 10. He might have time to look at it around 1130. I was there about 955 and the installer came right out and looked at it. This is not my first time dealing with the installer. He is always friendly and bends over backwards. He always goes out of his way to make sure the customer is happy. He fixed it in a half hr. I only wish that I knew his name so he could be commended for doing a good job.I walked in the shop to thank Kenny for taking care of the problem and he would hardly even look at me. I am in business myself and if I ever talked to one of our customers like that, the company that I worked for would be on the phone reaming me.Maybe Kenny should take a lesson from the installer and be nice to customers. If you treat all customers badly , you won't have any more customers. I would like to do business there in the future and refer people to you ,but Kenny needs a lesson in customer service. I am not usually one to write reviews, but I figure someone should know how customers are being treated. This is our first bad experience ever at Parkway whether it was the dealership or the audio store

Very helpful and honest when ur trying to buy the right things for ur vehicle. Plus they don't jack the prices up. Will definitely reccomend!!
