So grateful that a dealership actually treats me as a valued individual. Parkway now informs you what the tech sees and allows you to make a decision on service rather than high pressure tactics. The service over the past 6 months has been impeccable.

If you have a Nissan, I strongly recommend you to go to Nissan Parkway for service! Staff are very polite and professional. Everything is done quickly and according to the schedule! They offer a very nice waiting area, in which you can enjoy a beverage or work while you are waiting for the service to be concluded.

Parkway Nissan is fantastic. Great service. They really went above and beyond to help me when I had a vehicle emergency recently. They got me in immediately and took care of the problem promptly. I would highly recommend Parkway Nissan to anyone.

Jaclyn was amazing at customer service, auto knowledge, clear and honest communication!!!! She could teach a few service techs down the street! My only concern is the high price and coupon rules. At KIA you can stack coupons. A discount price for oil, AND a discount for brakes, etc. but not at Parkway. It s very sad that the customer is gouged so the company can profit even more. We all know the high mark up. Why not pass on some real discounts to customers. $50 off $668 is very sad. That is not going to bring customers back. It s like a 25 cent coupon off a $30 Christmas ham. Bah humbug!Services: Brakes, Oil change

Great Service Experience!!! Scheduled a service appointment when I was notified me that the weather seal for the window came in. They had the seal replaced and had me back on the road in less than a hour.

Overall, the staff is always helpful, and the pricing is competitive. The few times I ve had a longer than expected wait, they ve even set me up with a loaner so I m not stranded at the shop. Thanks Parkway team

Had routine service done with tire rotation. I picked up truck after hours and had to take it back due to the lug nuts were not tightened causing shaking and loud front end noise.

Was very happy they found the noise which was only the clips for the catalytic converter shield. I had been told by another vendor that it was the timing chain and you found that. It to be true and an extremely less expensive fix. Thanks so much.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I had my oil change done on my 2018 Nissan Frontier. When I got home, I noticed oil on my garage floor. The technician (J.D.) that serviced my vehicle never tighten my oil drain bolt. It was almost backed all the way out. It was obviously just hand tighten. The crush washer was still new and obviously never torqued to specification. I had to add oil!!! They are easy to schedule a service appointment, they are considerate of my time. They even take me back to the office whenever I drop off my car- and this last time they sent someone to pick-up and drop off my car!!

And reprogram FOBS. Service was outstanding. I came in early, they drove me back to work, service associates were polite. Cody the service manager was a gem as well as the rest of the staff! They all in the service area was very attentive and took very god care of me...They all went including Bob Gilmore to selling me the car to Jeff in getting the best financing for me to Cody service manager went above and beyond to take care of me! My whole experience at Parkway has been the best I have every had when purchasing a car! I definitely tell everyone what a great experience i have had with everyone and I will send people your way! I will never go anywhere else to have my vehicle serviced either! My twin sister has a Nissan versa and she will be coming to your establishment to purchase a car and get serviced there! Spent 250.00 to have the engine light reset. Came back same day due to engine light coming on again. Left there at 5:45. Engine light came came on again. Its must be a short in the engine light itself. Not happy to go back but I have to as Nissan does not let other repair shops use their reset program.
