I was checked in by Mason. He was very friendly and listened to my concerns with my car. My tech was Tristan. Tristan was thorough and friendly. He made efforts to fix my cars radio and was successful. My radio doesn t disconnect on its own and my gps so far has not froze! Thank you!

The attendants are always friendly. They recommend what is best, not what's the most expensive. Their waiting area is tidy and clean, plenty of magazines to flip through. There's a coffee and tea station. A vending and candy machine. The bathrooms are pristine! And this is all the time , not just a one time visit.

Parkway notified me that my Honda van was subject to 2 recalls. They scheduled an appointment at my convenience, took the van in immediately upon my arrival, and had the service completed and me back on the road within an hour. Excellent!

It was very easy to book an appointment, everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional, and I love the little print out they provide with an easy-to-read summary of everything they checked during the inspection, showing anything that might need attention.

The Honda Service Department is great! I can't express how I feel to know that my Honda can and will get serviced there since I didn't buy my Civic there. I look forward to the future to buy an new Honda at this location. Thanks so much!

Mason greeted us and took care of everything for us. He texted us while we were in the waiting area just to be sure we knew he was there and could easily be reached. Our service was prompt, explained well and we got on our way with confidence. Parkway and Mason are the very best!

Parkway Honda always gives me prompt and courteous service. If they run into something that was not included in the reason for my appointment, they bring it to my attention with options for getting it remedied as quickly as possible. Great service as always. Had a light come on the dash . I called and they said bring it in and they'll check it out. Found out it was a low tire pressure warning a small screw was causing a slow leak.Been having my car serviced there for years. Always reliable, friendly service.

I stopped in because of a leaking tire and they scheduled me for the next day. They pulled a screw from the tire and patched it. Since I bought the tires there it was no charge. The Parkway team was very responsive. Very satisfied!Service: TiresService: Tires

The service advisor who helped me, Trevor, was outstanding. He educated me on an issue I had and was honest in the evaluation of my vehicle which saved me time and money. Trevor regained some of the respect and reputation that was lost during my purchase of my Pilot there at Parkway.

I had an oil change, tire rotation and a brake switch replacement performed on my truck and I am completely satisfied with the work that was completed by Travis S. Everything was done professionally, with care in a very timely matter. Coyla was the service agent I worked with and she was very professional, thorough and friendly. I have ZERO issues with dealing with her or the service department. ABSOLUTELY 5 stars in my book. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

My car was serviced as soon as I drove it into the Service Area at Parkway Honda. They did only what was needed and it only took about a half hour for oil change and tire rotation. I didn't get my car washed at that time because it was raining rather heavy the.

Had requested a tire rotation with the oil change and had not realized it wasn't done until I looked at receipt paper work ,asked for the explanation and was informed that tire rotation wasn't done because you wanted to replace the tires on next oil change visit , which is no excuse since the tire rotation would have been paid for a long with the oil change , so maybe you should provide the service the customer requests so we're satisfied, , I'll be purchasing my tires somewhere else

Went in for an oil change and reported problems that several lights came on, including check, engine, tire pressure, traction control, brake system, etc. and that I was having trouble accelerating. Suggested they check fuel filter or if it was possibly my injectors. 4 hours in the shop they charged me for a diagnostic in which they did nothing, changed my oil. I broke down less than a mile and a half from leaving, and thank God I checked my coolant because it was empty.
