Photos are very masking of their inventory. We reached out to express interest in a truck, ran numbers, asked questions, and planned a trip to see it in person. We drove over 2.5 hours one way, with 5 children, to find out the truck was super rusted and nobody cared to mention it. The photos specifically crop out all the rust. They even mentioned while we were there that they assumed another associate had discussed this with us before we traveled out there. We are looking for a truck and it would ve been convenient to stay and look at other inventory anyways since we already made arrangements to be out all day but I was so annoyed with the lack of communication that we left and will shop elsewhere.

This place is a joke. Took my truck into the Quick Lane for an oil change and they messed up bad. Apparently what happened was they over tighten the oil filter cap cutting the O-Ring. This caused me to lose all my oil well driving home. I called them as soon as I got home and they advised me to drive it back to them. I told the guy there was no oil in it and he said as long as the low pressure oil light wasn t on I could drive it. I made it about 3 miles from my house and that light came on. I pulled into a parking lot and called them back. The lady I talked to wanted me to pay for the tow. They had my truck all weekend and Monday and Tuesday of the following week. No communication unless I called them. It wasn t a priority for them when it happened or through the whole process. Mr.Scott in the service department was supposed to email me a letter, covering the internals of the motor until my next oil change (5,000), guess what didn t happen? Yeah, no email. So my truck is a 2018 ram with only 50,000 miles on it and now I m paranoid to drive it thinking I may blow the motor. Thanks Parkway for taking sure good care of me.

Fantastic service! Scott was super kind and helpful! The guys went above and beyond when I asked them to check for a leak during my oil change. The convenience of being able to stop by when you re able to makes it that much better!

This is the second time we have purchase a vehicle from the team at Parkway and once again it was an amazing experience. Tim B. was AWESOME and such a pleasure to work with and helped me find the perfect SUV! We will recommend him to everyone! Thanks again to the team at Parkway.

I showed up for an oil change and service on my Explorer. They were very busy. Rachael Contini came out to my vehicle to talk to me and explain to me what was going on. She even called the Nissan/Honda shops to see if they could link to Ford Pass so that I d get the points, but they couldn t, so I decided to leave my vehicle and she would call or text when it was done. She was very polite and went above and beyond to make things go as smooth as possible. I appreciate her effort in making this an excellent customer service experience!

Twice in the past year, Preston and Chuck have gone above and beyond to help find the exact vehicles I wanted for my family s needs. The whole Parkway Ford group has treated us like a priority and the toy room has is a great idea for the kids!

1st tps sensor after winter tires were put on went bad, thought it was they just went bad being a ford product. Then when winter tires came off and allseasons put on, sensor was leaking out of valve stem. Tire tech needs more training on how to not spin the sensor. I had to pay both times for new sensors. But other then that service was good

I had a great experience with this dealer the service advisor was quick, helpful, and friendly and I d also like to thank Dan from parts. I had bought a vehicle from another dealer and part of the agreement was I get a spare key. Long story short that dealer did just about everything to not let me get the key and Dan went above and beyond to help me get it.

We waited over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. We did have a scheduled appointment which did make it frustrating. One of the staff members did apologize several times, another seemed annoyed that we were trying to pay in cash she would have to break the change. The only reason we scheduled with them is because we have the Jeep Wave package that includes so many free oil changes, if it didn't, we wouldn't go there. They do have a small kids area which was convenient

Had car in for service and indicated that the tire pressure sensor was on. Told it would be fixed but wasn't. Had to take car back to get it and the check engine light was on. Sensor was replaced and new battery was installed. Everything is ok now. I feel that Services should have been performed the first time.

My 2008 Mustang GT was not running ring and had a check engine light on. We took it to Parkway Ford. They got it on the rack in a reasonable amount of time, 3 days. Ran the diagnostic and it was determined that the catalytic converter, O2 sensors and spark plugs was the problem. All of that was replaced and my car runs FANTASTIC!!While it was there the passenger side airbag had a recall that was also fixed. While this was repaired my dash was scratched up pretty badly. However Jerry then GM is working with me to get this fixed.A huge shout out to Q, Tim and Jerry. These guys have been a pleasure to work with.Christie Cox

found a tire leak from a twisted tps sensor, front brakes are grabbing more then they used to, air sound when pressing brake pedal. Missing nut on air filter top. Not a happy customer. I do not want the same techs touching my car again

Picked up a used econoline box truck from a local guy. I just needed an oil change before driving it 10 hrs home.Along with the oil change they assesed brakes and other critical areas and gave me recommendations (with pictures) on what needed the most attention. They did a great job! Thanks guys.Maybe we'll have a chance to visit again when work brings me this way.

The Quick Lane isn t very quick. I was first in line outside the door just before 10:00am. They told me it would be about an hour. After 2 hours, 12 noon, finally done. Also was to include tire rotation, but it is not listed on my invoice, so I really don t know if my tires were rotated or not. Need to speed it up a little or change the name to 2 hour oil change .

I brought my business vehicle, a van, to you over two weeks ago and left it on the lot. I called and left a message on the phone that the check engine light was on and wanted to know what it would take to get it fixed. I also mentioned that it seemed like the alternator was making a lot of noise. After about a week went by, I spoke to someone over the phone and was told that they were still trying to figure out what was wrong with it. After another week past, and I had not heard from anyone, I called back today and was told that nothing had been fixed, but that I would need a wheel sensor replaced, and all the glow plugs in the engine replaced to a cost of about $2300I was aware that it needed one glow plug, but not an entire set of eight. I told him that I would just stop by and pick it up. The person I talk to on the phone told me that they would just charge me an hour diagnostic fee of $139. I just stopped by and picked it up, and found that not having fixed anything at all you people charge me $459 for diagnosing the problems. The main reason I brought it over, in addition to the check engine light, was the fact that the alternator was making a lot of noise, indicating that the bearing was probably going out on it. Your diagnosis of the Van didn t mention anything about any noise issue or alternator problem.I am writing this, mainly because you asked me to in a text. I am not happy, and I will never be back to Parkway Ford.

Bad service department. Have to beg to get your car serviced. Give you the general managers cell then the service managers cell to contact direct. Does not help. When the service manager promises to pick your car up 4 different times and does not it time to move on. Then begs to let him go get it, no thanks!Don t reply to this with the normal would you like to speak to the general manager been there done that and pretty much the response was we have work force issues no you have Management issues. I was working directly with the service manager George that dropped the ball 4 times! I am passed talking to the General manager Jerry. I want to talk to whoever is above Jerry.

They never are available by phone and say they will call you back. They don't. They had my car for MONTHS in the shop. I finally got it back and it's still not right. I have a Lincoln and am supposed to get a Lincoln if mine needs worked on. That didn't happen. I have never encountered a business like this in all of my 54 years. I wasn't going to post a review, but after being texted twice about it, I figure they must really want my review.

They had my Ford Focus for over a year waiting on a transmission control module and offered no remedy other than wait. When it finally came in, they wanted to do over $1500 worth of work on a vehicle that had no other issues when it was left there in October of 2022. If I could give negative stars I would.

From out of town and took my car in for an oil leak and tire rotation. They diagnosed the problem as needing a new oil pan and also told me I was due for front brakes and rotors. I declined the brake service because of the cost. Got my car back and I m still leaking oil. Also took my car for a second opinion and was told I m not even close to needing new pads and rotors yet. That saved me a $500 unnecessary charge from the dealer. It was a 3 week wait to get in and now it s another 4 week wait for an appt. I will going somewhere else.

Courteous and professional. The new staff are doing a good job at turning the culture around and creating an environment people want to bring their expensive possessions (vehicles) to be maintained and taken care of. Thx for the service

If I could give Parkway Ford zero stars I would. Don't make the same mistake I did buying a vehicle from here. They sold me a lemon for 10k. It had transmission issues and shook when I test drove it. I asked if it had transmission issues. The dealer told me no. He said nothing was wrong with the car and that "Fords just drive like that" and "you'll get use to it." After buying it, I returned with the vehicle a week later. I had it looked at by a local shop and they said it was dangerous to drive because of the transmission. Parkway refused to cover the cost of repairs and refused to trade it in for a different car on their lot. It cost 4k out of pocket to fix the transmission. Had to borrow a car from a family member while they had my vehicle. They said they put a warranty on the parts they replaced and wrote down when they'd expire. When the transmission needed to be fixed again 6 months later, I learned that they only put a warranty on one part they replaced. It's been less than a year, I'm out over 15k and I need to buy a new car. Thanks, Parkway, for having the decency to sell me a broken car. :) Really appreciate it.

Well done. Q was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to discuss what his team could do and more importantly areas that they had less than optimum results. Very appreciated

If I could, I would give 0 stars! Probably the worst ford dealership we have ever dealt with. We purchased a truck from Parkway Ford and have had 4 other Ford vehicles serviced here. My husband and I have not one good thing to say about any experience we have encountered here. We started driving almost one hour away to another Ford dealership for all our service needs. Some things we have experience include excessive wait times, rude staff, miscommunication with employees, part ordering issues, ect.

TCM went out on our 2013 Ford Focus, if you know this part is on backorder for approx 4-6 months minimum, with no eta from Ford. George and the guys at Parkway service center went out of their way to find the part and get my car fixed within two weeks. Car was fixed same day the part came in, great service all around!
