I was able to use valet service to pick up and return my vehicle! As a disabled veteran, this service was very much appreciated! This was my normal recurring preventative service with them checking all critical points! Service was thorough and timely! They kept me informed by text and phone! I highly recommend you consider trying their service department!

Great experience 4/12 with oil change and vehicle check. Initial wait was less than ideal, but staff worked to keep flow moving, and task completion was ahead of schedule.Rachael was very courteous and super accommodating. She also updated frequently and I d even say she went above and beyond on what seemed to be a super busy day. Thank you Rachael!Also, Dillon was very efficient and his high skill was much appreciated.We will continue our vehicle service through Parkway.Thank you

I took my 04 dodge sprinter there for o-rings they charged me $1200.. They did work That I did not approve which is why it costs so much money. I go to pull the Van out after paying the $1200. In stuck in lip mode. At first they said they didn't know what happened. We'll try and figure it out. They changed parts that didn't need changed and charged me for off the initial. Visit, now. They're trying to tell me. It's almost $8000 to fix it.This has taken over 6 months to get to this point . The original manager I spoke to now doesn't work there and this has been nothing but a complete nightmare!! Run away as fast as you can before they try to rip you off too!

I had a great experience with this dealership. The sales team and financial service was efficient. They were ready to serve and be of assistance and to do things right for their customers. The 3 year lease vehicle I bought was fantastic and well taken care of. They are there for you!

Had my vehicle 3 days. First day I had to call 3 times to check on the status. No return phone call. Email came an hour later. This was the 4th vehicle in shop for same repair. Did offer a loaner vehicle, much appreciated. Credited me all labor charges for this. Service personnel were very kind and cooperative.

I had a great experience at parkway. My car was there for over a week. Worked with Tim who I appreciate all his work for me. He called me at least once a day with an update on my car. I feel like they were very thorough with my issues. I would highly recommend them for any service.

Can we talk about customer service?I purchased my Jeep from Tim Bickford back in 2022. Our relationship didn t end after the ink dried.He continues to provide me with guidance when I have special requests.Brian at Park Performance did an outstanding job with the installation of a surround-sound; they installed an amplifier and subwoofer for my vehicle, as well as an after market hitch.Tim provided me with a loaner car so I could drop my Jeep and continue on with my day to day routine. While I was having accessories added on, he suggested I get my routine oil change done during the same visit. He took care of the scheduling and sent me a message when my vehicle was ready for pick up.I was able to pay for my services over the phone so I didn t have to wait in line.I could not be happier with my overall experience at Parkway!I have been a customer for many years and appreciate and value the concierge customer service. It is a true rarity these days.

Had them originally do the mount, balance, and alignment when I got my tires 10k miles ago or so and they did a great job. Just recently went in to have a tire patched after I picked up a screw. Looks like they caught my wheel while dismounting or mounting the tire during the repair. Won t be back after that finding that.

Ty and the others in the quick service lanes are great. I came in desperately needing my batteries replaced on my Jeep and they were quick to get me in and out for a reasonable price. I'll definitely return for other services because of the great experience I had today.

Ty was very friendly and courteous. He explained everything very plainly. Unfortunately the coupon you sent me regarding a brake job he couldn't use stating it was for Ford parts not my jeep. Why would you send me a coupn I couldn't use?

I've been going back to Parkway for my Jeeps for over 10 hrs. The service has always been good, I get good explanations if I ask for clarifications, if there are new features on a Jeep, staff walks me through those changes to help familiarize me to those features before I leave, and they follow up with added support once I drive away to make sure things are going ok with the Jeep, especially in the first week or 2. I've been satisfied with how I'm treated at Parkway & I do suggest to family & friends to go to Parkway if they mention they're looking to buy a new vehicle. I have been satisfied doing business with Parkway.

We we re heading home to FL and had a strut go bad on our Jeep. We just happened to be passing Parkway on 77 so we called, turned around, and went straight to the service desk. George and Que were tremendous. The technician who made the fix did a masterful job and got us on our way home in an hour and a half. This team shined in customer service, communication and speed. Glad they were on our team that day and I was grateful!!

Scott Marks in service was outstanding. Had to wait a couple of hours for repairs and observed all employees were polite and professional. Seemed to care about taking care of customers.Communication excellent during process as well.

Parkway in Dover provides excellent service and repairs! Please understand, all appointments are WALK-IN and if you are there at 7:30am you get in earliest. My average wait time is a few hours, as I arrive after 8am most visits. I highly recommend this dealership for maintenance and repair work!

Very friendly service, however after a 2hr wait and a $231.00 bill for an oil change, air filter, and wiper blades, I discover drips of oil on my garage floor the next day. I'll be stopping back during business hrs, and hopefully get the drip taken care of.

They charged me 160$ and they couldn t even fix my jeep. And had a sense of humor about it. Not exactly happy about my experience with this dealership i wouldn t take my vehicle back there for anything I d pinky scrap it first.

Just had both of our Jeeps in for regular maintenance so they were ready for winter. Service Advisor Q is very customer oriented. They were extremely busy and everyone was working together to get the customers in and out. Very satisfied with the service.

Interesting day for us. Adam is superb to work with. George is a top shelf mechanic. We rode the waves of surprises today and ended with a pleasant outcome. Knowledgeable, easy to deal with and overall great place to shop for vehicles.

Tim was my customer relations person who called very frequently to keep me informed or ask any questions. This was an unusual problem. We appreciate all your help on my son s car.

It was shifty as he'll not even 24 hours with truck it shuts off while driving in intersection could of been killed told your company and the didn't care , hell even told them why all I wanted was for you to fix pproblemdid you hell no you basically blew it off as nothing if that's what customer service is about you all need to go back to school a learn very unsatisfied with top management. Would not recommend to anyone

I brought my vehicle in for an intermittent engine light which I thought was going to be hard to diagnose and I was going to have to bring my vehicle in more than once before they would be able to fix the problem. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem the same afternoon and I got my vehicle back the same day. I was pleasantly surprised.

Very good place...easy transaction...greeted by Jeff and we took a quick test drive ..we got back and made a deal and the rest is history...the GM gave me his business card with his cell phone number and said to call if we needed anything...very pleased..

Drove 45 minutes out of my way for a 2-hour wait for my oil change - Afterwards found a puddle of oil inside my new Ram Longhorn edition tooled leather seats and floor, when shown to the staff they sent the mechanic out with a dirty rag to rub it further inside my heated and cooling perforations... seriously? I now have oil stains and smell that needs shampood out... not coming back.

Service was awful. Car sat for days,never a call from service dept. Did not preform tasks requested. Was lied to numerous times. Mechanic knew i was on site and wanted to talk to him and he left anyway without one word about my vechicle. Sent someone to pick up car to transport to another mechanic. They told tow truck driver they didn,'t have my car. Will never do business with your company. Sat for a total of 7 days. No repairs and no contact unless i dropped in shop. Service sucks
