The gents ate all pleasant here. I trust them to keep my car in proper working order and therefore I feel safe to travel. Since I am not very car savvy I think attentive mechanics are important.

My husband had taken some Amish there from Lancaster PA to the horse sale & our van started having issues with the brakes grinding.They squeezed him in the next morning and repaired them.My husband was so thrilled because this was the 5th place he had stopped at that could help him.Excellent job Guys, you truly are appreciated!!

This Service department sucks took10 days to tell me battery was dead approved repairs said ecu 10 more days nothing won't call you back play phone games. They lied to me and my wife 23 days now still no jeep.

This is our first and last interaction with Parkway. They don't seem to be very truthful or care about their potential customers at all. We were planning on buying two vehicles from them, but now we won't be buying any... We initially inquired about a vehicle for our daughter on March 8th. We were told the vehicle would need to be serviced before we could test drive it and that it would be done the following week. We let the rep know we were very interested multiple times and to keep us updated. That week goes by and we were told it had not been serviced yet. We wait yet almost another full week for it to be serviced. Then, one of our friends saw that the vehicle had been posted online all of a sudden. The sales rep we were working with calls later that day and says the vehicle has now been serviced. We then make an appointment for today, March 22nd to test drive the vehicle and as long as everything checks out, purchase it. That has been the plan the entire time. We've been extremely patient waiting for this vehicle to be serviced so we can purchase it and our sales rep along with others at the dealership have known this since March 8th. We made our appointment for today on Monday the 20th. Our sales rep was off yesterday the 21st, but he assured us that we were the only ones that had shown interest in the vehicle and that it would be there today for our appointment. However, I received a call this morning from him stating that the vehicle was sold yesterday. This whole ordeal was a nightmare and now our daughter still doesn't have a vehicle. We wasted two weeks on the word of our sales rep, the service dept. and the dealership itself. Never again. I would not recommend Parkway to anyone.

Great service, car dealers are always great, no pressure buying. My 2nd new car I picked up from parkway. I'll purchase from here on out. 2nd to none.

Horrible service.. went to trade in a perfect condition truck for a denali only to drive a hr there and find out its been smoked in. Smell exactly like an ashtray and even had burn marks to go with it.. people didn't even want to try and work numbers.. apparently a truck grows custom to the owners smell and that it doesn't depreciate the value of a truck nowadays.. what a joke.. I'll continue doing my business with professionals here in Cambridge at dunning ford.

The service department is fantastic. They seem to be honest (I never thought I would say that about a car dealer) and they work cars to get things done right without unnecessary extra stuff. They are quick to get me in and even have helped with loaner car if a problem took longer than expected. Bob went the extra mile to help make everything better.

I had a questions about my car key; does it have a chip, how it works, and how do I go about getting another key. The salesman took me to a service attendant. The attendant took the time to explain the chip in the key, check on the current price of a key with a chip and after hearing the price, was I still interested in purchasing a new key.

Bought a new 2022 gladiator, the experience was exceptional, nice test drive, recommended places for lunch while they made the vehicle ready for my drive home, everyone was great while i was there.

Visited on a Saturday all of there dealership looking for a truck walked and looked at trucks they had, no one would give me a time of day at any of the dealerships. Will never waste my time at any of there dealerships ever again.

Parts department not very thorough with part look up, needed speed sensor for right rear wheel and they ordered a front wheel. Need some improvement!!

I called about a specific used car they had on the lot was told yes its still here. Took us 50 minutes to get there and when I did they said it was sold. You would think they might have communication going on between staff personel to know if one of the others is in the middle of a sale

Very easy to deal with. Called ahead to inquire about a vehicle, everything was ready when I arrived. Quick process! This is what I loved the most, quick in and quick out with the vehicle our daughter wanted.

I hate car dealerships,I usually buy from individuals.But at this time Park Honda had a pickup that I wanted at a price I could afford.[Side note ; I was treated much better here than at the big Chevy dealership.] Other dealerships I went to just didn't have what I was looking for. Luck of the draw I guess.
