Elite Tire and Service in Dover, Ohio, go above and beyond to give you the absolute best service in the area. Excellent prices and knowledgeable staff will leave you more than satisfied with whatever work you are getting performed on your vehicle. They are so kind, and will give you constant updates if you are waiting there for your service to be completed. Their waiting room offers a multitude of snacks, including specialty coffee and tea, water bottles, all different kinds of chips, fruit snacks, granola bars, ect. They also have phone charging stations and a big comfy couch, as well as plenty of other seating. The best part was the smiles on the front desk workers and the kindness they show their customers. I will definitely go back here for all of my vehicle's needs, and highly recommend you do as well!

We had a flat tire while passing through the area, 3 other shops wouldn't do anything for us and we ended up here. Enos and his team had us fixed up on no time while my family and I hung out in their incredible waiting room. 5 stars all around!

The people there knew their tires and was able to match me up with the perfect tire and size for my lowered Infiniti G37S. I have custom high dollar wheels that I didn t want damaged during the tire change. They explained to me that they have the equipment and knowledge to successfully change out the tires without damaging the chrome wheels. An alignment can be done on their new equipment. They also provide a wide variety of other services. They did an excellent job from start to finish.PS: The sales area was very clean and professional looking and their waiting room and restroom was first class all the way and also included water, coffee and snacks.

Was on vacation from Myrtle beach to Ohio when I had a severe issue with my wheel and tire. Not only did they get it fixed extremely fast but they were also VERY kind and helpful with pointing me in the right direction to get my situation handled. Enos was very friendly! Make sure to stop here for any and all wheel and tire care needs!

Besides the Great customer service, and the atmosphere of the waiting area inside, and beyond the snacks and drinks for customers. It was the music playing that made this place EXCEPTIONAL! Either Klove or a streaming station, you'll hear music praising our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. And THAT is AMAZING! Thank you Elite Tire..for all you are.

First, Ashley, Dover store manager, immediately acknowledged my presence, greeted me and genuinely inquired about my need. That s way above the retail norm. After hearing my situation, she interactively recommended options, listening for my responses. Again, I was nicely treated as a human being with solvable needs. Finally, I selected 4 new tires, and she arranged for mounting. Great tires, great workmanship, great service. A satisfying experience. I ll go back and tell others.

My husband had an unexpected blowout in his F-150. We made several phone calls to area businesses, some didn t return our calls. When we contacted Elite they not only had what he wanted in stock, but we re able to take care of it that very day. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, efficient; the shop is updated & clean. We definitely recommend this business! A nice surprise!

Had an appointment at 1 to get 2 new tires out on. Took less than an hour. Very friendly staff members. Awesome waiting area. Great set up if you have to bring your kids as well. Phone chargers, snacks, drinks. Atmosphere, prices and quality over all awesome place.

The reason I stopped in the first place was I had heard about their great customer service. So I walk in and was greeted like an old friend. Once I scheduled the work, they were fast, attentive, and communicated well. Definitely giving them repeat business!!!

Needed four tires; had been working with the VA to get discounted tires. Since my main VA is Cleveland, they only contracted shops close to Cleveland. I would of had to drive one and a half hours for my shoes; I was dreading the drive and not having the time to take out of my day. On a wim I called Elite Tire because it was close to me. In the hopes the shop might honor a VA discount; Chris, who I believe is the owner, took my call personally. I gave my schpeel; Chris honored a VA discount, and good conversation later, I hade four new tires. Service was done quick; even with me throwing in a last minute oil change. Sorry for the long winded exposey; a "thrilling" tire story we all dread . It is, what it is.Thanks again Chris.

We had a problem with the breaks on daughter s car a day before she was to head back to Ohio State. I called Elite Tire and Service explained the situation and the sense of urgency. They told me it would be no problem and they d work it in that afternoon. What quality customer service and peace of mind that gave me. When my daughter got to Ohio State that next day she said her car never sounded or ran better.

I have been frustrated with tire places in the past. I was extremely impressed in my first visit here. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They thoroughly explained what benefits you would get from different priced tires. Their road hazard protection completely covers a tire instead of just prorating the miles. Also a very impressive, clean lobby and waiting area. I think I found a tire home!

One of, if not THE best shop in the area for tires, wheels, suspension, brakes, etc. The staff is extremely kind and honest and the technicians do excellent work! Its very obvious they care deeply about their customers and making sure everyone who steps through their door is satisfied. I highly recommend Elite for your vehicle needs!

I had a leak in my tire and the usual place I go to had a several hour wait. So I ventured .8 miles away and I am so glad I did. They worked in the repair and the waiting area for customers is so nice. It s spacious, clean, has comfortable seating options, free drinks, and free snacks. There s wifi available so I was able to do some work while waiting. The manager called back to the shop a few times to check on the status of my vehicle. I didn t have to ask about it. I knew she was on top of it. Every interaction I heard between customer and staff member was pleasant and polite. When it came time to settle up, I learned that they do not charge for repairing leaks in tires. I couldn t believe it! When I need new tires, I am for sure going here! When I got into my vehicle, I had a question, and started to go back inside. I didn t get inside as the gentleman who was helping me was on his way out to see what was wrong. He was so helpful, patient, and kind. This business is truly striving to deliver exceptional customer service and they definitely succeeded in my opinion.

I had to use a spare on my pickup so I was looking for a tire repair in the Dover area. A couple of tire shops near the highway were understaffed and had long waits for a simple tire repair. I wandered into town hoping to find faster service. I found a real gem in downtown when I saw elite tire! They quickly repaired my tire properly with a patch not just a plug. They also restowed my spare under the bed. They also put my jack and tire tools back in the cab. Finally they applied tire shine on all four tires. Despite the awesome service they had no bill for me to pay! They do tire repair for free! WOW blown away! I will be back at replacement time. Thank you elite!

Friendly staff and great service. I had a tire that was loosing air so I stopped here to have it checked. Even though I didn't have an appointment they got it checked in a timely manner, removed a screw, repaired the tire and checked pressure in other tires and did not charge me anything!!! Then Ashley checked back to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommend this business.

Great great business! Didn t try to hassle us at all, they were open and honest about everything and they truly only wanted to help. My wife and I brought in our toddler and the owner came over to talk to us and let our son play with some toys they had there for his son! Kind people running a great shop.

I needed new brakes right away,but had to pick up my daughter from college. I saw the great reviews for Elite. They had availability right away, but I also had to go to work. Enos actually let me use his car so I could get to work! Brakes were fixed. Cars were exchanged, and I was able to get my daughter on time!Everyone is so nice and helpful!

The service was amazing. I wasn t a customer before dropped my car off called explained what I needed and wanted. Enos gave me a price up front so no surprises. Got me in that day. Will definitely be going there from now on.

Excellent service . Worked me in their schedule when I called the day before and needed an alignment and my tires balanced. Truck rides so much smoother now . They even shined my tires for me . 10/10 would recommend.
