We bought our previous car here. Ended up trading it in because we needed bigger and got a Tahoe from ferris. Only because it's what I wanted and they had it. Had an awful experience with ferris and well still be returning to chucks to have it serviced. For the 3+ years we dealt with them we never had anything bad to say!

I bought my Acadia brand new from Chuck Nicholson in 2020 and they always do a nice job servicing it for me. I work in the area and they even pick up and drop off my vehicle if needed so that my service can be completed while I m at work!

Very helpful in installing a leaf spring on our H3T. Fast and Friendly. The service dept was clean and had plenty of sitting room for waiting. A kids friendly area as well. Would use this service center again in the future

Well I bought 2 vehicles (1 brand new right off the show room floor) from there a week ago today and I'm not impressed with some of the mistakes that happened to my daughter and I. I asked 1st for the Nicholson sticker to be removed from both of our vehicles and Penrod said its easy just pick the corner and it will come right off (he's to busy eating his sunflower seeds). 2nd they messed up the plates on my daughters truck and she was driving around for 5 days illegal. Then she had to drive 40min to the dealership to get 30 day tags because the bank told them they couldn't transfer her old plates. 3rd while we was there she had to sign a paper because they forgot 1 and the bank caught it. Finally on my brand new car, on each tire 1 lug nut is a different, and dont think I'm not taking it back for them to fix. Oh and they forgot the lock box for the keys in my middle console and I was nice enough to return it.

Horrible experience this time around. Service department completely messed up my truck alignment and did not fix anything that needed attention. Very poor service!!

I purchased my GMC Yukon at Sweeney in Youngstown, but wanted to have it serviced closer to home if possible. Jim at Nicholson was easy to work with and it appears they did a great job with maintenance and recalls. We will definitely go back.

Treated me great considering I bought the car from someone else less than 3 weeks ago. Then again I have always heard good things about their service department & have sent a few people that way.This was my first experience, it came highly recommend by someone I trust (note sending others, I asked as I didn't have a GM) they exceeded expectations & I will continue to use this dealership.

My husband and I went to Chuck Nicholson GMC to purchase a van that we saw on Autotrader. I first contacted them through email and received a quick reply from Elias about the vehicle, he also provided me their website to view other vehicles. I then received an email from the Sales Manager Kevin to verify that all my previous needs were fully taken care of. When we arrived at the dealership we were immediately approached and help by Joe. Joe was very nice and helpful and he help us get the van that we wanted. Overall, it was a positive experience, and everyone that we came into contact with at the dealership was kind and attentive.

Love my new Mazda, it is my third one! Joe Penrod took his time explaining everything and at times re-explaining things to me. He even offered to help me in the future when I have trouble figuring out all the gadgets and gizmos. Plan to have this vehicle for ten years. Both my previous Mazdas were ten years old and I experienced very few problems.

Took 2019 GMC Sierra in for warranty repair. Had to change torque converter and 2 other parts. Ask them to change transmission filter since they had to change transmission fluid and also asked if they could check on recall for trailer brakes control. Charged me $150 for fluid exchange they had to do anyway and $100 for diagnostics for trailer brakes that I just asked if there was a recall for. Don t have anything that uses trailer brakes wouldn t have asked for diagnostic tests for something I don t use. Thanks for gouging me. I will never be back

Don t buy a car here unless you are prepared to sit forever waiting for the car you just bought. We paid for and signed for a vehicle at 10:30 this morning. We are still waiting to drive it off the lot. They are backed up in the garage is the only info we ve gotten. It s becoming very frustrating. The salesmen has been very helpful and accommodating. But the man the owns or runs it doesn t seem to value our time. As stated it is very frustrating.Other than that, the truck is fantastic and we are very excited to drive it. If we ever actually get the keys.

We were traveling to see family and needed to get an oil change. I was able to make the appointment online. The day of appointment, I was in and out within an hour and felt confident in the LOF and tire rotation. Brakes and battery also checked.

We were looking at the VW Bug. it is in bad shape. The salesman acted like we were taking to much of his time. I even had to ask for the keys so we could see inside.My late husband and I had previously purchased vehicles from you and had a great experience so when I saw the Beetle online I was happy thinking about buying from someone local. Not so much now.

We were looking to trade in for a smaller 4 door pickup. On a whim, I drove by one night and saw that beautiful green GMC Canyon. That was the first time I met Tyler. He and I talked about what my needs were, the options that the truck had, and he was very respectful of me not being ready to buy immediately. When we returned two weeks later, he remembered us and helped us through the processes from the test drive to the trade in, all the while making sure we were happy with the experience and the deal. Kevin was fantastic as well, with both he and Tyler working late to help us with the purchase. Mary Jo walked us through the paperwork and answered all the questions we had even before we brought them up. 100% will be a repeat customer in the future. Thank you so much! I love my truck!

I ve had my vehicles serviced at Chuck Nicholson for the past 5 years and have never had any issues. The service department (Randy & Jim) has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and forth coming about the cost of service and repairs. They have been great about working around my schedule and making sure I have a rental car while mine is in the shop. I wouldn t take my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you guys!

Kevin did everything he could to get me every detail and photo possible before i took a five hour road trip to see the car i was interested in. Once i was satisfied, I headed out to meet him to which he finished all of the paperwork so that it would be done before i got there. The car was just as described and I am very happy with my purchase as well as with the service i received. I would definitely give them my business again and Kevin seems as honest as they come.
