The owners are very pleasant people and truly care about the customer experience. They provide excellent service and quality repairs. They provide coffee and other beverages to their customers while you wait. They'll even taxi you home to wait for your repairs if you prefer. Their shop is always very clean and organized. Five Stars for sure.

this place is a complete scam. Don t get your service over here. Their service is so pricey and they take forever to get you started. I get there at 11 AM fully loaded and 700 miles ahead of me, for just a tire change with nobody waiting and they let me out at 7 PM. . Their boss is a very irresponsible and careless person. He goes for roadside service while you re waiting for them and takes forever to come back I will never come back here again

Friendly, I had issues with the front suspension and brakes and I had to take it back a couple of times because of other issues that developed. They replaced a part that they had fixed at no charge and made sure that I was satisfied. They also do alignments which the other place in town does not. Thanks Chad!

Everytime i come here for mechanic work, Ed usually uncovers unseen issues. Pointed out things other shops did wrong on my vehicles, etc.... Always is upfront with estimates and wont just slap stuff together without knowing it will work as it should. Definitley service above its class for size of the shop and for being a "tire shop". Id rather take my vehicles to this tire shope than other automotive shops any day of the week

All four of my rims were damaged from the tire machine. They are not willing to respond to fix the issue. I took my 2016 Jeep to Parker tire on July 18th 2019 for new tires. It was brought to my attention after the fact that there was damage to all four of my rims from their tire machine. My rims did not have any damage to them before the service and I have both before and after pictures. The company would not call me back regarding the issue. I would never send anyone there to have any work done because your car will look terrible after they are done.

Customer service gave me better a quote then chad came after work and charged me 3 times more...Unacceptable.DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
