Brought my car in for service and they diagnosed and repaired my car very quickly and I have been good to go ever since! I have now had some tires put onto my Dodge Nitro and a brake job done as well. The employees are very professional and did a great job. They did such a good job with my Nitro I took my Ram in to have some tires put on. Very competitive pricing. I would highly recommend D&M 2 for tires and service.

Mike is extremely knowledgeable and as friendly as they come. He figured out a persistent issue that the dealership and multiple other auto shops kept telling me wasn't there.Since then I've been there multiple times with each of my other vehicles having things that range from intake gaskets, oil changes to preformance exhaust kits and every time I drive away extremely satisfied with the services he provided. HeI highly recommend D&M to everyone! He will repair your vehicle correctly and at an extremely fair price.

Service was honest (kinda) Was charged 1.5 hours of work for actual 55 minutes of work. They stated that they look up in a book how much labor is needed for that particular part. So they said that the part they replaced said that the book stated that that part takes 1.5 hours. So thats why they charged me 1.5 hours. They said if that would them actually 4 hours they still only charge for 1.5 hours. This bothered me because when I asked for a quote over the phone they were unable to give it to me which doesn't make any sense at all. If they knew the exact amount for the part and labor for the part they should of been able to give me the exact quote over the phone. Their phone quote was approximately 200, however their actually was approximately 280. How can there be an 80 dollar disparity? They should of been able to give the exact quote over the phone, but failed completely. I only had 1 part replaced and the labor for that part. I wish when i asked for a quote over the phone that they would of took time to figure out what the actual quote is so theres so questions needed when its time to pay.Services: Tires, Auto power window repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change

These guys "fixed" my husband's car, our ONLY car, loose ball joint, realignment on the front end and misfiring spark plug. My husband is currently driving to work and the steering wheel is still badly shaking to the point he has almost been pulled off the road. They had the car over the weekend and took over $500 from us and the car isn't fully fixed. We'll be bringing it back in and having a word with the people about this. We didn't pay with the last of our money to only be given our car back as the metal death trap as is was before. (It was a short drive home and my husband works nightshift in north Baltimore) The towing work was excellent, the guy who towed the car to the shop was a wonderful person, their dispatch and machinic seemed like they weren't really there when talking to them.Service: Wheel alignment

We got off the Turnpike last Friday to change drivers and fill the gas tank. When we went to start the car, the battery was dead. The gas station gave us the phone number of D&M. They came out, jumped the car, and we followed them to the shop. They put the battery in at a fair price, and we were on our way. Great people, great service. Thank you!

If I could rate this company an 100 out of 5 stars, I most definitely would. Me and my family were in a bad situation, we were coming back from our vacation and our car stopped functioning correctly. I tried multiple times to get help, but everyone refused to help and didn t sympathize one bit dispite the difficult situation of having 300 miles to go back home with multiple children with me. We found a shop but it was closed, it had a number so we called it seeking help, a man named josh answered the phone and went out of his way to try and help us. He came within a very quick time period and not only FIXED our car, but he even went out his way to charge us SO much less than the original price. That s how caring he was. I was willing to pay anything to get us back home but he was just too kind that not only did he get us back home, but he also took the time out of his day to help us, AND charge us way less. Very good auto shop

They took the time to go through different possibilities of tires for my truck, and can get any brand tire you want. When we settled on one that would work, he clearly laid out the final price with mounting and balancing. Tires were in the next day and by mid day they were mounted and look awesome.

I had a flat in Delta on a Friday night and noticed the business after getting my spare on. I took the car in and we had a good discussion about the fact the tire couldn't be repaired (I'd had it repaired before, and the new tear was big and jagged; the road service man had said it would have to be replaced) and what my options were. I asked about the fact that I found the car dangerous in rain, snow, or on ice. They were knowledgeable about what I might do for my next set of tires, and they were reliable about when my tire would get in (the very next Monday morning) and also fast about getting it on the car.Service: Tires

Great service! They helped me pick out the best tires for my truck and at a very reasonable price. The tires came in the next day and the tire installation was very quick. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I'm a heavy hauler 11 axles. Had almost flat tire. Nobody around had air line to air up tire. I called there guy was really cool. Told me to pull up to door had air chuck and air gauge for me looked at tire N/C gave me a valve stem cap got me back on the road. Very much appreciated. Told my area manager of experience said they would use guys in future for tire issues when were close to Delta.
