Another seamless transaction with Kevin and Lisa. They both go above and beyond customer service. Our new Bronco is great!!! And I love that all the extras were done before delivery. So now we can just enjoy our new vehicle.

I have been dealing with Dave Wilgus at Raabe for at least 25 � years. He has always taken care of me and my family above and beyond during my 51 � years as a Ford employee at Lima Engine Plant. We personally have had Forty new vehicles over the years. Recently just purcased a new 2023 Lincoln Nautlius that Dave Wilgus found at another dealership. Dave Wilgus with Raabe Ford was extremely helpful. I had a couple of "needs," in mind and expressed those to him. He was quick to find the vehicle I was looking for.The other employees were very friendly and moved quickly to complete the necessary paperwork. The vehicle was polished and shined up, gassed up and ready to drive off of the lot in great time. I would highly recommend them

Found the car I had been looking for. Was coming from far away so I wanted to work out a deal over the phone. I was able to come to an agreement and made the drive down. Was delighted by the upgraded showroom and how courteous everyone was when I arrived. Treated me and my uncle like we were the only customers there. Took the car for a spin around the block and then sat down and signed the paperwork. Was effortless and the whole process was stress free. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. No pressure and they gave you all the info you asked for with no tricks or deception. I recommend given Raabe a look. Worth the drive for a great car and a great experience.

Recently had the opportunity to work with Adam Bowers on getting a new Bronco Sport. The whole experience from the time we walked in the door until we left was smooth, and relaxing. So bought a Lincoln from another dealership like a little over a year ago and has had transmission problems. Took it to another Ford dealership which wasn't too promising but these guys have had my back every step of the way I feel like, they make sure your covered in every aspect, doesn't waste your time, upfront, very respectful, the people are awesome and just hands down 10/10 recommend coming here. Couldn't be happier with everything they have helped me with and continue to help me with.

Working with Raabe Ford dealership was a great experience. After other dealerships said they couldn t get a new truck in for our business, Raabe did it very easily. Adam Bowers followed through and did what he promised. This purchase went so smooth, a family member decided to trade in her vehicle for a new explorer.I would definitely recommend Raabe if you re looking for a dealership that actually does what they say they will do.

I had a notable service experience. The tailgate on my new Edge would try to close while I was loading or unloading in the back of the vehicle. After a couple of close calls and an injury, I expressed what was happening to Dave Wilgus who connected me with Bobby Weldon in service. He was able to identify and isolate a wobbly (not secured) bumper as the cause. A quality control issue from the factory in my opinion.It took some determined research and the combined efforts of 3 people in the parts department to figure out the missing parts that needed to be ordered and installed.Bobby stayed with me through the whole process, coordinated the repair, and made sure of a successful outcome. A pleasant surprise. He exceeded my expectations in many ways.I'm way happier with my vehicle now.

Greatly appreciate the customer service from Alyssa Hollandsworth when I picked up my truck. Raabe's has been our go to car dealership for many years. Never bought a car before without seeing it and driving before purchase. Raabe Ford you could tell that they pride themselves on quality, cleanliness, never saw a USED car that was taken care off really well and so clean and shinny. They delivered to me an hour and a half away for free, they filled it with gas. I saw it through the auto trader app., liked it, contacted them to send dealer sheet to bank and was very impressed in how fast and efficient the salesman Roy was and I owned the car in two day's time.

My parents worked with Kevin Lindeman for years whenever they needed to buy or lease a car. They have both passed now, and after Mom passed, I needed a car for when I'm in Ohio (I live in Florida). Kevin and Lisa Williams worked with me to lease a new 2023 Escape so that once I flew into Ohio, I was dropped off at Raabe Ford and drove out with my car that afternoon. What could have been a complicated process was made incredibly easy. Their friendliness and willingness to think outside the box with me guarantees I'll be going back to Raabe Ford. I've also made sure all my friends in Ohio know about their service! Oh, and I LOVE my car!

Roy Jarman was our salesman. He was pleasant to work with. We found out we could not order what we wanted but Roy found one in transit to a dealership just like we were going to order. He even called us while he was on vacation to update us on the progress. We were very pleased with our experience at Raabe.
