This dealer really helped me out with a vehicle purchase.! My salesman Zach helped me thru the buying experience that helped me thru a process that was not easy thru other dealers...Thank you Zach ..Danny & Chuck were great ! While I haven t received the vehicle yet, Logan and Greg have been amazing in helping me find and obtain the suburban I ve been looking for. From the communication to the paperwork they ve provided a clean and easy transaction thus far. Provided I need the vehicle shipped to my location, Logan proactively contacted the shipping company and facilitated staging the vehicle for pick up immediately upon receiving the paperwork, but not before they incorporate a front license plate bracket for me. Needless to say, I've had fantastic experience with Jim Schmidt Chevrolet. Quick, easy and got me the vehicle I wanted at a great price.

Vehicle was priced on the low end of the Market value and didn t have to haggle it down. All of their fees were up front and fair. The dreaded finance manager was fair and honest. He was pleasant to work with. Didn t try to upsell me anything I didn t want or need but offered any and all services I requested.We had a discrepancy with a camera and it was fixed for me and ready when I was ready to drive the vehicle off of the lot. I wasn t pressured by any one on the sales staff or finance team.I felt good about my purchase when I left and was pretty much right on the dot with my intended out the door price and figures I had drawn up prior to stepping foot in the dealership or calling. I would recommend this dealership.

Logan did an EXCELLENT job helping me find my truck within my budget. Logan was more than willing to go above and beyond to meet my expectations as a customer. There were some minor details that needed attention with my Ram 1500 and Logan was determined to resolve the minor issues.Chip stepped up as the manager and assisted Logan with my demands and I highly appreciate all of you. My husband and I just bought a car from Jim Schmidt Chevy in Delphos through salesman Logan Rupert. Logan was amazing! He and the finance dept worked out a heck of a deal for us and got our new vehicle to the exact payment we needed. Logan was very personable and my daughter loved reading the Highlights books with him. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the market for a vehicle! Thanks Logan!

Zach was great to work with, found my truck through CarGurus, wanted to get some information and a quote while I was waiting for my insurance to settle from my previous truck being totaled. We came from out of state so Zach took all of our information down and had everything ready to roll once we got there. Even picked us up from the rental car location in the next town over. Total time from arriving at the dealership, test drive, signing everything, handing over the check, and heading out the door was less than an hour. Great service!

After several weeks searching for a specific pre-owned truck, I found one listed by Jim Schmidt at a competitive price. Reached out to them and was promptly connected to Zach who answered all of my questions. He was great to work with and didn t use any typical pressuring tactics common to this industry. When i asked for the full drive out quote, there were no surprises. After deciding to move forward they arranged a driver to pick me up at the airport as it was a long distance purchase. Arrived at the dealership, the truck condition was as advertised. Paperwork was done in 15 minutes. Can t say enough about the overall experience!

Great Business, excellent experience. We flew from Florida to Indiana just to get one of their red GMC 1500 Elevation trucks. They worked out a proposal and a deal within the first day, and we got on a flight next day, still talking with us on text throughout as we had any questions. The driver, David, is a War Veteran who s also a Christian. He drove us in the sales manager s truck, which was spotless, just like his driving. Good conversationalist too, which was amazing for the drive from hotel to dealership. The truck on arrival was clean and detailed, no defects or blemishes which is so pleasing for a truck sight unseen. The dealership was honest about conditions of sale, no problems would recommend.

Looked on line and found several vehicles that i was interested in on your website. I reached out online to your Hicksville and Delphos sites. Talked with Dustin and Logan and received excellent information and service from both. Bought a GMC from Logan in the end. Greg in finance provided great service as well. They were all very polite, courteous and very fast. I am from out of town and needed an oil change and they were able to fit me in. I would definitely recommend getting work on your car done here. They will let you know what needs to be done and ask if that s what you want. Did not have to wait long and was a reasonable price.

My Jeep Compass Trailhawk recently had some issues due to the extreme cold temps that we were experiencing and I needed to have it towed. My warranty company had paired me up with Dan from Jim Schmidt. He called to get the information he needed and an idea of what was going on with my car. He was very pleasant and had an awesome personality that made me feel very comfortable. I knew my car was in good hands!!

Quick response to my inquiry. Friendly staff. The test came when a few days after purchase there was a mechanical issue that left me a bit stranded with 2 little ones. They were there in 30 min with another car, took my van to the shop and fixed the issue asap, all at no charge. That's good business and good people! Will definitely recommend!!!

Bought a used F150 from them and had stellar service. But the experience is truly amazing because we got the truck home and the next day we had an issue with the truck and they handled it all free of charge. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, highly recommend!

I will definitely be doing business with the Jim Schmidt company in the future. I unfortunately was not able to make it into the dealership due to living farther away, but they made me feel like family from hundreds of miles away. I dealt with Zach and it was a great experience. I did not feel pressured or rushed to browse the inventory. Zach took the time to answer every question I had and even went the extra mile to offer details and videos of the truck even though I didn t ask. I can definitely say that I am more than pleased with Jim Schmidt Chevy and will definitely being doing business with the company in the future! Thank you to the whole team that made this happen! Jim Schmidt helped with making my dream come true.

My friend and I had a flat tire in Lima and I called the 24 hr towing number and the man came and helped us really fast for it being 5 in the morning and us not being in Delphos. and it was not as expensive as I would ve thought. The next time I find myself in a situation like that I will be sure to call them first!

Fantastic experience working with Logan to purchase my F150. He was super responsive to my questions and we flew in from out of state to purchase the truck. It was all ready to go and we were in and out of the dealership (including a short test drive) within 45 minutes for the long drive back home. Seriously the best car-buying experience I've ever had.

It doesn't give me the option for less than 1 star. This was the worst experience I have ever and I mean ever had. They told me that I had to pay 120$ to be told what was wrong with my car. That's not true I knew what was wrong I requested their free estimate. Then they told me it would be 1200$ to fix my car. Wth. I paid the outrageous tow bill and had it taken to A&D auto. Where my car was fixed for a fraction of the price. 547$ DO NOT use these crooks!

Service was really mediocre. Zach the sales rep is awesome and made all efforts to make it right while service was unresponsive, slow, uneducated, and tried to tell me my transmission was fine when at the end they ended up putting a new transmission on after a failed attempt to rebuild it. If it was for sales I d give it a 5 but service was -6 so it s a 1 start

Very satisfying with the body repair on my truck went above and beyond repairing the damage to my fender and even fixing the rust and painting the inside of the fender. They even fixed a burnt out headlight pigtail that I never knew was out
