Besides the fact that the guy filled my head with some fantastic news, then proceeds to turn around and tell me I basically screwed myself , then I was relieved! The guys over at Tire Discounters took really good care of me! Came in for one tire after it had blown out, to getting four new ones. I thought I was screwed, no money to buy anything really atm, especially four new tires, but thankfully the guy at the counter told me about Flex Tire and they were able to take care of my expensive bill and now my cars good to go for thousands of miles again! Thanks to everyone at TD on Sunbury Rd you guys are awesome!

Thought we needed new battery. For this car the cost was around $250. Our dealer was about to install. Instead we decided to stop at this Tire Discounter. They checked the battery and found that it was good. All it needed was to tighten the connections. And they didn't even charge us.

Let me preface this.....this is my first company review. I cannot in good conscience let this slide without warning people.Took my car in for a patch, sat for a while, was told it would be anothe 1.5hrs so set up to come back the next morning. Came back next day, they got me in pretty quick (about 15-20 mins) got me out quick too.....However, the reason I got out so quick was because they didn't even patch my tire! They litterally put bead seal sloppily around the outer and inner edge of the tire and sent me on my way....they didnt even take out the visible screw that was causing the leak!I took it to another local shop RNR and they took care of me quickly, efficiently and their customer sevice was spot on.I was genuinely shocked when they showed me. I knew it wasn't right and they proved it.Please be aware of the work so called "professionals" perform on your vehicle. It is truly sad that I've spent thousands there and this is the type of work they do. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS BUSINESS.

Had my truck towed here monday night due to wheel bearing issue and i had it back Tuesday afternoon. They called me first thing in the morning to ask what was wrong. Tom and his crew fixed it right up and let me know of other items I should keep an eye on. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Put a 2" scratch on my factory 20" rims on a new vehicle and said it wasn't possible they did it and I even escalated it to their regional office and they said it wasn't possible either. They messed up the inital install and had to wait 7 hours just to change 4 tires with an appointment. Use at your own risk

They stayed opened 30 minutes past close and helped fix my battery. Some of the nicest staff i ve ever come across. I highly recommend coming here for any of your car needs!

I still refuse to even humor any of this companies locations after this location stole my tire and rim (was getting it plugged) and resold it from under me. Corporate refused to reimburse the $250 rim or the tire even though I had a receipt showing I dropped it off to be plugged. Would not trust this bussiness or its other locations

I m very pleased with the customer service that this location provided. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was going to have a safe ride. They were also quick and managed to do everything promised while I was on my lunch break. I would certainly do business with them again. Thank you guys!

I purchased a set of pirelli tires that were on a no labor special. They offer lifetime balancing, tire rotations, road hazard. I ordered tires online and the process was great. Could have more choices in stock but overall experience was good. I dealt with Ed at the Delaware Ohio location, and he did a fantastic job. My truck looks great with its new kicks.

Every time I have gone to this location the fellows are so nice and helpful! They do a great job of being timely which matters as I have a small baby! I used to go to Toyota in Delaware for my oil changes and will never go there again. Tire discounters are wonderful to work with.

They always do a great job (or fix the problem if they don't get it right the first time). I needed a new tire after hitting a pothole Saturday afternoon. I called but it was too late to order it then. I called this morning and they had the tire and it was installed after work. Thanks for doing another great job, guys!

Fast and courteous. Caleb & Tom greeted me when I entered, listened to my issue and made a quick diagnosis. Todd completed my repair before I could even get lost on my phone. Topping it off, they saved me quite a bit of money! Highly recommend.

I had a great experience today at the Delaware Tire Discounter on Sunbury Rd. I had a flat tire and i was stressed out because it was over the July 4th Holiday. They were busy but fixed my tire super fast and the staff was really friendly! Definitely coming back for future repairs. I am a woman and trusted them completely.

I have the worse luck with tires. Got a set of 4 abt a year ago. Back driver side got a nail in it a couple months later. New tire was Covered under the warranty only paid for labor. Then a few weeks ago I get a chunk of metal in the same tire. This time it was patchable and was completely free. They had me in and out in 15 mins both times and they had a good deal when I bought the set. Long story short, good guys, great work, and pay the extra 20 for the insurance!

I have been to this location a couple of times. And by far, this is the location I trust out of any other locations or companies. I worked with Ed on getting my car fixed. He was very honest and insightful on what really needed fixed at that moment and what could wait. My car was having issues with not wanting to start all the time. They did an overall check of my car just like I asked and found some other things that needed replaced from a safety standpoint. I obviously have no idea about cars, but with that said he was very clear on why things needed to be replaced especially with winter coming up. I made an appointment on a Sunday night and they had my car in and looked at by Monday and done early Tuesday. Given that it is the week of thanksgiving and cold out, I knew they would be busy. But getting my car within 24 hours was fantastic. If you are looking for an honest company that is true to what they say, I recommend going here. Thank you Ed and crew and Happy thanksgiving from a happy car owner!

Great guys, went in to get my tire patched, tire was toasted?!?! They couldn t find a replacement due to being so new, called a Toyota dealership for me and put my spare on! Great job and really took care of me. Definitely a repeat customer.

I was able to get a same-day tire repair for a flat. The gentlemen working were great, knew their customers, and were kind. The work looks great as well. I would recommend this location to anyone

I had a very good experience today, everyone was very nice! They were very helpful and took very good care of my car! The guy who helped me was really sweet and was very patient with me, I will definitely come back to this store the next time I need something done on my car! we had a low tire on Friday and called them and they wanted us to come in right away but we had an appointment and could not get there right away. so they made an appointment for Monday, went in and it was a valve stem that was leaking. they replaced the valve stem and we were on our way. very good service.
