Bought a used car in full on 11/27/2023. The process was fine. What is not fine? They don't have the title to the car I purchased. It is 04/10/2024 and I have not received the title to the car. This business has over 50 complaints to the Ohio Attorney Generals Office in the past 4 years. Search for your self. Stay away.

Don't buy from Starfleet Cars LLC. I purchased a car on 12/15/23. The 45 day tag expired. They told me to get another 45 day tag and they would reimburse me. I have not seen reimbursement. Now that tag is going to expire on 3/13/24. In my investigation, I found out that the title is NOT in their name. It is in another dealers name. That dealer will not release the title because Starfleet has not paid for the car yet (even though I paid the full purchase price with a personal check). Now I find out that I can't get a third 45 day tag or the title. I filed with the Attorney Generals office only to find that they have multiple complaints already on file. Stay clear of this company and any business with Jon Kirkham.

I recently worked with Nathan, from Starfleet Cars, to purchase this 2015 Honda Fit for my son. He has been very helpful to me over a couple car purchases over the past year. In this case, he checked it out for me and provided an honest opinion of the car. The purchase process was smooth and hopefully ended up with a car that will last my son for a long time.Update 1/2/24 - Changing my star rating down to a 1 star. It's been over a month and I have not received the title for my car and the temp plates expire soon. I had to submit a complain on the Attoney General site in hopes to solve this. If something changes and I receive my title, I will happily update again but from what I've been told, I should not expect it.

I worked with Nathan at first and he was more helpful than sales lady from a BMW dealership who knew nothing about the car I was buying. He knew the car and all the features and patiently took the time to show me them all and how they worked. The car was a 2017 Ford Edge Titanium with very low miles and it was beautiful! I was still skeptical so they let me put a dwn payment on the car so I could take it to a dealership and have a diagnostic ran on it. It came back only needing a air filter and wipers!On to the paperwork, which was passed over to Brad. Now Brad has some not so nice reviews on here and when I told him that, we had a good laugh. Doing all the paperwork is always a time consuming process but he was very patient and helpful with getting it all done. He let me do the financing through my credit union which I appreciated. Most dealerships try to pressure you into going through certain banks as they get kickbacks but they didn t even question it.Overall I had a great experience and would recommend buying a used car from Starfleet. They will let you know what you are buying. If you can handle someone honest who tells you like it is, I would even recommend Brad as a salesperson!!

I recently purchased a car and had a pleasant experience. I can't find the salesperson's name legibly written or typed anywhere. He was upfront and honest, I would deal with him again.

Update: Not such a great experience after all. The car ended up needing all new brakes and tires - something that was apparently noted on the inspection report, which was not available when we were there since it was a weekend. It makes a loud noise on start up,which we didn't know since the car was brought to us for a test drive already running. It took longer than promised to get the title and we had to call repeatedly to get it. Now that we have it and have made the needed updates to the brakes and tires we're happy with the car, but would not use this dealership again.We had a seamless experience with Starfleet Cars. I had been shopping for several weeks online and found this dealership, with two used cars that fit our mileage and cost parameters. I reached out to see if they were still available and Brad got back to me right away. Upon my request, he sent me the Carfax reports. We had to drive 4 hours from KY to get there, and couldn't come till Sunday, when Brad would be off, but he put us in touch with Michael in his absence. Michael had the car running and ready for us to take a test drive. He answered all our questions and processed the paperwork quickly and efficiently. We drove it back 4 hours without incident. We've had it less than 24 hours now, but so far so good. The car looks to be "as advertised" and dealing with Brad and Michael was easy, friendly and professional. Based on this experience, we would recommend this dealership!

I bought a vehicle beginning of November. Less than 24hr after getting the vehicle check engine light came on. Took vehicle to auto parts store for a diagnostic check ended up being oil pressure sensor. Called Starfleet and was told by Brad Sizemore (who also sold me the vehicle) that maybe I need to take the car to get it looked at. I told him it was a bunch of bull that i shouldn't even have to deal with this less thn 24 hrs after purchase.I was treated as if i was in the wrong. The light has since went out. Middle of December comes around and guess what like many other reviews on here, NO TITLE. Also I had to file complaint with Attorney General and purchase another temp tag. When I called title department i was told that the vehicle was even in a completely different dealership name. In the meantime a rattle developed in the front end. Took vehicle to another dealership to get checked out. Found out vehicle PTU (transfer case) is going out. Quoted $3700 to replace. And now my second temporary tag is about to expire and still no title. Even the finance company is trying to get it title with no luck. When you purchase a vehicle with them they give you a card saying if you leave a good google review they will give you $20. Makes me wonder if they give you that because they know your gonna have to use that to buy more temp tags. It's been a rough 2 months dealing with this company. I will continue to update this review with what happens till I get title. Also very very shortly the BBB and attorney will be contacted.***update 1/8/24I received email today with title in the attachment.

Today I picked up my new-to-me car from Starfleet Cars in Delaware. It was one I had seen on a popular car sales website, and thankfully the dealership was open on Sunday when we were able to drive to see it.I had been searching for a vehicle for a while, and test-drove many new and used ones. None was right until we went Starfleet, which quite honestly was the best dealership we visited. There was no pressure to buy; the entire process was a pleasant experience!Thank you, Michael, for your assistance during the purchase! You made me feel at ease with the whole process!To anyone looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend coming here. There is a great variety of vehicles from which you can select, and you will be treated fairly!

Great experience with dealership. Fast. Quick. The salesmen do not hound you in the lot. Love that we could take our time and THEN have someone help us.Super professional and nice..UPDATE well they are horrible after the sale. Unable to get a title. They even screen the calls and not answer from our phone anymore. The AG s office is now involved. Can t drive the car now with an expired tag.

Had an incredible time buy a used car from Starfleet. After searching tons of dealerships around me, finally found Starfleet and figured we d give it a shot. As we arrived we were greeted at the front doors with a friendly manner and instantly felt welcomed. These guys gave us Carfax report as requested and allowed us a test drive with no hesitation, felt like a well taken care of customers. The car was sold as is and there was nothing hidden about this sale, they were upfront about everything on the car. The guy we were in contact with was friendly and acted professionally. Based off of this experience I would without a doubt buy another vehicle here again, I greatly recommend this dealership.

U-Haul Rental-Did not show up for U-Haul rental on 11-24-23. Myself and 3 others were left trying to find other accommodations. It is stressful enough when moving then when you have a company NOT show up it adds to the FRUSTRATION. They can NOT be trusted to show up or even return calls.Response from Owner: Its interesting you have the SAME address as on the U-Haul site. 525 N Sandusky.

Excellent buying experience with Starfleet. Brad provided a free CARFAX report on the truck I was buying. No pressure, friendly staff, I would recommend buying your next car or truck there in Delaware, OH.

Worst place to buy a car from. My car broke down and I have a warranty they don t want to answer calls or assist you with anything. Might as well close down. Trash trash trash.

Just didn t feel very welcome here. Talked to someone before going which was good, but when we showed up it just felt like they didn t care we were there. Most car places are super friendly and want to sell you a car. This place basically just wants you to buy on your own. Didn t walk us through the cars past or the service check. Yes, I know you can see these things before but I want to go through it with someone. Not them give us the papers and then play on your phone while we look through it. Even another customer said she would have welcomed us differently.

My son found a Genesis he liked at this dealership. They ran our credit while we test drove the car. The were ready to finance us when we got back, but we took a night to sleep on it. They never pushed and were understanding. My son is happy to retire his old car and have a new daily driver!

Recently bought 2006 Ford Mustang from Starfleet Dealership. Good people in the office. They let me drive the vehicle to a mechanic of my choice for inspection. Fair and easy transaction. When the time comes for me to buy another vehicle Starfleet Cars will be my first call.

Recently bought my car from them and it was a super smooth process. Got approved for financing over the phone, and they had the car ready to go as soon as I got there. Was able to leave with keys in hand in under an hour! Would buy from them again in the future.

Great dealership! Salespeople were available to answer questions and help, but also didn't hover.We had plenty of time to fully check out the car and go for a test drive even when it was getting a little late on a Friday.I'd buy from them again :)

Thanks to George helping me through the process of buying the car that fit me perfectly! I had an amazing experience, honestly the best experience I ve ever had at a dealership. I highly recommend this place. They treat you like family and actually take time to care and help you. George and Brad stayed over past closing to help me and my parents to get the best deal I could get. I m forever grateful and will be telling me friends and family about this place!!

Yesterday my husband bought me the car of my dreams! A Shiney red turbo beetle! It's beautiful inside and out! My husband drove 2 hours to buy it for me! Brad made every step smooth and the buying process so easy! So excited for my new car! Thanks so much to Star Fleet Cars llc for making my car dreams come true!The title still has not come.. I'm almost out of my 45 day tags. Title experience leaves me with a much more negative outlook.

After calling about a vehicle I was interested in I drove over an hour to take a look at it. There were a few issues that gave me pause. I told the salesman Brad I was going to pass, he immediately got mad and hateful. When I reminded him I was a customer and didn t have to buy from him, he got even madder and said I had wasted his time. Lol I m the one who drove an hour! Brad needs to mature and has no business in the customer service industry! Don t go to this lot!!

My wife and I bought a 2011 grand Cherokee from here on my birthday and they were great. They had put some money into the vehicle so they raised the price a little but we re nice and lowered it to the price we saw online. They re great people in a great environment they make you feel valued. This is the best place ive ever bought a car from 100% recommend.

Y. Martin... Bought a 2011 Buick enclave today. Brad was very patient with my credit Union in getting all the finance work figured. He was a straight shooter salesperson. Overall satisfied Customer, should the car last me a while I will be back.

We had a great experience at Starfleet! Michael was very helpful and patient with us. We test drove multiple cars, and he stayed after closing to help us get the type of car wanted within our budget. I'll likely go to them for my next car, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good experience when purchasing a used vehicle.
