This is the second time I have had body work done at Rusk Brothers. They do such an amazing job and take their time to make sure all the parts and finish are perfect! Highly Recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rusk Brothers for front sensor repairs on my car, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. His knowledge and attention to detail were impressive.After the documentation process, Donnie, the technician, promptly took over the repairs. Rusk Bros Body Shop did an absolutely AMAZING job on my car. I had a shattered window and they got me set up with the right part, fixed it up perfectly and even cleaned out glass shards from my seat belt buckle so that it's working again too! Ryan Rusk who was particularly awesome to work with and communicated great the whole way through. I am so appreciative of all their wonderful work and would recommend them 100% to anyone needing anything done! :) - Abbie

Rusk Brothers has worked on several cars for us. If I could give 10 stars they would have it. Their work is awesome. They communicate well and attend to every detail. I called to get my car in for an estimate, the guy on the phone was really rude and demeaning. He told me to just use the shop my insurance chooses for me if I am looking for the the "cheapest" after I told him I want to get a couple of estimates. I explained that I want the most thorough, not necessarily the cheapest as some one might find something wrong that another might not. My deductible is the same no matter what, so price isn't really a factor. The guy actually hung up on me. I called back and asked why he hung up on me, and doesn't he want business? He said with a rude tone that I can bring the car in for an estimate, he guesses. While, I am going through insurance, I am also aware that I can use whatever shop I want. I am disappointed because I really wanted to stay local.

Picked up my car today after I was hit in January. I couldn't be happier! Rusk Brothers did an amazing job on my Infiniti. Worked with Jeff and he was super helpful and kept us updated the entire time! Hopefully I never need body work done again but if I do, I'll be coming back to Rusk.

Took my car in for repairs after I got rear ended. Great up until insurance pre-paid the repair. Then they were rude. Fixed the bumper, tried to charge me $63 dollars for an inspection they later admitted in writing they didn t actually do. Then when I picked it up (4 days for a 2 day report because they ordered the wrong part)- the moulding next to the bumper was scratched and broken and sticking out. In the photos THEY took for the estimate it is scuffed but intact. When I asked them to fix the moulding they obviously broke during repair they said they determined it was from a previous claim (I haven t had any) and they would only fix it if insurance approved additional payments. So beyond being really rude, completely non communicative, and horrible with the timeline, now they are trying for insurance fraud. I won t be a party to that, so I get to drive a broken car.

These guys have taken care of two of our vehicles. Our truck had storm damage. And a deer caused damage to our car.Insurance covered, everything, and both vehicles came out looking great. Both were done in a timely fashion!

Probably the best communication I ve had with a business throughout a process. Jeff and his staff are all pros. On top of that, the repair was fast & looks great, especially with the complimentary wash the day I picked it up! I was rear ended while sitting at a stop light in a Honda Odyssey. Ryan handled my claim quickly, professionally, and with outstanding customer service that went above and beyond especially considering how difficult the at fault party's insurance was being along nearly every step. The finished van looks fantastic and I am more than pleased with the final result I highly recommend this business!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The website lists their services, however when I called the individual on the phone said they do not do that work and was very rude. I was going to have them do some minor work, then if satisfied, I would have had them do some major work on multiple vehicles. My guess is the job was too minor and not worth their time. If I had a bad experience just over the phone, could not imagine the terrible service they would have provided. Good luck to anyone who chooses to use them.

Rusk Brothers has been awesome during a very difficult and stressful time. Both Jeff & Larry have been friendly and informative. Larry kept in contact with me every step of the way. Larry went the extra mile to get tires put on at a great price...thanks!!! Picked up the car yesterday and did all the paperwork with Jeff, the process was very smooth. They pulled the car up promptly and it looked great...clean inside and out! I highly recommend Rusk Brothers Body Shop! Job well done!

I stopped in today for an estimate. My daughter had been involved in an accident with an uninsured driver. I told them that we would be paying for the repairs in cash. The elderly man behind the counter rudely scoffed and started that they weren t interested. I wouldn t recommend doing business with Rusk.

Kind, helpful, educational, fast. When I had hit a deer for the first time in my driving life this October, Rusk Brothers did a free estimate on repairs to my car when they got a claim from my insurance company. They were very quick in getting my car looked over and repairs estimated, while being so kind about my first accident and educational about the process of repair. I highly suggest these guys!

My son is attending OWU and we are out of state. He had an accident on campus and we did not know where to take the vehicle. I searched and found Rusk Brothers and I am happy I did. Larry was very helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process. This helped to reduce the stress of not being near. When we picked up the vehicle I was pleased to find excellent workmanship, not one problem or concern. Larry went above and beyond and we as a family appreciate and recommend this business.

I went to Rusk Brothers after I was in a fender bender (not my fault) because it was a preferred provider under the at-fault person's insurance. They were courteous, responsive and did great work. I would take my car there again in a heartbeat.

I thought I was going to hate this place, based on my initial experience. I may have just been angry that my car was damaged, so that be more on me. Rusk finished early, the repair looked great, and they cleaned the car inside and out when finished. To me, doing all those things without me saying a word is the definition of going above and beyond.

What a great place to do business. Took my Honda there for some front end bumper work and they bent over backwards to help me get fixed up. They went beyond my expectations. It is not common today to see this personal service and concern for my car. I would highly this business. Thank you Rusk Brothers.

Rude staff and way overcharging for the work they do. Larry tried to charge me $600 for a peice of plastic that half fell off and was dragging on the ground as I drove. When I declined his service and came to pick up the car he locked my (only) key in the car after I specifically asked him to leave the car unlocked, so basically just to spite me. And he refused to fix his mistake and tried to blame me for it. After that I went to Bauerle Automotive and they charged me $32 for the job that Mr. Larry tried to charge me $600. Will never come here again

A friend borrowed my car and ran the passenger side door into a lightpost. Rusk Brothers replaced the door and adjusted the bent frame. I can't tell there was ever damage. When people ask me about body work, I'm sending them to Rusk!

Very professional , took two of my vehicles there within two months of each other , very pleased with their detail to work.
