Purchased a new 2023 Jeep Compass Trailhawk from Performance Delaware the last weekend of September. I had a great experience. The salesman, George, was knowledgeable, answering all questions without using any high pressure sales tactics. The finance department was fantastic as well and they don t pressure you to buy all the dealer added extras you don t need. Highly recommend. Will be taking my new vehicle and my old 2012 Compass here for all service appointments.

The only positive s I can say from my experience at this service center are the following:1. Don t trust this dealership2. Never come back to this dealership.3. Never buy a Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge vehicleI guess I needed to receive these lessons in my young life now. Glad that they were able to teach me it.As far as what happened, here it is.3/21/24: bring my car in for an inspection cause there is clicking on the left wheel.I m told they verified the problem and said it s the lower control arms. The boots were torn up and everything needed to be replaced.Everything else on the car was in good shape I went ahead and got the 2000 dollar repair done. I thought that s all I needed done.I get my car back, am told that the car is working great, that they test drove it and it s riding nicely.I start to hear the clicking leaving the lot. I thought maybe it would go away or that it s getting broken in. I mean, they wouldn t give it back knowing it wasn t fixed right? ;)4/10/24: I bring it back because the click is concerning. I tell them the same thing. They go ahead and do another inspection.Apparently now, the upper arm joints, the rear struts, the rear sway bar, and front bar are all worn and need replacing.Somehow the rough and tough roads of Ohio damaged all of these components in ONLY 3 WEEKS. I was frustrated that the service center did not see these issues before. Did they even check it? Do they even care? Probably not.They quote me at 4,300 dollars to fix it all. I m now 2000 dollars in the hole, and now need to get another car.Thank for the life experience. I really appreciate it. Maybe you guys had an off day, the eclipse or tornado maybe threw you guys off.

If you're looking to purchase a car then you have landed on the right place to get your next car! My experience was like no other! At first it was a bad start, but then I was assisted by an associated by the name of Jacob P who showed nothing but humbleness and sweet hospitality. He was very transparent with letting me know that I could not take home my car right away due to an issue with my rim but reassured me that it would be handled. I had caught an Uber to this location which was 40 miles out of Columbus and he was kind enough to transport myself and my mother home without hesitation. I would highly recommend Jacob if you're needing to purchase a new or used car. Thanks Jacob for this wonderful experience!!!!

My wife and I traded in her 2018 Durango R/T for a 2022 R/T+. We had an issue that arises with the car shortly after bringing it home. However the all the people involved from the Performance Deleware team; got to work and ended up rectifying the issue.I would buy from them again they are friendly and not like other dealerships willing to do what they need to make the customer happy. In this day & age that is hard to come by.Thanks again!

Had a great experience with Bill Green! Communication was great. I did not feel pressured which was important to me. He was patient and understood my concerns and needs. I ended up buying a car within my budget and my first experience at their shop for a oil change was very thorough and efficient.

Such a great location! I ve driven by so many times going to OSU and see so many Jeep Wranglers I had to stop in. When I got there I met Teresa Kirby and she was absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning she was helpful and informed me on the many options available and what I could best afford. I can firmly say that this location and Teresa Kirby helped me to get rid of that purchase anxiety.

My experience. I woke up in the morning and just browsing dealership because I made an appointment to the closest dodge for their challenger... I just can't believe that challenger they have is my only option... So randomly change the radius in dodge website and that's how I found this dealership. So I went ahead and went through their listing and put an inquiry on their challenger. Then, a minute later, Mr. James Colflesh called me... in short, everything went so fast, and here I am driving my dream car..... Very friendly and professional team they have.In summary, I felt like I bought my car in facebook market, and it's quicker than shopping in Walmart for underwear.For those people bringing their kids, stay away from the slushy machine. Or you will be chasing them.... but then I felt good because of their professionalism... they never made me feel like they're annoyed, lol... well, my twins drive me crazy!!!!I will definitely drive there again for my next one someday....Also, if you think carvana is the only way to purchase a vehicle because of your credit score... I suggest checking them out...For everyone that helps me get my dream car and give me a fair value of my trade.... THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! Every time I drive by this location I can t stop myself from looking over at the lot and checking out the new cars. One day I stopped to test drive a semi-new Cherokee and couldn t believe the hospitality Teresa Kirby showed me. She wasn t pushy or trying to scheme me into an over valued car but listened to my concerns and budget restraints and took note of what vehicles besides the Cherokee I was interested in. The selection of new vehicles is astounding! When my current vehicle starts giving me problems I know exactly who and where I m going to buy from next!

Tried to buy a vehicle off the used lot . Was there in front of them with my financial advisor with financing and a hefty down payment. Wasn t able to get to them in person for a few days . Was told I would have been able to hold the truck if I was driving from California, but because I was in the state . Wouldn t hold the truck with a 5,000 deposit. Intelligence was chasing the used car manager , but he was way faster . All was needed was to accept cash offered. I ve never seen such ignorance in a car deal .

Bought a truck on the used lot in October. Truck appeared to be in great condition and performed well on the test drive. I declined the aftermarket warranty because everything looked/felt good. I was also assured that it had just been serviced thoroughly. Within 1000 miles the transmission started acting erratic at times and it developed an oil leak. I called the service department and asked what they thought and they basically said "we'll have your sales guy call you but if you didn't buy the warranty there's nothing we can do". Fast forward to today. I've put less than 3k miles on it and the oil leak has gotten worse and the transmission acting up more. I take it to another dealership to have it looked at and they are estimating 9-10k in repairs!!!Don't buy a car from this dealership without the warranty and written proof that it covers the major things because they'll tell you it's been serviced but not that it is about to fall apart.Update: (3 weeks after their "response") Their response below is a canned response. When it was posted I immediately emailed the address and informed them that I wasn't sure what they could do to change my opinion........... no response. No surprise. I think it's really shady for companies to leave responses claiming they care and never follow up. It fills everyone that reads a bad review into thinking MAYBE the company stepped up resolved the situation in some manner. ABSOLUTELY not the case here. Just lip service.

Bought a used 2020 Jeep GC ~3 months ago. Everything seemed fine on the daytime test drive. Within 24 hours of purchasing, however, I had to have it towed back to the dealer as the alternator died. After the fact, I discovered that the heated steering wheel doesn t work. Furthermore, the front left axle is progressively leaking grease and the front left headlight installed (prior to me purchasing the car) was installed incorrectly/forcibly and caused the headlight assembly to melt (bulb can t even be changed now). Estimated cost from a mechanic of just the headlight and left axle is over $1500. I contacted the dealership explaining these problems and was told that bc I didn t buy their warranty, they would do nothing. Clearly, they do not service or properly check their vehicles before putting them out to sell, and I would strongly advise anyone against purchasing a vehicle from this dealer.

Great overall experience. Teresa was very patient with me over countless emails, got the deal put together, Joe sent me electronic paperwork to sign, and they delivered the car to my driveway. I love my Sonata N-Line, and recommend you check these fine folks out if you need a new ride!

Performance sold me a used car, 2019 Audi Q5, with a bad clutch at market price. They did not disclose this issue to me. They had said that all checks are done and the car does not have any issues. When I realized the problem, I took it back to them. They had my car for around 23 days to get it fixed. They had to send it to Audi Dealership to get it fixed. I had to call them literally 100 times to get it fixed. It was lot of trouble for me. The cost of the repair was around $4000 and it was paid by my warranty company that I had purchased for additional price. The cost of the car is not justified. I asked them for refund for the cost of repairs. They didn t give me any refund on the price of the car. They scammed me! I have also filed a consumer complaint against them with Ohio Attorney General

I had the pleasure of meeting George in deciding if purchasing a pick up truck. He was took his time and never pressured me in making a decision. He worked with me for over a month until I finally found the vehicle and price range that fit my budge.
