I took my car to the Delaware Oxford station for servicing and had an excellent experience. I asked them to inspect the brakes because I believed the pads were due to be changed. It had been over two years since I purchased it (used) and expected it was well past time to have it done.They performed the inspection of the brakes, along with a list of many other items, and advised that there was nothing on my car that needed servicing. They are truly ethical mechanics. They could have easily charged me for an unneeded brake job on my car and I would not have been any wiser. To top it off, there was no charge for the inspection itself either. Outstanding!

The team at Oxford Automotive-Delaware did a great job servicing both of my vehicles. Christian was courteous and helpful to work with. Both vehicles were serviced professionally and in a timely manner. I could tell that the entire team wanted what's best for the customer. Even though I have moved, I will drive a little farther to make sure my cars are well taken care of and know I will always get great customer service. Thank you Oxford Automotive-Delaware.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I had an incident at a car wash that damaged my car and they promptly got me in to have it inspected, fixed my car and were willing to do the leg work of working with the car wash company so I didn t have to play middle man. I will continue to bring my car here for future service. (:

Oxford in Delaware has had a high-level of experience servicing both our foreign & domestic vehicles. They test drive, not just rely on a computer to diagnose a problem. Also, when Oxford has found the repair wasn't as extensive as initially anticipated, they right sized the repair and price to reflect the less complicated repair. I had a last second concern on the day before Thanksgiving and they looked at my truck despite having full-service bays ahead of holiday travel. We rely upon our vehicles, and Oxford helps us stay on schedule with maintenance and we just don't have issues outside of normal wear & tear. I had a conversation with a car dealer about my trade in and when I told them Oxford Automotive in Delaware conducts all maintenance and repairs, their reputation added credibility to my trade in. They will earn your business if you give them a shot!

I like to support Christian owned businesses. I can get an oil change without them trying to sell me new wipers, air filter, cabin filter, etc. If it will take several days for a repair, I can get a rental car and pay one price no matter how long I have the rental. Highly recommend Oxford Automotive!

Oxford is great. The service rep, Christian, kept me updated throughout the whole process. The work was done quickly. Was looking for a local shop to service my older VW which can be tricky. Came across Oxford as a shop that serviced VW vehicles. I spoke with Sandra when I called in to see if they were able to take a look at my vehicle. She assured that they had a tech that was experienced and could diagnose and repair the issue. They recommended a Service 1 level inspection which was very thorough and informative. Pictures of other issues found were sent to me and cost estimates were attached as well. The issue diagnosed was explained well and the report was very professional. Communication was great through the whole process. No pressure sales for other recommended items found. Christian was a great point of contact and followed up as well through the process. The shop is a really neat set up and very welcoming. Also they gave me a complimentary ride home day of drop off and Jacob was a pleasure talking with and I could tell he enjoyed working with the team at Oxford. I will be back for future work. My issue was diagnosed and fixed and has been great. They do provide a great warranty with their work which is reassuring. Having tired of the high-margin pricing at my Honda dealer, I tried Oxford automotive this time. Their pricing was reasonable, they completed the tasks timely while I waited, and tipped me off that next time I probably should be getting a new battery. I ve done most of the work that my 30 year old toy car has needed, but needed someplace that would take the same amount of care that I would take while working on this car. Oxford Automotive did that and more. Communication from them was superb! They advised me of all the issues they found, and explained which things were critical and which could be put off. As a former automotive service manager, I appreciated how they treated me.

I took my 2011 Kia Sedona van in to get a synthetic change. I had a coupon for a synthetic oil change plus free tire rotation. City of Delaware charges $20 more for a synthetic oil change.When they were changing the tires they stripped the lugs and so needed to get new ones which meant a w day wait. They did not change me for the lugs. Plus gave me a free loaner vehicle.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

This facility is 1st class from check in to the service work being well done.This is a Family run business that does it right at a very competitive price. I highly recommend OXFORD AUTOMOTIVE in DELAWARE OH. The facility also has a very Vintage service station appearance from the past which is pretty cool !

I went there after getting into a car accident/drove into a ditch. They gave me an estimate of over $6,000 worth of repairs. Assumed I didn t have the money because they declined all work when I didn t decline anything and rushed me about my way. Luckily it was a blessing in disguise. I went to the dealership for Honda and they fixed it for less than $800 . SMH. Rip off.

Had a good first experience at Oxford just outside of Delaware. Friendly staff, quick and easy service for a tire rotation and oil change, (about 45 mins) there was another customer ahead of me. The waiting area is nice, had a fancy coffee maker, as long as it s not freezing outside they do have a patio with seating as well. Will definitely be back and hopefully make Oxford my new spot for all future auto service needs. Thanks to Oxford for taking care of my carServices: Tire rotations, Oil change

I took my car in for an oil change. The service desk employees were extremely helpful and friendly. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable. They didn t try to pressure me into anything that didn t need to be fixed. And I definitely felt like they were treating me as family. As all companies should treat their customers. Highly recommend having your vehicle serviced at Oxford Automotive. First visit to Oxford and couldn't have been happier with the service. They quickly diagnosed and were very thorough with communication. They also accommodated me by getting my car finished in time for an out of town trip I had to make. Several times in the past we have had dealerships or other shops give us quotes about repairs on our three cars. We have learned to take our cars to Oxford not only because it will cost less, but because we know that we will get a true assessment on what needs to be done. Oxford has saved us thousands of dollars the past few years by simply being honest. They are really good people that do tremendous work in a short period of time. I will not take my cars anywhere else now. From scheduling to the service everything was top notch!! I was shocked when I arrived.. the lobby was beautiful, smelled fantastic and I was greeted by the sweetest lady. The service was quick, thorough, affordable, and easy to understand. With the oil change, they also rotated my tires and provided an inspection (all included!) They sent a text of the inspection that identified any issues with my SUV, it even included photos of the part that was in need of repair! As a woman I must say I really appreciated this and felt like I wasn t being taken advantage of! I HIGHLY recommend Oxford Automotive in Ashley, Ohio!Service: Oil change

Cannot recommend a better place to go, the owner Christian was super nice and helpful he assured I got my inspection, oil change and rotation on time even though they were busy, I was on my way in less than an hour, great service. This is the place to go if you need something done!

They took my car in a perceived emergency & promptly made repairs, even loaning me a car during that time. Unfortunately, after I left the area my car had an associated issue. The warrant y came into play & Oxford even paid the difference & a hotel for the night.

During a routine oil change, Oxford Automotive identified a critical repair needed to my front passenger axle boot that must have happened when I ran over part of a deer on the highway.Oxford Automotive was able to make the repair for about $1,000 less than what I was quoted by my Hyundai dealer s service center down in Columbus.Oxford Automotive was very helpful throughout the entire process and gave me a loaner vehicle to use while my SUV was being worked on. I first took my wife's x5 in for an oil change. This was the first visit outside of the BMW dealer. The service was great. Very professional on both the front end office and the service side. Was very pleased and have since taken my f150 and my diesel jeep.

This was my first visit to Oxford automotive Delaware, but definitely won t be my last. The staff and technicians were very friendly and professional. They found a couple of problems on my truck that the Ford dealership that I used to go to had missed. They had my truck fixed in less than a day.
