Just had them drop me off at home after being stranded on 270 for 3 hours. Cannot say enough good things about the guys that came and rescued me from the side of the freeway! Had another tow company cancel on me after over an hour, my insurance called these guys and got me out in as a priority call. After being provided incorrect location info by my insurance company they contacted me directly and had me send them my location via a Google Pin which lead them right to me. GENIUS IDEA! Wish more companies utilized technology like that!!! The guys were super friendly and we had a nice ride to my house with my vehicle. Will definitely use these guys in the future if I need a tow again!!!!!

These guys are nice but don't listen to them. I was misinformed when I was told to let them tow my car to their lot from a car accident and the other person's insurance would take care of it.~$700 out of pocket expenses a week later. Don't leave your car in their lot. Have it towed home. That also costs me another $125 to have it towed home bc AAA wouldn't cover it because it's in their impound lot. Rates are much cheaper through other places. I felt taken advantage of. Hindsight advice for the business: In the future don't give out recommendations on what to do with other people's property

If I could give this company a 0 star rating I would. This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a tow company. I needed their services on two separate occasions. The first night, with 10 minutes to go before my estimated time of arrival the tracking feature online said they were not even in route. I ended up calling another company for help. Today, my insurance called them again and they took 4 hours and never showed up, so my insurance cancelled them and found someone new to help.No one kept me informal or contacted me about delays. I was told by the service girl, when I called, that she couldn't even give me an ETA despite them being 2 hours late at that point.GARBAGE. Do not deal with them. There are better options deserving of your money.

I called my insurance agency and they contacted this company to tow my car that had a flat. Their ETA was 2 hours so they were suppose to be here around 8PM. It s now almost 3AM so I ve been waiting 7 hours. About every 2 hours they would message and say there was a 30 min delay. I finally had some hope when this company told my insurance agency they were on the way. Then, another hour passed and my insurance agency had to switch me to another towing company.I m a very understanding person but 7 hours is just way too long. I was suppose to drive home tomorrow morning to celebrate Mother s Day but unfortunately life happens and this towing company did nothing but lie about ETAs and force me to go to another location.

I had scheduled a tow for 9am the following day. Once the driver was three hours late, I contacted the receptionist who told me the tow window was 9am-11am, which was never communicated to me. We were already outside of that window and I asked to speak with a supervisor to get the situation resolved. The receptionist told me I couldn't speak with anyone else and hung up on me. Now the company won't answer my calls though I've been calling for nearly 20 minutes. This company is unreliable and their receptionist has remarkably poor customer service skills.

I walked out of my apartment to see my truck being towed away. Not something that usually gets a five star rating... after contacting the apartment complex and talking with the driver and tow company I was able to get my truck back. The amazing thing was the driver, JEFF!!! I asked him if he could drop my truck off on the other side of the parking lot by my garage so I wouldn t have to push it so far (the truck doesn t start, that s why they wanted it towed). Not only did he drop it closer to the garage but he actually helped me push the truck in! Once inside the garage the door shut and locked my only key inside. I told him it was fine that at least it was in the garage and I would figure it out. He stayed and managed to unlock the door with a coat hanger. It was extremely kind of him to be so helpful in a situation like this. I really appreciate it, thank you so much Jeff!! (Sorry if that s not your name, I m terrible with names but I m sure you know who you are)

I used OHIO TOW LLC through my insurance company and cannot speak to payment or processing but the towing service was wonderful. I had to have my BMW towed from my home to MAG and OHIO TOW LLC did a great job. Jason arrived and took great car in getting my vehicle out of my garage and on the tow bed. They are the only tow company/ Jason is the only person so far that has not scraped the front end of my BMW while getting it up onto the bed. He delivered my vehicle to MAG quickly and professionally making the ordeal of having my vehicle serviced easier. I would recommend this company.Service: Special vehicle towing

Horrible service...they were over 4 hours late to tow my car which sat in a gas station unlocked with my key inside. I left it only because their arrival time was only 20-30 more minutes and my ride was there to pick me up. I provided the address I wanted my car towed to, all to find out the next morning that my car was not towed to the requested location but to some random location that looked like a residence. I am now once again having to have ny car towed with the possibility of not being able to have my vehicle up and running in time for a business trip.I absolutely do not recommend them, poor customer service and lack of communication.Service: Car towing

I was not certain where I was when my car broke down. I knew the freeway and the direction and that I was on an exit ramp. The towing operator called me, asked a few questions, and assured me that he knew where I was and that it would take him a little time to get there. I should have gotten his name because I would like this review to reflect on him.personally. I felt assured, well taken care of, and relaxed. He was great! Excellent service!!

I called my insurance for a tow at 8 AM and they used this company. The estimated time was 150 minutes. After that time had elapsed I made multiple calls to the towing company. Each time they assured me the driver was within 10 minutes away. By 12:30 they still had not shown up and couldn't provid an ETA to the insurance company representative. My insurance finally got a different provider to me within 45 minutes. Horrible customer service from this company that will lie to you when you call for updates.

I can t brag enough on this company and the excellent service Kacey provided us when we needed a tow after our suv started acting up. From beginning to end Kacey was in contact with us making sure the car was delivered to our preferred shop! Less than 30 minutes from request to show up at our location. I highly recommend these guys for your towing needs. Thanks again Ohio Tow!

Was quoted 45 minutes by text at 2:25pm. 7hours later I am still waiting.Female representative (kaysha possibly?) initially told me they couldn t find my car when I first called in for an updated eta at 3:57pm. Second call at 5:22pm I was told shift change and it was going to be the new drivers first call. 3rd call at 9:06pm I was told that she forgot to call me and they re now quoting 8hrs. At this point I was no longer patient and stated that I did not care what they are currently quoting, 7hours ago I was told 45 minutes. She responded by telling me that she was now dropping the tow and I needed to contact a new company for the service and then was hung up on.Because I m petty, I called right back from my wife s phone and stated that I had car issues and needed towed and asked what the wait time would be. When they answered with 90-120 minutes I said thank you, I just wanted to confirm that your rep lied to me when she said you re now quoting 8hrs and asked to speak to a manager.Incident report I am told was filled out and I should expect a call back from management.

ZERO STARS to be honest!! I called my insurance company s roadside assistance and was set up with Ohitow through them. Was giving an arrival time within 120 minutes. After waiting the 120 minutes I called the company to get an update and was told it was going to be another 45 minutes. The lady I spoke with said there was a truck less than 2 miles from me getting another car and I would be next. Also if another driver was free prior it would be sent my way. After those additional 45 minutes I gave an extra 15 and called again. I was again told it would be 45 minutes. My insurance company called to check on me and reached out to them so see what the hold up was, and yet again was told 45 minutes. I waited over 4 hours total on the side of 270 for them to never show up. Not once did Ohitow call me to give me an update or anything.This company has the worst customer service I ve ever dealt with and must only have one tow truck out on a Saturday for as long as I waited.

Waited from 3:30 til 7:30 for tow truck which was supposed to be there in 2 hours. When I contacted them, they said , Oh, we aren t coming. We called your insurance company a few minutes ago and told them to get someone else. I asked if that wouldn t move me to the bottom of someone else s list and I would wait another few hours. Response was I guess so. I asked why they were not coming and was told a truck was down and they had other jobs and didn t want me to wait longer.UNBELIEVEABLE!! I had spoken to her when they first took the job and she personally told me that it would be 2 hours!Contacted Eastland Towing through my insurance company and they were there in 25 minutes.This is the first review I have ever written. They are unprofessional and flippant on top of that. One big zero.Service: Car towing

First, if l could give this company less than 1-star l would have. On Friday, l was given the name of this company through my insurance (Erie Insurance). I requested their services for a tow at 4:00pm. I was informed that there would be a 90 minute wait. Fine, by 6pm l was still waiting. I called again, at this point l was informed they where running behind an it would be another 45 minutes. Ok, it was now 7:15pm, l called yet again, an was informed it would be another 30 minutes. By, 8:15pm, l called to get, yet again, another estimate on their arrival since the 30 minutes had well expired. At this time, l was given another 30 minutes. By 10:00pm, l was furious and called for a refund an cancellation of the tow. The young woman offered an apology (she was kind), but stated they where at the corner of my street. They did show up 5 minutes after, not to mention l had been waiting 6 hours! This is the worst experience I have ever endured from a towing service and at this time l will not and can not recommend this company for towing services!

Was told I would get a call when they had a tow truck on the way for my broken down truck and they completely forgot about me. Glad I waited 2 hours for them to tell me that they could care less.

Kacey was dope. Got there in a timely manner. He let me know when he was nearby, kept me in the loop from start to finish. Offered me a ride when he realized he was missing a certain tool to unlock my car. Left and returned within ten minutes. Popped my door in under a minute. We had some laughs, even asked me if I wanted a job. He tried to help mitigate unemployment by basically offering me a job. More than the president's tried for me. Unfortunately, I'm already gainfully employed, because I think it'd be great to work with this dude. My man Kacey: great guy, great professional, great work. Fight the good fight! Peace son!

I had a really great experience when I needed help with a flat tire. It was the first snow and extremely cold but their employee did such a great job and worked as quickly as he could to get my spare tire on. I then found out my battery died and he was more than happy to assist me. Without his help, I would still be on the side of the highway. I didn t get his name but I am so appreciative of him! Thank you!

The parking brake stuck on my vehicle and I couldn't get it to move. The OhioTow truck arrived within 15 minutes of time my roadside assistance company estimated. (Their app showed me the truck's location as it came from across town to my location.) Driver was friendly and courteous, and was able to fix my vehicle quickly without a tow, even though they likely could have made more money by just going ahead with the tow.

Jacob was very friendly and helpful! He had been working since 7am and when he got my car it was 10pm. He got my car hooked up and moved quickly and made sure I was comfortable with how to drop my car at the dealership. Hopefully I will never need another tow but if I do, I would use them again!

Every time someone decides to use our lot to park and not shop at the business, I call these guys. They have NEVER showed up. Not even once. No ETA, no call back, no information on when they will arrive. Poor service over all. Will never contact them again. Find someone else to get a tow from...

Called for a tow. Waited over an hour and finally called back only to find out that their truck broke down. Ok I get it. It happens. Wouldn t a call to the waiting customer be appropriate? Like a little common courtesy. When they finally showed up they towed the car to the garage with instructions to drop keys in garage drop box. Simple enough. Never did that either. Have called them 5 times now trying to get a resolution. Robert the manager has not returned 1 call. How companies like this stay in business is beyond me.

Awful experience, for context I am sitting in my broken down car at the time of this review.I requested a tow via my insurance at 7am and was given a 90 minute eta. After 2 hours I called the dispatch and was given a further 50 minute eta. I was upset but willing to chalk it up to a busy day. After another hour with no update (I was told I would be contacted 10 minutes prior to arrival) my 2nd call to dispatch gave me an additional 50 minutes. A total of 4 hours has passed since the initial request and I was told "20 minutes until arrival". This is obscenely unproffesional and poor service. I just want my car towed to get it repaired.

Service seemed as if business was to good for their staffing. Driver was exhausted and didn t have tools to change tire. Then took my sister in law on another job, instead of towing her to the dealership which was under a mile away. She then had small children that needed to be watched and I had to wait at the dealership at 10:30 at night waiting for him to fail at helping the other job. I m glad business is good, but get the staff to do the job. I had to leave early the next morning for military training and will drive with little to no sleep waiting for this man.

I requested a tow through my roadside assistance and was matched with this company. This was at about 5:04 pm on a Friday. The quoted time to pick up my car was 120 minutes. I called their office and asked if I could leave car, as I had an engagement to get to and was told I could leave the car ( unlocked with a key in it.). I left car and went to my engagement. I received no further communication from this company. I checked back in after 9pm and car had not been towed. I called the roadside assistance and they had no idea car had not been towed yet. I drive by vehicle and it was still there. Roadside assistance then called me back and let me know that Towhio had pushed back time several times and then 5 hours after the call was placed cancelled unexpectedly. I think that companies have good and bad days. That is to be expected. Sometime inadvertently you overpromise and underdeliver. Sure that happens. But to overpromise and then just not show up. That seems to me suspect of a character problem. I for one will definitely not intentionally rely on this company ever again

My insurance company sent this company to tow my car. Guy convinced me to use their body shop as they are just a few miles down the road. Then a couple months later while getting my oil changed they told me my head light didn't work because both hi beam and low beam bulbs were not put in. There also was a clear coat or something on a small part of my windshield. Today I got a call from owner and we talked, and I brought the vehicle back down there today. They got me all fixed up, and were very nice and apologized. Anyone can make a mistake, it's how they rectify it, that matters most. Will recommend and use this company for any future issues.

I called for a tow and was told it would be 2 hours. I waited over 2 and a half hours stillHadn t had a call. Called and was told they canceled my tow. I didn t cancel it they did with no explanation. I will never ever call them for anything. I waited broke down all that time when I could have already been towed and off the road. I wouldn t recommend this company to anyone.
