This is the absolute best experience I have ever had buying a car! They treated us like we were family. They were completely honest about the cars and helped pick out what was best for our family. When we need another car we will be going back.

Mathias and his wife are good people! Helped get approved for a car when no one else could get me approved! Would buy from them again. My avant is one of cleanest I ve ever found and for the best price that I ve seen! Mathias is very knowledgeable and all though he has my money already he is always willing to help with any question I have about my Audi.

My husband and I recently test drove a BMW they had for sale. There were a few issues with it, and during conversation with the owner Mathias, he repeatedly interrupted and talked over my husband, generally didn't listen to what was being said, and dismissed the points my husband was trying to make. At one point my husband asked him to stop talking over him, but he didn't stop. Both of them got heated, my husband said he was done with the conversation as he knew it was going nowhere; Mathias swore at my husband and then walked away. It was a fairly ugly exchange, and unfortunate as that BMW just wasn't the car for us but maybe they could've found the right one? But after that exchange we won't be returning.I'm giving a 3 star review instead of a 1, as Mathias' wife Kim was super nice and helpful; all of our interaction was with her for the first hour we were there. She provided the car's Carfax, all the information she had on the car, and was very easy to talk with.

If you are looking for a fantastic used European vehicle, MB Motorwerks is THE place to go. Not only will you find that Matthias has a vast knowledge base when it comes to European cars, but also is discerning in the right year of any particular make and model to offer the most dependable car for you. There is a no-pressure-to-buy feel because of his years of experience and the unbeatable price so he is confident that the car will sell regardless. I felt like he was a knowledgeable car dealer and a kind-hearted friend all in one who listened for the need and met it whether it was having the car on the lot or finding one down the road. Matthias and Kim are a dynamic duo who have gone out of their way in their respective roles as a used car dealer for my family three times. EACH car experience and purchase for me, my husband and my son was a charm! There is NO other dealership for my family.

We had a great experience here with Mathias and bought an immaculate 2010 Volvo XC90. He is so knowledgeable about cars and has been in the business his whole life. Folks...he only buys cars that are in great condition, he won't sell you any junk. Definitely visit his place first before going to a big dealership you won't regret it. He even met us at his dealership on a Sunday afternoon to finalize our deal and we were with him 4 hours that Sunday. He is straight up and honest and fun to talk to about his passion which is cars. Great deals as well. I highly recommend him.

I had a wonderful experience buying from MB Motorwerks. Matthias and Kim were extraordinarily helpful and kind. I was originally interested in a car I had seen online, but Matthias helped me to find a car that better suited me, my needs, and my budget. I am now the proud owner of my first car, and I am pleased to say I could not have done it without the help of this dealership. Matthias knows his cars very well and is honest in his dealing. I felt taken care of and considered by them both. I came in with little knowledge, but I left feeling informed and knowing I made the right decision. I highly recommend them especially if you are interested in great performing German cars. I know I am completely satisfied with my VW.

I helped a family member research and buy a car from MB Motorwerks this weekend. Even though the used car market is inflated and volatile, the owners were very transparent and upfront about the vehicles on the lot and their respective pricing. The owners have been selling European cars for decades and are very familiar with the evolution of the makes and models and which vehicles should be avoided. They care about their reputation and strive to sell used vehicles that are in good condition but will tell you outright that no used car is perfect. The whole process was no-pressure, never did we feel like we were being rushed, and the financial transaction was very smooth. I would highly recommend considering MB Motorwerks for you next European vehicle purchase!

Walked in based on their online inventory listing, started talking to Mathias... ended up that I got a great education, along with the perfect car at a very good price. Mathias was able to help deconstruct what was important to me and redirect me to another car he had on the lot. Turns out his questions and my answers helped him match me with a much better fit, and nine months into my ownership I'm still fully satisfied. I found a couple items after I had the car home for a week, they made a few calls, I dropped it at their mechanic's shop... it was handled with no questions asked and no expense to me. Mathias & Kim were refreshing after some of the high pressure sales tactics I've experienced in the past. I had more fun talking about and learning about cars - and made a great purchase in the process. I'll be back again for any future needs... They've made a loyal customer here!!

Mathias is a great guy with awesome cars. He helped my mom get approved when we thought no one would. Ended up with a beautiful manual GTI that I could not be happier with. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good deal on a great car.

I had bought a car from here a few months ago and I honestly could not be happier with the car. When I first bought it I thought I had a transmission issue but Matthias debunked it for me, he came across town to my house to test drive it for me. It is only a 30 dollar part! Matthias and his wife are such nice people. Everyone that has asked me about a car I ve referred them here. Thank you guys for helping me out so much

Can t say enough about Brandon and Mathias ate MB Motorwerks. I bout a car back in March, the car made it through 2 prior inspections, and checked out in good condition. I took the car in to get an alignment, the tech found frame damage and was unable to align the rear of the car. I took the car back to MB Motorworks, Mathias and Brandon were more than willing to take the car back and trade me on a different car. I bought the car in March of 2020 and didn t find out about the damage to my car until June. They still traded despite the fact that 3 months had gone by sine purchase. Amazing experience and great guys to deal with.Thanks again Mathias and Brandon!!!!Dave R

I am grateful for the consultative expertise, kind consideration, and refreshing honesty of Mathias and Kim at MB Motorwerks. My experience with them has been extraordinary. They have a wonderful inventory of unique imports and they have an uncanny knack for fitting each client into the best vehicle selection to meet his or her needs. They know how to treat their customers well and they approach every transaction with total transparency. MB Motorwerks has earned my trust and loyalty. I am a repeat customer and I am certain I ll return for my next vehicle purchase.

Made the unfortunate mistake of buying a car from MB Motorwerks. I was told that the Mercedes ML 350 I was purchasing was in "excellent condition", but after dropping over $10k we found out that was not the case. On the way home with our purchase, the steering wheel began shaking at 60mph and pulled to the right quite a bit. Aside from that issue, the trunk latch stopped working as well. They did take care of that for us, but when it came to the shaking and pulling they only took advantage of our money. To top our experience off, when we went to pick up our car from being detailed (over a month later) they claimed the problem had been fixed, and Mathias asked my fiance to pay for the new tire even though it did not fix the issue. My fiance calmly tried to reason with him, but Mathias's reaction was unacceptable. He yelled and even blocked my fiance's car in their lot so he couldn't leave. We paid for the tire and replaced the bent rim, but nothing they told us to do has fixed the problem. I would caution anyone looking to by a used car to take your business elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a 2011 Audi Q5 a few months back, upon taking it to get my first oil change I quickly learned there was an oil consumption problem. I pursued the warranty that was given, but they did nothing. Ultimately, the entire engine has to be rebuilt. I went back to MB motorwerks where Mathias told me he would trade my vehicle for a new vehicle of the same value. Today I went back and the owner told me he would give me TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS LESS THAN WHAT I PAID. This guy can not be trusted. DO NOT buy a car from this man. After I told him that he talks in circles he told me to get out of his dealership . The frustration is unmeasurable and comes from the clear disrespect I was treated with after HE LIED. I am 23 years old going to school and got my first loan to buy this car. I do not know what I will do now that I have to pay 6 grand to fix this problem. I hope the owner feels horrible for what he has done to me.

Great dealership! Mathias, Brandon, and Kim were all super friendly and helpful. Bought the vehicle with a broken part, and even though it was sold"as-is," they are still going to replace the part! I would definitely buy from them again.

Drove 2 hours to look at a Mercedes M class. Called before hand to get details. Person on the phone told me that the car was in excellent condition.When we arrived, the SUV looked like someone had keyed it on all panels. After driving it for 10 minutes, the power steering pump started to leak. Dealer claimed it was condensation...We looked at 5 more SUV's. All of them had body damage and messed up interior. He was asking "excellent condition" prices.Sketchy people selling low tier aution cars at high prices. Total waste of time and gas!Steer clear.

Was looking around for S80 V8s. They had the the most aggressively priced S80 V8 in the whole nation. Being out of state, alot of other dealerships were quick to turn their head away. Not MB Motorwerks, they were quick to respond to my questions and took whatever information they needed over the phone. Got the call that the approval was set, grabbed a few pals and we headed down. When we got there, we were a bit late from traffic and construction. But they had no issues staying just a little bit past close to make sure we were able to test drive the S80, sign the paperwork, transfer over my stuff. My friends instantly took note to their impressive inventory. They definitely know what kind of vehicles they have, and all the cars are so aggressively priced. I'll be coming back for a car a friend of mine spotted in their inventory. Highly recommend you to go here!

Don't waste your time, especially if you are coming from any other area outside of Delaware. I have looked at the same car twice ( Blue Volvo V70 ) on two different Sundays, 1st time it was parked beside the south side of the building about 3 weeks ago and today 3/8/20 it was out front by the road. The tires are nearly flat and have been since I saw it the first time and to think someone moved/drove it and doesn't have the motivation to even properly inflate tires at this place is a major RED FLAG! In addition to that the car/cars are extremely dirty like they have been sitting in a farmer's field for weeks. My god at least air up the tires in case someone wants to test drive. There is NO EXCUSE for this at all! WAKE UP! 5/11/23 This is my rebuttal to his response; How would I notice a left rear tire being flat on two separate occasions/parking locations by simply driving by?WHY would you move it further away from the "air line" up front by the road? I don't need to meet you, your cars say plenty about you!

He sold my Son ( single Father ) a LEMON! His so called mechanic tried to fix it. It does not even go 45mph! I believe he saw my some coming, told him it was his Wife's old car! Karma is a -----!I wonder, would you do this 2 your own child
