Hello, I have been to Joe's Towing quite a few times in the past few months. Mostly for oil changes. They get me in and out in less than an hour. Most recently I had a problem with my ranger. Jim called me the next day and explained to me what was wrong with it, and said that he would have it done for me that afternoon. There prices are great, and the service is exceptional. Joy is a great and personable lady that answers the phone, and kept me informed on my vehicle( ranger) repairs. Would recommend anyone to go there, for auto repairs and etc. Great company that you all have. Thank you again Joe's

Scheduled fast for an oil change. They topped off my fluids. They let me add on a tire rotation at the last minute. Professional and great price.

This business is top notch! They were fantastic from beginning to end! The technician Mike who was dispatched to me gave a wealth of information to make sure my car was fixed appropriately!! Thank you!If I never need their service in the future, I will definitely use them again!

I have to edit it, to write some more, apparently Google doesn't give me a place to reply to this awful human his reply,the distance between when u picked my car and the drop off was only 3 min, so how is it $145, u said u had to drive to get to my car, well the clock starts when u touch my car,I even asked around and I was told I got scammed, u are a scam, when you saw a woman u over priced her, I was told it only costs $60, I bet you didn't know I will write a review, u are an awful human,, I hope the same way u took advantage of me someone else does the same to you, keep that $145, I hope it buys you morals, I had to pay $145. For a 3 min towing service please stay away from them, I think he did that because am a female and am young, he just scammed me, please stay away from them, they take advantage of female's

We had my son's car worked on. We could not have been more happy with the results! The work came in under the quoted amount and in less time than expected.We also used the towing service initially to get his car to the shop. The driver crawled right under the car and told us what the problem was.The staff all were helpful, courteous and polite. I highly recommend this shop!

So many good things to say about this company! The brakes went out in my sons car, they came and picked the car up that day, called us with the details, and did a great job fixing it the next day! Joy at the front desk even offered to drop the key off to my house because I couldn t get there prior to closing! A+++++++++ Thank you!

These folks are the best!From the lady answering the phone to the tow truck driver, theywere kind, quick, and so nice. Called at 8am and he was at my work a half hour later to tow my truck. Definitely 5 + stars! ( and very reasonable too!)

Needed them again today. Great service. If you need a tow, Look no further. Very professional, courteous staff. They bent over backwards to help me. I would definitely recommend them. They did everything exactly as they said they would do. Very fair priced.

Had a very pleasant experience with this company had to have my car towed from Tanger outlets in Columbus all the way to my mechanic in Wakeman it was almost a 2hr drive and I was by myself the driver was very professional, friendly, and the time went by fast, nice conversation. Thank you very much for taking the time to care for my car and looking after me

I called Joe's towing out of blue while searching for tow companies due to a highway breakdown during our caravan out of town. This was AT NIGHT, on a BUSY interstate. At this point, I had already called about 5 companies, but none could be out there within 2-2.5 hours.I spoke to one of the gentlemen and he told me if I couldn't find anyone to call him back as he was in the middle of a run. After calling 3 more companies, all with the same result, I called back and was able to secure him. Although it took some time for him to get with us, about 45 minutes, that was WAY BETTER than waiting on the side of the road for 2 hours.He got the car hooked up and to its destination! He handled us perfectly, and I REALLY APPRECIATE THE SERVICE!

5 star service for sure! I brought my car in because it was misfiring, and they fixed it pretty quick! The mechanic was straightforward with me (which is rare because I m a woman! Lol) and answered all of my questions. We THOUGHT it was a dirty spark plug, but when I picked it up and it kept misfiring I called them back and they had me bring it back right away. He ran the codes again and immediately knew it was the injector! These guys are awesome! My car was fixed again within a day and is running smooth. I m VERY happy! And they re affordable and offer a military discount, which helped! I ll be back to get my head gasket seal fixed real soon, thanks guys!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Joe s Towing & Auto Repair is a very reliable place to get my vehicle serviced. They always offer fair pricing and the staff members are very helpful and friendly. Everyone who works here goes above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is in a safe condition to be on the road. Jim has always been the most reliable and friendly mechanic for the many years i ve been taking my vehicle here. AAA left me stranded on the highway for 4 hours - it was 93 degrees and had a puppy in the car. At 8:30 pm I called to check on status and AAA said they would not be able to help me as they did not have a driver. I was lucky to google Joe's Towing. they were prompt, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. also recommend NOT paying AAA to do nothing.Service: Car towing

Had to have my car towed today 3/2/23 off I 71 s due to work related problem driver went above and beyond I m my state (pa) tow truck operator RARELY assist people with getting to hotels since I was over 300 mile away from my employee I m grateful for this driver and keeping my driver safe till I could get to him thanks again from everyone at RYAN S FLAG CAR SERVICEService: Car towing
