There is only one place in this world where I buy cars. This is the God's honest truth.Fred Reed and I have been doing business for 25 years+. I will go nowhere else. I love Fred like he is family. I can only give this place 5 stars but I'd love to give you 25 stars. Why do I choose Freddie's Big Lot? 'Cause Fred Hooks us up. Thanks again for a wonderful purchase experience, my friend

I bought a 2010 gmc canyon in November of 2022 off Fred the truck went to the gm dealer two times in less than 500 miles of me having it(Freddy paid half of each bill) I then found out the frame had a cracked off control arm mount on drivers side and passenger side was already fixed however I was never told that their was frame work done when I bought the truck (Freddy gave me 350 for the repairs I did) now 4 months of owning my truck and only driving around 25 miles a day putting around 3000 miles on it the engine started knocking Fred offered me 200 bucks which is a joke because a new engine is 4000 dollars also never got the money upon buying the truck I was told it had a remanufactured engine in it with less miles (His mechanic told me this when I was looking at the vehicle before I took it for a test drive) the truck has been nothing but issues I m not saying this is a horrible place to buy from however I think personally I should of been notified about the frame being patched up as it really hurts the resale value of vehicles and I would of never have bought the truck if I knew that. Freddy needs to check over his vehicles before he sells them

This company is a fraud and a scam. They are in it for the almighty dollar. I purchased a 2003 GMC Suburban from Freddy's Big Lot. The transmission went out on the vehicle two weeks after I made the purchase. I asked Fred for my money back after taking the car to a shop to estimate the repair cost. Fred told me I bought the car as is so that I couldn't get a refund. I waited for 4 weeks to talk to Fred to come to an agreement so I have had the car now for a little over two months. I have since than purchased another vehicle some place else because I need to get back and forth to work. Although Fred offered to trade in the vehicle or change the brake line, rotor, and all the minor issues I would rather not do business with him again, because of the stress I have had with this vehicle.

Had an amazing experience. Bobby is really down to earth and so easy to talk too. I never felt any pressure to purchase a vehicle. Fred is a really nice guy as well, these guys are very personable. Tim is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. I had a minor issue with my truck and he fixed it right away. Great guys all around

So rude. My sister went to go look and the owner was absolutely awful. Was so nice to another man there but so degrading to her. Would not recommend at all.

I callled this place, because I wanted to go ahead and purchase a vehicle and I wanted to know if they do a buy here pay here, and the guy got very snotty with my Sister and I, when we telephoned, said that they don't do buy here pay here, they only do the program for people in Ohio. But I have cash too, I was able to receive my bonus from work, and I was also paid. These folks said I am wasting my time, I did not know that they could open up a business want Customers, Customers call and then this guy has the nerve to tell me that calling him is a waste of my time. He sounded as if he is drunk so there for, I will go ahead and call some of the other car dealers around. I have $10,000 dollars I have to work with but if these folks do not want my business from New York, I will call someone else who is a bit more courteous to an out of state Tractor Trailer Driver, My Sister too said she did not care for this man's attitude either. I can see why they have such a low rating. More respectful places to buy vehicles than calling these folks, I will be taking my business somewhere else, they have a lot of great awesome people in Ohio sadly these folks aren't nice at all. After driving 30 miles the owner was more interested in yard work than showing a car. He acknowledged my presence with a wave but continued to weed whip before coming to see if he could help me. When confronted about this he soon became upset and "ordered " me off his lot. If this is how he does business, all I can say is I hope the customer never has an issue with the vehicle they purchase. Buyer beware!

I will do business with them if I need another vehicle. I bought a car at a very reasonable price. They did in house financing as my bank was 3 weeks out on responding to any loan applications. Anything minor that has gone out, automatic window switch, back window washer fluid piece, they replaced without hesitation. When there was a major issue shortly after purchasing the car, that no one could've known about until it actually went out, not only did they replace at a fraction of the cost, which did not include labor or anything close to what I would've paid for it, they also replaced things that could've possibly caused an issue far down the road. Not only did they do all this, they gave me a loaner car to drive until the car was completely finished. Now with the new parts, it was like purchasing a brand new car. I purchased this car as is. Had I bought one at any other dealership they would not have done anything and it would've been buyers remorse. I highly recommend them. The whole team is nothing short of amazing!!!

Dropped by here on a late Saturday night after returning from the Polaris area for dinner. Just wanted to see what they had a available and the prices. From what I seen, the prices were pretty reasonable. Met Freddy as I was about to put out of the lot. He sure is a friendly guy and informative. Hell, only talked to him for a couple minutes and I thought we was gonna go drink some beer together.

One of the best experiences I have ever had if not the best. My son and I went there after going to several other dealers to get my college son a car to commute back and forth from school and work. Freddy was very easy to work with and he really goes above and beyond for you. Stacy was great with going over the vehicles with us and starting financing. She also got out there and helped with delivery of car. I highly recommend this dealer! I hope to do more business with them in the future if needed.

I d never purchased a used car out of state before. This experience was by far the best car buying experience I ve ever done. Fred and Bobby and Tim were committed to making sure I was well informed and happy. They always went above and beyond my expectations. My car got to me and was everything they promised. Highly highly recommend them!

They are fantastic! We have gotten two vehicles from from Freddy now and both times have been nothing but 100%. After a severe car accident totaled our "good" car Freddy got us right into a "new" one. After three years of everyday driving (and I drive ALOT) and no more issues than that of a used car should have we drove it back and traded it for my current car and the love of my life. I have put almost 15,000 miles on it in less than a year, never going more than 100 miles away from Delaware and my Mustang (Maggie) is still running great. Thank you Freddy and your wonderful team for making this girl your biggest fan.

Fred and Bobby are great guys! Super helpful, not pushy, and family friendly. If you are looking for a USED car, check them out. Tim the mechanic is very knowledgeable as well.

We stopped I Monday July 17 around 10am or so, no one came out we went to the office no one came out, we looked at the car no one came out, we went back inside some guy was on his phone talking how some girl was giving him the cold shoulder, he looked at us and totally ignored us and walked back towards the shop area, what a joke

My husband Johnny Sullender and I purchased a great vehicle at a fair price at Freddy's Big Lot. We received exceptional great customer service. We will definitely recommend Freddy's Big Lot to others and possibly purchased more vehicles from Freddy's again.

Bobby Young and Freddy were great. The whole process was painless except for the simple fact I was buying a car (not ever fun for me.) Thanks guys for your patience while I went and looked at another car, and ended up right back in less than an hour. They were right my car is fast.

My mother purchased a van about 6 weeks ago. She is on a fixed income and this was her only option in getting a car on her own. They assured me they are different from a buy here, pay here joint. 2 days after the purchase the van was JERKING, seemed the transmission was slipping or the rear-end was going out. My mother took it back several times, told they couldn't find anything wrong. Finally, changed transmission fluid but that wasn't it.She now has an appointment scheduled in which she must pay half of whatever they do. Sad how these places take advantage of people who can't afford any extra expenditures.

What a refreshing car buying experience! Fred and Ryan were thorough and friendly, but not high pressure at all. My husband loves his "new to him " Chevy Silverado. We're thankful to have found Freddy's Big Lot.

Purchased a used vehicle on April 8th of this year. Signed the As-Is, no warranty. (lack of better options). Waited at the dealership for 7 hours for their shop to fine-tune any issues. Drove it home. Due to high-mileage, we were vigilant and cautious, noticed some pull in the steering. Problem persisted, we went to get an alignment done. We were refused by two shops due to the lack of any tread on the front tires. So we replaced the front tires, went back and got the alignment. Not cheap. Was finished may 5th. May 10th, went to start the car, it wouldn't start. Checked everything, called mechanics, cleaned spark plugs, car started. Next day, same thing. Went and bought tools and new spark plugs, replaced them. Car still wouldn't start. Called dealership. Was referred to private mobile mechanic, who came the next day and checked everything, could not identify the problem, and suggested we take it to the dealer. Did that. Was told two days after arrival that it was fixed. Went to pick up, wouldn't start. Came back 5 days later based on same information, wouldn't start again. They offered to put us in a different vehicle, but with none of our money back or credit. They ripped is off and left is to fend for ourselves. It is in my opinion, they will do the same to you! Quick and easy service. The staff are very knowledgeable about the vehicles. The sales people put non pressure on you to buy. Very honest people and this is the 2ND, purchase from Freddy's Big Lot!!

They don't fix the problems with the cars they just try to hide them. Some of the vehicles have water leak issues and have mold in them. I would highly recommend buying a car from somewhere else

This place is horrible. Selling you junk cars with salvage titles because the car was totaled out, and not offering to fix them like they are supposed to! Horrible place and i do not recommend going here to buy a car.
