Recently, I had the "privilege" of needing all three of my Ford cars repaired at the same time. In the course of all of my car repairs I have worked with each one of the four service advisors, mostly with Sly and Carson. Across the board, the folks at�Byers�have given me unparalleled service and attention. 10s across the board to all questions asked below. I also bumped into Greg who proceeded to give me a tour of the whole facility and chat about his service philosophy which is outstanding. My positive experiences with the folks in the back of�Byers�have led me to decide that they will get my exclusive business from now on. Please forward this message up the chain to corporate Ford as high as it will go.

Very loyal to this place for last 5 years for my edge and expedition, service always was prompt and seemed honest, today was quoted $800 to replace this electrical part for adjusting the seat that I was able to successfully swap out for $20 in 5 minutes. Was told the entire seat needed to be taken out and that would be a 2.4 hour process. Sorry to say but this broke the trust today.

I purchased a new vehicle from Byers Ford recently and the service is received was outstanding. Keaton Stokes assisted me with my purchase and was not pushy. My new vehicle was delivered fast and paperwork was completed in record timing. The finance manager, Bill Thorpe, was very knowledgeable and patient with me. He did not pressure me into buying extra packages and made sure everything was correct and to my liking before we proceeded. The additional staff were very nice and the environment was very relaxed yet professional. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to buy a new car.

I was headed out of town on a 9 hour drive. My car was overdue for an oil change. My son had been driving it and said it wasgetting our gas mileage. The car sounded a little rough. I stopped in, no appointment, and asked if they could take a quick look at it so that I knew I would be OK on the road. They said that they could change the oil for me. I told them that we usually get "the works" package at my home Ford Service Center in Wisconsin. The service writer said that was fine. I then told him that I had my 2 dogs with me and no leash... but that they were friendly and well- behave. He said that wouldn't be a problem either. He escorted me and my dogs to an unused conference room while they decided my car. They completed the oil change and said that they found no problems. I was so appreciative! My car must have been in dyer need of an oil change because it drove better, get is usual gas mileage and I made it to my destination without incident. Byers Ford went above and beyond for a simple oil change.Service: Oil change

I had a wonderful experience at Byers Ford. I was having a hard time deciding which vehicle to purchase; John, Keaton, and Elijah were all extremely patient with me. They were knowledgeable, kind, and explained all difference and comparisons clearly. They answered all questions and made sure I was completely taken care of.Thank you all for your time and dedication. We ll definitely return for future needs.

This is a very nice place and people are genuine and good in what they do. Special call out for Tiffany Marks, she is amazing person and helped me when I was struggling. She made sure to listen to my issues with the car and advised me with the next steps. She made sure that my issue got resolved in a timely fashion which they did. I really like when people stick to their words. I am glad that I found this place, though it was my first visit, I will definitely be back for any auto service needs. I have a 2005 Ford Excursion in mint condition, that had some electrical/battery issues that other shops could not identify. Button line is you pay the higher prices at a dealership, but the work is top notch. Tiffany the service manager whom I dealt with was great. Tiffany was professional, quick to reply when I called and provided great solutions. If you want things done right go see Tiffiany at Byers Ford!!!Services: Electrical, Battery, Oil change

Had a recall on roof rack trim and burned out back up light. Was told it was needed overnight so arranged a courtesy car and dropped off my explorer. I was called around 4:30PM advising it was finished which was great news so I went and picked it up. Ms Marks was on top of everything from the time I arrived, having all paperwork ready to go. So far(almost 3 years) I have not regretted purchasing my Explorer from Byers in Delaware and the service department plays a huge part of that thought.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

While we have been thrilled with Byers Toyota service, we had a horrible experience with Byers Ford Service Center. We booked an online appointment for 2 pm just to have AC checked. We dropped it off at the scheduled time, and they took the keys and said they would contact us with what they found out. However, after we returned home, we received a call stating that they had bigger jobs that needed finishing and that they could not get to our truck until Monday. No apology, nothing. Then when we went to go get the truck, we were not greeted at all. The keys were sitting openly on the counter, so my husband took them and left. Needless to say, we will not be supporting this business at any time in the future. What a vast difference in management styles from the Toyota center!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Mark Morgan assisted in taking my lease and changing it over to an own. He listened to my needs and did not pressure sale any upgrades. I was taken care of in a timely manner. In fact, Mark was upfront and let me know that seeing the financial guy was going to be about an hour. This openess allowed me to go do a couple errands, return, and be ahead of schedule. This honesty is quote helpful when you have a busy day planned out.

Not the dealers fault but waiting three months for a rack and pinion was not Ideal. The overall experience with the dealerships communication wasn't the best. From the parts department and service department neither knew what was going on. Calling continually to find if the part was delivered and learning the part was there for two days after I was told I would get a call once the part came added to my frustrations. I then proceeded to attempt to schedule the rack and pinion replacement and in speaking with the service writer he was unaware the part was there and said let me verify it is there because the parts department gets it wrong many times. My confidence was dwindling at this point. Finally get the vehicle in for the service and upon completion during the alignment my steering wheel wasn't centered and was returned to me like this. I also requested my battery terminals be cleaned as I noticed they were heavily corroded. Whatever the tech used to clean it slopped it all over my engine bay and left corrosion on my battery mounting brackets. I suppose I need to lower my expectations for a pleasurable experience.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Battery

I had warranty work done in addition to an oil change, new wipers, new lug nuts, and tire rotation. Tiffany worked with me on a schedule date and was very pleased with the work being completed in a timely manner. There were some issues with dirt and grime on the dash, vinyl section of console, and vinyl area on door panel that I took care of myself. My wife and I are both retired and usually need our vehicles every day. Tiffany scheduled a day when we were both in Columbus and therefore only needed one car.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Mark was great to work with at Byers Ford. I wasn t exactly thinking of buying a car when visiting the car lot but he certainly made the buying experience very easy and painless. I would highly recommend working with him if in need of purchasing a vehicle. Certainly will think of going to Byers for future vehicle purchases. I used Byer Ford's Express Oil change service. I arrived without an appointment. I was checked in quickly and car taken back to the garage immediately and was back on the road in 30 minutes. I purchased my new 2021 Ford Bronco at Byers Ford. Mark Morgan was my sales rep. He and the team at Byers are great to work with. I highly recommend them. They stayed past closing time to make sure I got my Bronco that day.

I went in to get my van recalls done. The first appt I was told they would have the van done in a day.... 2 days later I was told they couldnt get the parts so I had to reschedule. 2 weeks later the parts arrive and I set up another appt. This time they promise a few hours and the repairs will be done. I didnt get my csr back until the next day making me miss a service appt I promised a customer. Just very slow and didnt care if they lived up to the promises... plus their prices they quoted me for a hub cap and a mirror are insane. Thanks to the Byers Auto employee that stole our catering lunch at noon today that our group paid $325 for from El Vaquero in Delaware Ohio today. Knowing full well you received way more food than you ordered. I hope El Vaquero presses charges on you for theft. Owner already called and told me he found out it was you. I'd hope you don't swindle your customers like you did El Vaquero and us, but I think we know the answer to that.

First of all "LOF" apparently does not mean Lube, Oil and Filter anymore. Something I like to do while the truck is on the lift is to go into the service bay to check out the underside of my truck to make sure everything is good with it. I asked the tech if he is going to lube the grease fittings (zerks) in the ball joints and steering links. He said no not unless the customer specifically states it to be done, at an extra charge. The other tech said to go ahead and do the lube since I asked about it. Ironically the work order states "Customer requests Lube Oil Filter to be completed". I guess that is not specific enough for this dealership.Second issue is the $17 gallon of DEF. It should not be charged that much for 1 gallon!! Also the DEF was spilled down the side of my truck and on the running board.Third is I believe they only used 12 quarts of oil. Not the 13 quarts that it calls for. I seen the tech only use 3 gallons of oil and did not add the single quart. (3 gallons=12 quarts for all you math wizards out there).Finally the cost for all the hassle was the MOST expensive oil change I have ever seen for my Powerstrokes. Mind you I have 3 trucks for my business so I know what it costs to get oil changes. This oil change at this dealership was $161!! That is highway robbery for an oil change even on diesel engine trucks. I do not recommend this location!! Very displeased and will not return to this location!!Service: Oil change

Price was fair and service was quick. Waiting area has 4 chairs, coffee, TV. Restrooms down the hall into another area. Very clean. Just a little disjointed. No 5 star rating due to no free car wash. I was very pleased and will be back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Absolutely a great place- no one tries to oversell you materials or add additional services when you need a couple of things, but always takes the time to explain results and provide excellent care. Appointments made have been on time and times given for work or repairs have been very accurate. If they state it will be an hour to complete, it is done in an hour. I recently had factory recall work done as well as an oil change. Dropped off car night before and my vehicle was there the entire day! I called them 3 times and asked for updates, but never received one until after 4 pm. I was told that the service technician had to leave suddenly and that someone else had taken over the repair of my vehicle and that it would be another 30 minutes before it would be completed. That meant I faced rush hour traffic in order to pickup my car. Apparently, during the process, the wheel was damaged and a lug nut was missing. Unfortunately, I was never made aware of the damaged wheel or the missing lug nut until I accidentally noticed it days later. I then called the service department to report what I had discovered and I told that the cashier was supposed to have told me about the damaged wheel and the missing lugnut the day I picked up my car. That same day, I left the service manager, Brad Kassa, a voicemail outlining my dissatisfaction with what had occurred with my car, but I never received a return call. As a result, I had to make another appointment the following week in order to have repairs made to my damaged wheel. When I returned to the dealership for follow up repairs, the service department representative did apologize for the situation but I am still not pleased with what took place. Based on what occurred, I will likely never return to this dealership again!Service: Oil change
