They lied to you they say there s a warranty on the vehicle they would fix it. If something would go wrong I bought a vehicle from them had electrical problems for the first vehicle the second vehicle that I had them get for a three day exchange. There is no engine oil inside of the engine, the third vehicle that I drove you can smell antifreeze really strong with the vehicle is running the fourth vehicle that they were going to get for me. The whole center council was displaced and not hooked up correctly the fourth vehicle that I got that they stuck me with was a 2011 ram and every time it rains the water would come in and soak everything inside , the only thing that they are willing to fix was a door trim seal which is like $30 and I still haven t got that I was promised by the managers that they would contact me back. Haven t heard a word try getting out of a contract that I have signed. They stated that it s not gonna happen if they have to they ll take me to court , just a very bad experience all the way around I would not recommend this place to anyone at any time and they overcharge by 200% of what the truck and vehicles are really worth and they lied to you just to get you in the door and talk until you sign the contract then it s All on you has nothing to do with them. They don t take responsibility for anything. Still debating on contacting My attorney, and suing them due to false allegations never signed a contract but for the first vehicle and then I never signed a contract for any other vehicle that they let me test drive or the one that I have now they electronically transferred my signature over to other paperwork without letting anybody go over it When you get some help from somebody or some questions, they you think that they already went through this scenario once or twice before just not a very good place to do business they need to be shut down

DO NOT STEP A FOOT INSIDE THEIR DOOR!!!! These people well Cindy is HORRIBLE..I have purchased a vehicle from them few yrs ago with no problem..I went back col days ago to get a new ride was fine next day it sounded like the rear end was falling out tuk it to my mechanic and he said take it back due to both sway bars in back being broke so I did now mind u I only had this car for 24 hours they did said they would fix it but I had to use the warranty umm..EXCUSE ME but I brought it home this way there is NO REASON I should have to use the warranty when I have 4 more yrs of payments.needless to say "CINDY" did not agree she sat there finding any and every excuse to send me home with the P.O.S. she sold me.saying she was "confused" I told her there's no confusion here's the key im not paying for this..she then told me she would mark it as a repo..FOR REAL LADY??SCAM ARTISTS DO NOT GO TO THIS LOW LIFE PLACE.I contacted my lawyer so we will see.they will not oblige the LEMON LAW OF OHIO..STAY AWAY!!! CINDY REALLY IS A HUGE CON !!!! 13K FOR A CAR I CANNOT DRIVE

Cindy and Christie were amazing they got out of a pinch and into a vehicle when no one would help they saved my job. Satisfied with the SUV they sold me would recommend them to my friends

Never buy a car here. They are a very dishonest company. Sold my daughter a car and she was told she had 5 days to have any problems fixed by them if there was a problem. Make sure you get that in writing. We had taken it to the mechanic the second day after purchase and found it was unsafe to drive. She was driving with 2 small children. We paid to have it fixed but Superior Auto salesperson for the company said they would fix the problems after purchase within 5 days of ownership. Then when we gave them a estimate for more issues found in the first 2 days after purchase, they refused to fix it. They sell junk cars at way overpriced prices. Take it to a mechanic to inspect before you buy there. Superior Auto please don't respond your sorry and hope to give you another try in the future. That will never happen. Be a fair and honest company and I wouldn't have to write this review

Cindy was amazing! I needed a vehicle asap because my car's transmission went with no warning signs...would have lost my job if I couldn't get a vehicle within a day or 2. Test drove a couple of suv's and she was super patient with me! Amazing customer service and a happy customer here...will refer others for sure!

I wish I could give less stars. Buyer Beware! They sell LEMONS and still expect payment although the car sits broke down in your driveway. We were told to bring it in to their mechanic within the first week we had it. Their mechanic said there was NO PROBLEMS with the car .Well it still had problems so we took it to a different mechanic. Ironically they found something wrong with it. Superior Auto REFUSED to fix it because it had been over the week they gave us! We had it in the shop three times. The final straw was the transmission. I ve never dealt with such rude unprofessional people in my entire life. Do yourself and your family a favor and DO NOT purchase anything from them. They are professional SCAM artist.

Bill was very helpful, and courteous. He patiently allowed me to test drive several vehicles before I made my decision on which one I wanted. Then he worked very hard to get me financed, and even stayed 2 hours past the office was closed to get my deal completed. This was not my first experience with Superior Auto, but I can say this was my best experience. Thank you, Bill, for helping me get into my "new" 2009 Pontiac Torrent. I absolutely love it!

Such a great experience with Nicole, Cindy and Lori . We already have a car threw them and decided it was time for a truck with summer coming up to be able to haul the boat and camper . Those 3 girls worked there butts off to find us what we were looking for!

Very unfortunate I did not get to cut a deal with Superior however loved the effort the team puts into trying to get a deal done. Enjoyed the environment the employees create. I think my only complaint would be you guys could of tried a little harder to seal the deal. Was told I only qualified for 10k and I got qualified for 28k elsewhere and walked away with a 2017 Dodge Ram to my likenesses with only 16k miles. You can't just dig for an hour and give up because you haven't found gold you gotta keep digging this is how you let the deal fall. It was right there and you let it get away. Maybe next time? I really wanted to give you guys my business you definitely deserve it.

If you are looking for a vehicle and your credit is not the best I recommend going to Superior Auto they treated me with kindness and took care of me quickly and they treated me with most respect thank you for a wonderful car it makes my life so much easier really nice car clean ,excellent carcouldn't ask for a better car so I want to thank you again Superior Auto

Cindy was a huge help...got us into a vehicle that we needed so badly....she was patient with my daughter who was on the go the whole time....we had a little hiccup and she took care of it right away....we will be back for cars in the future....keep up the good work Cindy and thank you so much for all your help.
