I am extremely happy that O'Reilly's Auto parts is in Defiance. They carry a wide range of parts and great prices. I am extremely happy with the service on finding the right parts and even listing options for other parts available.They have a employee by the name of Calvin Ankney that really knows his parts and what the store has to offer. The guy does a wonderful job for that business

I wasn't for sure which product to buy ,the clerk told me what would be the best. He had it ready on the counter when I came in. I can't say enough as to how awesome this place is!!!!! Thank you so much!!

Dave and Austin were some great guys going out of the way to help me when I was in need! I would definitely recommend Oreillys as a stop for you re automotive needs! I can t thank them enough for the help!!!

Went in to buy air filter. Couldn't find the right one on the shelf so went to the front desk. Employee was texting and never acknowledged me. He made a couple of steps toward the counter never looking up or stopped texting and stopped again. I waited for a while and then just walked out. I was the only customer in the store.

I went here today 10-15-22 to talk about a oil filter I just purchased and believe it was bad so when we went there today we told the guy and he said well that's a manager thing and he won't be in til Monday so I said well I can't wait til Monday so ring me up and this a$$hole said I could just leave the store if I'm gonna be like that! So I did! I will NEVER be back! I will be calling Monday when this manager is supposed to be in and if this person doesn't do anything I suppose I will call corporate!!!! Ridiculous!

Really great store! It's too new at the moment so I can't give a long term review. So far the staff has a decent amount of knowledge and experience. Not that I need it, because I know what I need more than they do. But still, nice respectable staff! I hope this store thrives and I will be a returning customer for a long time!

Decent prices, helpful staff. If they don't have what you need on hand they can get it for you typically overnight.
