Just another amazing trip to Bob Estle Chevrolet! Today's hero, Brandon, again! As usual I hit a button in my car and couldn't figure out what I did but, he got it fixed for me and I learned how NOT to do it again. Kudos buddy!! Oh, and the routine maintenance went just fine as well.

Estle Chevrolet is the best! This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. No pressure to buy extra dealer add ons. Erin Davis (salesperson) did a great job explaining the features and helped set up the vehicle for the journey home. Bob Estle (owner) has done a great job with his team. I was treated like family through the whole process!

Mark was very helpful and did an excellent job moving the purchase along quickly. He made sure the tank was full of gasoline and the truck was detailed and ready to roll. He also took extra time explaining the in-cab controls and made sure the phone app was updated.

Would never purchase another car here.. after purchasing used car from them and leaving Ohio we had our suv serviced here in TN.. Oil pan cover was from a completely wrong vehicle.. and now being quoted 6k in repair cost.. mind you this car has been driven less and than 5k miles since purchasing it.. absolutely wild to sell a piece of junk for almost 20k. I have serviced my Cadillac and recommended others to go there for years.. WILLINGLY WILL SPREAD THE HONEST NEWS ABOUT THIS DEALERSHIP ON ALL PLATFORMS GOING FORWARD.

Purchased online out of state, buying was simple. However, photos provided online did not show a damage to vehicle. Once arrived we noticed the valance underneath was broken and the antenna cover on cab was damaged. It took 2 months to receive our title. I called several times to ask for someone to help reach out to why it was taking so long and was told it wasn t there responsible anymore.

Eric did a great job through the entire process of buying this 2015 Colorado. Unfortunately, the air conditioning compressor went out the week after purchasing this vehicle, and Eric did a great job getting me partial reimbursement for the repairs. I can't say enough about how good of a job Eric did handling the situation every step of the way. Great environment and atmosphere at the dealership, everybody is kind and willing to help.

Kent is the absolute best salesman hands down. We ve bought from him many times before, and for good reasons. Professional, courteous, and very straightforward. Goes out of his way to make sure you have all the information you need, and makes sure the deal makes sense for you first. Even after we moved away from town, we always check with Kent first when looking at a new vehicle! The wife absolutely loves her new Equinox!

The techs do great work and the body shop has been amazing. However, due to large wait times from their service department and lackluster customer service from the service writers, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I have no problem driving 30-plus minutes for better service and shorter wait times for getting my car in.

Has some nice vehicles. Finance people could be more towards the customer service side. I really had no problems except when I went in there I told them who I was approved through. My credit got hit 8 times just for them to go through the company I was already approved by. They like to say oh it will go back to normal after you get the loan. Which is not the case. I have 2 years now before these 8 hard inquiries fall off my credit. I don t care what any salesman says it doesn t make a difference. It s still on my credit and it still looks bad to any lender if I was going to go purchase a new home or something. So if you don t mind having your credit run over a handful of times. This is the place to go.

Erin was great to work with. I came in looking for a truck not exactly sure what I wanted. I test drove a 3/4 Ton not totally exactly satisfied then she grabbed the keys to the ZR2. I fell in love on the drive. I feel like she went right to work to get me the best deal she could. I have never owned a brand new vehicle so this was an exciting yet a little stressful and she assured me I was getting a great truck. THANKS again. I also want to mention this is my second truck I have bought from her. I ll be back in couple years to get my next one.

Alright guys. Bear with me on this, its going to be a long review, as i have a lot i need to say. For starters, the salesman i worked with (Alex Fisher) was absolutely PHENOMENAL! When i first made contact with Alex i was straight forward. I let Alex know that the vehicle i was calling him about was not my first choice, but i would remain in contact in case the other vehicle fell through. For almost a week this man called, texted, and answered every single question and inquiry i had. After about 5 days i finally gave Alex the go ahead to run my credit and get me an approval. Alex not only got me approved, but got the down payment and monthly payments right in my budget. I live 2 hours away from this dealership, and in a different state even. But alex made this process extremely easy. Shoutout to the finance manager that worked on my application as well (Tom Engle) both of these men deserve recognition as they made this one of the easiest car sales i have been involved in (I've purchased roughly 6 cars in the last 5 years). Now heres where things took a turn. I drove the car 2 hours home with no issues. The very next day the check engine light came on. During the purchase of the vehicle i asked if i could receive a copy of the work they did to the car before putting it on the lot. They obliged. So i actually read through it after seeing the check engine light on. It had a cylinder 8 misfire. They thought they fixed it. But its back. But now i have a cylinder 6&8 misfires. Luckily i purchased a 3 year 36,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty. The trim on the trunk is also loose, and the light in the glove box is popped out of place. The misfire i can understand, those are tough to fix sometimes, and you can never be 100% sure you fixed the problem. But when I'm paying over 30K for a car, almost 35k after warranty and what not, you would think they would fix the easy stuff. Now with this being said, I am NOT upset with Estle, not at all. I purchased the warranty for a reason. I LOVE Estle, they helped me finally accomplish a dream by purchasing my dream car. I just want them to hold their techs accountable. To fix the light in the glove box and the trim on the trunk lid, would have cost the dealership next to nothing. Thats all. Estle, i ask that you take care of Alex Fisher, that man is a blessing to your dealership. Super respectful, he was very patient with me, and did everything by the book. Easily one of the best salesman i have ever worked with. Please recognize this man. 10/10 recommend the Estle sales team. Im iffy on service though at the moment.

Eric Fellers is the best. He was very helpful in getting me in a new car. His customer service is superb, I emailed with a question not realizing how late it was in the evening that didn t matter to him because he got right back to me. Thank you so much Eric for all you do.

After the truck was painted the colors do not match. When I asked about the color difference i was told that is normal. This is not normal. The colors could be matched.

I had multiple issues occur at once. They were able to offer me a loaner to drive and had it ready when I arrived. I was kept updated on what repairs were being done and pricing. He made sure to check my extended warranties and let me know what I would be responsible for upfront. They also called with a couple of suggested replacements which I approved knowing they needed done. Overall pleased with everything.

Honestly, probably the worst place to buy avehicle. Especially a newer truck. Can't get anyhelp. Robert the sales man. Was kinda a joke.Beat around the bush about everythingDefinitely didn't wanna make a deal. Sold methe truck an it needed service. Now they can'tget it in for service. To busy or not a time I'mavailable. I'd go else where. Terrible dealership
