Hit a deer. The whole process is nerve wracking. They made it stress free. And the vehicle looks great. Just an FYI--there's a 3% charge to pay your deductible with a card. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Overly priced. I have a 6 inch dent on my front fender. They quoted $1200. Ridiculous. Modern day Jesse James. I guess if your insurance company pays this. It's OK. I'm paying out of pocket

I have gone to Batt & Stevens twice now. When my Chevy Blazer was stolen and crashed, I was told it would never drive the same. They made that vehicle like new and I drove it 18 more years. This last summer, my Lexus was rear ended on vacation. I could not have been happier with the job Batt & Stevens did on it. I will always recommend them for body work.

I've had both my 2013 Chevy Cruze and my 2008 Jeep Wrangler fixed by batt and Stevens body shop. They did amazing work and kept me updated every step of the way. I was even able to use a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was in the shop. They are hands down the only place I will ever go when I need my car fixed after an accident.

About two years ago they fixed my husband s truck that had a lot of hail damage it turned out so good! I see around town so many vehicles that their doors don t match but batt&stevens body shop did great at paint matching!

I went to Batt & Stevens body shop again after I noticed a large dent to my Jeep Gladiator tail gait. I was able to use a lender vehicle while my Jeep was serviced. Excellent work!

After a minor accident with our truck, our insurance company named Batt & Stevens as one of their preferred body shops. We had never been there before and never heard anything about them, just the commercials on the radio. As soon as we walked into the front door, it was a great experience. They were so friendly and welcoming, so very helpful. The estimate was done quickly and was very reasonable. The work was done in a timely manner and we were very impressed with the job. I would recommend to anybody, go see Batt & Stevens, you won t be disappointed!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had to get my front bumper replaced do to hitting a raccoon. My insurance recommended them and I went to them to get my estimate. I never even knew this place existed. I'm very pleased with the work they did on my car. Was done when they said it would be done. The people that worked there was very friendly, I would definitely recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

**Business owners take note** Martin and the crew at Batt and Stevens pulled off a miracle! A week before the busiest part of our Agricultural season hit, our business pickup truck sustained deer collision damage. Without our DOT'd vehicles pulling Jet A fuel down the road we would've been dead in the water. After getting my insurance paprwork sent to them I was given a best case scenario of four days and over a weekend, so six days total and i knew that was pushing it. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and they called me on Friday afternoon. 2 days at the shop, in and out!!! From first contact with paperwork to out the door was 4 days! Can't say enough about the great service I recieved. Their courtesy in working with me on such a tight schedule was greatly appreciated. This literally saved me $$$ in downtime. I love the people and what they do for you I wasn't even a customer I had a problem with my truck overheating and they did everything they could to help me and then they charged me nothing to me that means the world I hope it would to you too because they are awesome people God bless them

Batt & Stevens Body Shop is the only place I've had body work done the last 40 years. Had my mom's car there a couple weeks ago and my vehicle there now. Very professional and they give back, while having your back! Working with Batt & Stevens again. I have lived in several states in my life, and obviously have used a SLEW of service centers over the course of all my years driving a car. This is by far one of the absolute best experiences I have ever had. From the instant I called until the last time I left their shop, they made me feel like family. Not just another customer, but family. They were so trustworthy. They went above and beyond on even the evaluation phase of my car repairs. Their estimates seemed reasonable and they stuck to them and didn't end up gouging. They allowed me to use a borrow vehicle and when I brought up some small things when I went to pick up my car, they immediately fixed them to exactly the way I would want it. Batt & Stevens did some body work on my Chrysler 300c after someone backed into it. I absolutely love my car, so it was important to me that it was fixed by a reputable shop.I was not disappointed. Their staff was extremely informative and helpful. And my car was fixed quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

Batt and Stevens is the BEST! They treated me like family and helped me through the entire repair process. I was also impressed with the amount of respect and kindness they treated me with! I can easily say the customer service was top notch! My car looked and worked better than brand new after they were done with it! I was also surprised at how quickly my car was in and out. I highly recommend Batt and Stevens Body Shop for any of your collision repairs and/or painting needs!

I went to the shop for some damage to my vehicle. I was excited to see the finish work. (Looks amazing) HOWEVER my vehicle has never had an issue besides the damage to be fixed. I got my car back and now it won t shift out of park. When I called them and explained what was going on the guy told me not our problem so I just had the repairs done for my vehicle not to move anymore. I was hoping this experience would have been as great as everyone had said. But I did not receive the great service. The front desk lady was absolutely amazing and tried to be very helpful, which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 1. Will most likely not be going back.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After a car backed into my wife's Chrysler 300, we asked around the Defiance area where the best body shop was to take a car to be repaired. Batt & Steven's came highly recommended, and we were not disappointed. We dropped the car off on a Tuesday morning and had it back by Thursday. Our bumper looked as good as new. Mark was knowledgeable and friendly, and we had an overall great experience with them. Not hoping we need any body work done again anytime soon, but if we do...we will be going back to Batt & Steven's. And, I received a free t-shirt with the service...which I will gladly wear to advertise their business.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had my car fixed here after hitting a large raccoon. It was done FAST and looks great! The staff that I talked to were super friendly and knowledgeable. If I need more work done in the future I will most definitely be choosing Batt & Stevens! Highly recommend.

I haven't had to use Batt and Stevens, however they are a great business to have in the Jewell community. They always have a lot of business and are currently adding a new building to serve the community better. The towing service did help a friend of mine a few months back and he was really pleased. I heard lots of good feedback about Batt and Stevens.
