I had to reschedule to have the ignition recall done.They were super understanding and got me in very soon. Jesse kept me up to date and made sure to do an inspection on tires/brakes that I was concerned about. They were very nice and even gave me a loaner. Great service!

I ve been searching for about a year and drove by White Allen VW because ironically, I saw a Ford F-150 sitting on their lot! I whipped my 2006 F-150 around and met Bill Porter. He let me take this vehicle over night so my family could experience it as well! We all fell in love. The sale and signatures were super seamless. Totally impressed!

I ve experienced some of the worst customer service ever this week. White Allen Volkswagen truly does not care about customer care or customer loyalty. All they are trying to do is push blame away from them instead of admitting there was a mistake/misunderstanding made and come up with a solution to make it right. I pay for an extended warranty on my 2022 Tigan and they were misinformed about what is actually covered and not covered when they contacted VW Drive Easy coverage, and therefore misinformed me. I talked to the service manager and the general manager, both of whom say that any misunderstanding was on my side only and that they are not to blame. The general manger said since a different VW dealership sold me my car and the extended warranty, I can t expect White Allen to be responsible for knowing what is correct info and what is not. When I said that any VW dealership represents the company as a whole and it s their responsibility to find and relay accurate info to their customers, he said again that he didn t sell me the warranty and although it was left in their hands to fix it, they can t be responsible for giving or receiving correct/accurate information. He said they did me a favor by even taking the vehicle in in the first place (although they did nothing to fix it and are claiming I declined a small repair that would have cost me $0). The notes made by the person in the service center that helped me when this situation first arose months ago no longer works there and the notes aren t accurate and missing lots of info so they are saying that s all they have to go on and so it must be true. I explained the truth and what actually happened and they either don t believe me or don t care. As someone who has owned multiple Volkswagen vehicles and loves driving VWs, it s unfortunate to see a dealership give the company such a bad name and not care enough to make this right. I will now make sure that everyone I know in the Dayton area hears about the horrible service and situation I have encountered and looks for an alternative dealership to do business with.

I was on a cross-country road trip when I ran into an issue with my ignition just outside of Dayton. I called White Allen's service department for advice and was connected to Shane, who provided with a great work-around and essentially saved my trip! He was super nice and encouraging. Thank you, Shane!!!

I really liked my service tech Zach who came to my car and greeted me, he was real professional and helpful. He handled me with care and had respect for my time. This was my first visit to White Allen as I had just moved to Ohio from AZ a month ago and had been taking my car to a dealership in Gilbert AZ. The way Zach dealt with me gave me a really good impression of White Allen and made me feel that they value their customers. Zach gave me a lot of information about my options the next time I bring my car in for service. There were some issues with the Tech in my car that Zach fixed for me and walked me through how to fix it the next time should I have the problem again.I also want to mention Shane who I had a conversation with and who is also very nice and professional. When I return to White Allen I only want to deal with Zach or Shane.

I took my, new to me 2022 VW Tiguan, vehicle in for service. Tim was my Service Rep. He was friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. When I asked a question regarding some of the interior features, Tim truthfully let me know that he was not versed in the features of my vehicle. He found Stan, Sales Rep, who is very acquainted with my vehicle. Once the service was complete. Stan took the time to sit with me and go over the features. I had explained that I was a new Volkswagen owner and the dealership I purchased my vehicle from was not a Volkswagen dealership. They also did not have a Sales Rep that was proficient on the vehicle.

Ernest is a personable and professional salesman whose goal seemed to be to sell me in the car I wanted rather than the one he wanted. He listened to what was important to me and worked with the finance team to get the deal that was right for me. I d work with him again next time I am in the market for a car.

My car was just a touch low on coolant. I was able to take my car in without an appointment to get the fluid topped off at no charge. Additiinally, they put air in my tires and washed my car too. All for free! The free services is what made me come back for my alignment the following week. The staff was very friendly and not pushy or trying to make me buy things that I don't need. I had great experiences with both Kenny and Zach.

1st time at White Allen. I bypassed a closer VW because everyone in this area says White Allen is worth the extra drive - in fact I know people from Indiana who drive to Dayton for service here. Zach (my service manager?) was a true pleasure to work with, and the shuttle driver Kenny is a hoot, and made me feel like a celebrity in his beautiful VW Atlas - I had never experienced this midel before, it was a quiet luxurious ride. I hope the service ends up as good as my initial impression! (I hear it likely will)

This is our first experience with White Allen and in buying an electric car. Everyone at White Allen was great to work with. We really felt like they were trying to make sure we had the best financing option and sincerely cared about our car buying experience, which I usually find painful. Tony Townsend was especially great to work with. He is the main reason we were able to drive an electric car off the lot despite them being really hard to find in today s market. Additionally, Tony was fun to work with and we felt like he was looking out for us. His follow up as been great too. I m excited about owning my first Volkswagen and my first electric car!! Thank you Tony and White Allen!

I'm a 3 time returning customer to VW and have had the best customer service and sales team I've ever experienced here! They are extremely friendly, and experienced and everyone of my issues is always taken care of immediately. Also, they know how to really work a good deal!

I was happy with everything except for a $500 charge just to look at my car. I should have just left right then and there. If I didn t have that I would ve had you all fix my air conditioning, and a few other things, but that charge prevented me to do that and I will never send my car there again. Nothing personal but I already knew what was wrong with the car and $500 is a bit excessive. I definitely learned my lesson.

My salesman Bill Porter was wonderful to deal with. He was attentive to what I wanted and had everything ready for me when I arrived. I had to drive a little over an hour each way and that was very helpful. The finance manager was great as well. This was one of the best and quickest experiences I have had when buying a car, and I have purchased a lot of them. I will definitely recommend you all to anyone looking for a volkswagen.

My salesman is Ernest Hanselman. I appreciate the way he dealed with me. He was right on point with clarity on numbers and inventory. I would recommend him anytime. I appreciate the finance manager (idk his name), for giving me a good offer. The offer was so good that I ended up signing the agreement . Have to see the how the delivery goes :)

Absolutely perfect experience. Brandon was a pleasure to deal with. Communication was mainly via email and we had a deal in less than 2 hours. Very friendly and very helpful.When I got to the dealership, Ernest took over. Again, very friendly, knowledgeable and kind.Finance guy I had (name is escaping me), was again, just as helpful.It's a shame I live in Indianapolis. I would Def do the maintenance here. When the lease is up, if I'm gonna get another VW, I'll reach out here first.Overall, an excellent, no pressure experience. Couldn't recommend enough.

The place is nice. Most ofthe staff are nice people but the manager that was there when I bought my car forced me into buying a service contract even after I told him that I didn't put so many miles on my car. The good money I payed was for nothing as I even used it less with Covid coming in and the check ups came due time wise when I couldn't even go anywhere. Now that the car has 4,000 miles I must pay for whatever service the car needs because the time that the service contract covered is past due.

I already own a 2015 Jetta, last year I purchased 2020 A4 next door and had nothing but issues with the car as well as the service at Audi, to the point I requested my oil change on the Audi to be done at the VW dealership. While waiting for the oil change the Atlas caught my eye and after looking at it for a while and talking with the salesman I put a deposit pending a test drive after work. The customer service is exceptional and the best a customer can ask. Some people stuck around so I could take the Atlas home that night. After realizing that the floor mats were missing the dealership took care of the issue next day and had floor mats waiting. Your great service from beginning and while servicing the cars at the VW is hard to come by nowadays. Happy to have a second VW in my driveway.

About 2 years ago my husband and I came up to this dealership to get my Volkswagen Beetle and I was absolutely impressed by the friendliness of the employees there. They went absolutely above and beyond what I expected and there aren't words to convey my gratitude. I wish they were nearer to me so I could get my regular maintenance done with them! I would definitely recommend!!
