The service person was knowledgeable and was able to solve most of the issues without having to have the vehicle diagnosed. She was thorough, friendly. I had less than a pleasant experience with the dealership that sold me the car. This experience with White Allen Honda has put me at ease knowing I've got them so close to home for future automotive needs.

It was an excellent experience! Randy was great and made me feel comfort with making my car buying decision. Victor was also great with going over my monthly payments and the extras that come with car buying.D Arcy was great aswell and provide great customer service in the dealership and when he reached out to check on me. As I said at the top a excellent experience all around!

White Allen gave me an amazing experience! My car broke down last Thursday and was towed to a service shop I ve used previously but couldn t be looked at until Monday or Tuesday (not their fault). Well when they checked out my car it had a broken axle which it turns out could be replaced under a recall free of charge at a dealership. The tech at the first shop highly recommended I use White Allen to do the repair and I m so glad he did! I had the car towed down there Tuesday and by Wednesday at noon everything was repaired. The service manager was great with communication, even giving me updates on availability for a loaner car, which I didn t even end up needing because they were so quick! I highly highly recommend using them for any Honda services. Thank you again!

We had such a great experience at White Allen. We needed a second vehicle and chose to go back to Hugh Fullerton at White Allen. We appreciate the way we were treated with no high pressure and a good price. We went for a test drive and ended leaving with a Passport. We are very happy with our purchase and can t recommend them for sales and service enough.

I regularly get my oil change and other maintenance tasks taken care of at White Allen. I have been buying my cars here from Brian and having them serviced since 2001! Great place to do business. Strongly recommend!!

White Allen Honda is a friendly place to get your car serviced. I always feel like staff are helpful whether in the service department or at the check out office. Their waiting area is clean and comfortable. If you have a Honda, it's a great place to get it serviced!

Extremely good service, kind people and a wonderful staff. I met with Hannah yesterday for an oil change and she was so incredibly kind and went out of the way to help me with some of my budgetary constraints. The waiting area is clean and they've got several snacks and a small playroom for those with kids. Pretty neat!

First time having our 2016 CRV serviced at White Allen. Very professional and very welcoming. Hannah was my service advisor, and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I honestly felt (for the first time in a long time) that I wasn t being taken to the cleaners on repairs. And they were the first in a long time to actually check and fill liquids that needed filled. I will definitely be taking my wife s car back to them.

10 Stars if I could give it.ASK FOR ANTONIO!James has a fantastic team at White Allen Honda.I stopped in for a quick air fill on my tires. Antonio hustled out, adjusted the pressure accordingly, and advised me the rear tire was much lower than usual. Instead of sending me on my way, he asked if I had 5 minutes so he could lift the car and double-check everything.5 minutes later, Antonio returned with my keys, explained how he found I had picked up a nail, and patched the tire up safe and sound.I always get my car serviced here, they are quick, fair, and polite.When I say Antonio made my whole week, I mean it! He is the epitome of hustle and courtesy. Antonio if you're reading this, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Towed my car here from the garbage local Honda service department in Richmond IN. THIS PLACE WAS GREAT! Tim did a phenomenal job in the service department. Janna? In Service did a great job coordinating my late pick up, the sales manager who had my keys was great too. Had my stuff all ready and was totally fine helping over see my pick up. This is the best place I ve dealt with yet. Tell the technician thank you! Lastly, please spiff the tech and Tim. They did great. I ll trade in here next year.

I have recently started to take my Honda Accord into White Allen for service. Let me tell you, this establishment has customer service down pat.From the moment I drop my car off to when I pick it up, the white Allen staff offers exceptional customer service. Also I never feel like I am being taken advantage of. White Allen always explains exactly what my car needs. Last time I said I think I needed a service and they explained why I did not. To me being educated around what is needed is key to having my car properly serviced.The staff is always extremely nice and very helpful. You can always wait, but I like to drop my car off. White Allen has a customer for life. Kudos to the owner. I believe his name is Tim White. Exceptional leadership and outstanding community presence.

White Allen Honda by far is the best automotive dealer and service department I have ever been involved with. Prior to retirement I always had a company car. For over 35 year, different cars, different plans as well as different service departments. I know you will be dealing with a 5 star company. You will never be disappointed.

Although I didn t get a chance to walk away with a vehicle, regardless, I truly appreciate Mr. Hugh Fullerton for helping me and my family. His objective was to fully equip his customers with information in order to make the right and most accurate decision. And that s exactly what he did. He was extremely professional and made myself and my wife comfortable working with him, and at all cost avoided being pressured into a decision we were not comfortable with (which wasn t the case from a different dealership). It was refreshing to be well informed, which allowed me and my family to make a sound decision. We came to White Allen to look at a Honda Ridgeline and take a test drive. The sales consultant, Hugh Fullerton, was very helpful, knowledgeable and flexible with spending more of his personal time even though dealership was closing for the day. He (and the White Allen Team) were able to locate a Trailsport Trim Model in the color we wanted. They arranged for a trade with another dealership and within a few days were able to purchase the new Ridgeline. We were very impressed with Hugh's professionalism and the entire White Allen teams determination to finding and preparing the model we wanted! We highly recommend White Allen, Hugh Fullerton, and the dealership team!!

I bought a 2015 Rav4 Limited AWD....from Calvin Worthy today.One of the best experiences I've had with a sales person...he was very kind and patient.I felt a bond with him ...it was a very good day...considering 1 week ago i had my car stolen and really needed a good vehicle....highly recommend this man !!

White Allen s customer service is terrible. Their sales manager is rude and disrespectful. I would not by a car from this dealership for nothing in the world.It took a sales representative 15 minutes to come up to me and ask if I needed help, but only after the watched me like I was going to steal something.Don t buy a car from White

Don t go to the body shop. Got a estimate for to repaint front bumper, hood, front doors and fenders for about $4K. Went back to add the rear hatch. The lady was disinterested on doing the quote. She told me they don t repaint spoilers or the other accessories on the rear of my type r. She said they would have to replace everything with new stuff, the final quote came out to about $12K. So about $7-8K to repaint the hatch (trunk). What a joke. If you do t want to do the job just say so, don t quote your way out it. You need better staff.

Beware of buying any civics, especially from this location. Randy Reed sold us a 2024 civic sport touring knowing there were issues with the car in wet conditions, it will disable the safety features on the car & present warning lights of loss of braking power, no emergency braking available, ABS out/not working or any of feature they will use to sell the the car. The touch screens don t work properly on the wireless car play & the tech told me the chargers usually present problems as well & they don t have a fix for any of this! I did file a BBB complaint & got a response from the business in their own words, THERE ISNT A REPAIR FOR THIS! Which I will attach a copy. I also have pictures & videos of the system failing under very light rain. Was told by the service manager & techs to pull over & wipe off the Honda emblem! Seems wildly dangerous for that action on the side of the highway & we re not comfortable getting out of the car on any highway!Won t let me post a pic so I ve copied & pasted the response from white Allen Honda on main st in Dayton from the manager crcThis is a 2024 Honda civic sport touring with less than 3k miles on it. First had an issue with apple car play with 850 miles on car. The safety features disabled at 1500 miles & again at close to 3,ooo miles.The car scares us to drive now, especially while it s wet out. It takes a steady drive for this to happen now, if you drive across town nothing like this happens, it s longer drives of 45-50 miles & this won t shut off for hours after you ve parked. We were stuck both times waiting for it to clear & ended up getting a motel both times because of the weather not letting up. Below is their response.We are aware of this situation with the Apple Carplay and are awaiting an update from Apple Corporation and American Honda that has been affecting the wireless Apple system. Customers with this situation will be contacted by American Honda when an update becomes available. We did instruct and show the customer where the sensor is (H logo) when there is rainy or snowy weather, it just needs wiped off if it gets dirty or covered with snow, there is no repair for this.

By far the best Honda dealership or mechanic in general I've ever been to. I love that I can make my appointment online. The waiting room is nice and they have great coffee.Everyone is friendly and takes the time to educate you on the status of your car and what to expect in the future. Knowing I'll be due for new breaks in the spring is great because I can start saving now.I can't say enough good things about this place.
