There are a few points I have to make and I wish I could do separate reviews for each. I'd probably give each review 5 stars tho.1st, I hate being there. Because my car is broken. They have a comfortable waiting area. It's tidy, it smells nice, the ladies bathroom is clean.2nd, Jerry was great. He explained everything and didn't talk to me like I had no idea what was going on even though I didn't. He let me know what my car likely needs, but no pressure for anything extra. He answered all my questions.4th, they got 4 issues done in 2 sessions. They offered to keep the car overnight or get me in later in the week. Though not convenient, it was more convenient than I thought it would be. 2 recall fixes, oil change, and 1 hose something-or-other.3rd. I learned something new: maintenance on a car isn't just getting the oil changed and the tires checked! Holy shoot, no wonder my car is a piece of poo. I thought I was taking care of it but I have not been. I will be going back to this location and getting a full, updated maintenance very soon. At 120,000 miles... Whoops.5th, sure it's expensive. Cars are expensive. Everything's expensive. It wasn't ridiculous compared to other times I've had my car fixed.

I am very happy with the service they were the only Dodge dealership that let me wait for my car while they serviced it everyone else I called said drop it off we don't know when we're going to get to it will try to get to it sometime and you can rent a car from us to get home.

Last time I was in, I thought I had some brake issues. Shane Whitt and his team looked at them and told me that I didn't need them yet. Any other shop would take advantage of a customer and just do the job even if it didn't need done. Wes hilderbran helped me get into my new car because my BMW was falling apart and way to expensive to get fixed. I went in and was out within 20 minutes with my new Nissan Sentra sr turbo! I definitely recommend white Allen Chevy for the fast and awesome customer service they provide!
