Called & spoke with Josh about headlight restoration. He was helpful & answered all my questions. Took my vehicle in immediately. Josh was available & started the work right away. He took pride in his work & the outcome demonstrated his work ethic! Thanks

I walked in 20 minutes after opening. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. There was no one around. I proceeded to call and while the phone was ringing I stood there another 10 minutes. One of the workers came out and I said hey aren't you going to get the phone and they told me no so I said it's actually me I'm trying to get my car in I figured come early so that way there wouldn't be a line and they said no we're busy. There was no one else there they were just cleaning lol. Another customer came in and the same attendant proceeded to yell at this guy and almost get into a fight with him about how busy they are right now and how they can't take a car and they literally just open 40 minutes ago now at this point. I would suggest staying away from this Walmart oil change center

First time I came for an oil change, they refused to serve me an hour before close. I just waited 1hour 45 mins for a valve stem replacement and a tire rotation. My tires are less then a year old and they told me my tread is to low to rotate my tires after the whole hour and 45 . The staff at the counter is nothing but kids and she didn t even know what a tire valve was. I m scared for my safety to drive home now because the technician working on my car said let s pray it works . It a tire valve man. A tire valve. An hour and thirty mins with one man infront of me who also stated he wasn t coming back along with another man asking for a supervisor with a complaint. Don t come here seriously.

Everyone was super nice, but, after my oil change, I opened my car to find the oil light had not been reset. Though I did it myself, it just makes ya lose a little trust. It is like not getting a napkin from a drive through...Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Walked into the auto care center on 2/27 at 11:20 a.m. nobody around to assist so I walk towards the back to try and get someone in the back area if they can help me and another gentleman that are just standing out here at the counter no call assist button and all they can do is yell at each other walking out (what the hell he want) absolutely rude, not returning get my tires elsewhere

First time taking my car to Walmart. I got a standard oil change. Staff was friendly, and attentive and the service was done fast. I've had no problems with my car after the fact. They do a good job here.

Rainey and Shane in the Walmart Auto Care Center are awesome! One of my tires had recently gotten a nail in it and was repaired about a month ago. Sadly it started leaking air and I had to fill it every couple of days. Rainey was super nice with answering all of my questions and going above and beyond to explain things to me. Shane was also super nice with explaining things to me and doing the repairs. Thank you both for your kindness patience and hard work!

My car was towed I m and once off the bed. The mechanic cld see I needed two tires . I appreciated his swiftness in grasping the situation, fixing the problem and sharing with me abt the tire had dry rotted.

They were awful. 2nd really bad experience in a row. I was told to be there at 8:00 Saturday morning to get a tire mounted. I got there at 8:00. I waited 1 1/2 hours and my car was still in the parking lot. I asked how much longer. The lady said they were working on a 4 tire mounting job ahead of mine...it would be 2 hours. Wow. I called Grismer Tire and they worked me in. It took 1 hour, working me in between other jobs. I won't be back to Walmart a third time.

Went in for an oil change and to get a air filter replaced and a brake light bulb replaced. Before they worked on it, the on board dash said "change engine oil" and that's it, car was fine aside from that. So after two hours, they told me they couldn't replace the bulb because they don't have the tools for it. They also mentioned they couldn't replace an air filter because it's close to a hose. They couldn't temporarily remove a hose. Then they mentioned the brake fluid was low. Ok, so instead of asking me if I want it filled, they just moved onto the next customer. All right no big deal I can fill brake fluid myself easily. I get in the car dash now says "brake fluid low" and it barely brakes. Which it didn't do that before hand, so idk if they nicked a line or if a line has a leak and they just didn't check or ask. So now I have to check for leaks and fill my own brake fluid. I could have had a hobo do it more efficiently and cheaper. Walmarts motto is "save money and live better"More like "get ripped off and die faster"Service: General repairs & maintenance

Worse experience ever. I had a schedule appointment and someone called off so they couldn't do it and I wasted my time because no one called me!

Picked up a tire i paid for earlier in the day and was told I could get it mounted same day. I went to pick the order up and Joshua said he couldn't that I could just drive it to work 300+ miles in the morning. I ask to speak with the manager and he said that they have jobs booked all the way till closing. I offered to wait until the last job. Doug the service manager said he doesn't work over time since he doesn't get paid. I will never do anymore service. Terrible customer service by far!

Called and let it ring for three minutes. Someone picks up while still talking to another employee and doesn't seem to understand what I said. I used small words and attempted to articulate clearly. I asked to be transferred back to the auto center and Shamika simply decided to hang up on me. I'm only trying to spend $900 in their Auto Center department and I'm somewhat confused as to why that would upset her.Quality employees here.

The 5 quart motor oil jug prices are great. Why pay more at auto stores like autozone, oreilys, when walmart prices are cheaper. And the tire selection and prices are also great.

They did not replace the bottom cover on our Volkswagen Jetta properly after an oil change. It came off on the highway! Very dangerous! After returning to them, they could not fix it properly and refuse to cover a proper repair. Very dissatisfied! And very disappointed.

Walk in customer got two tires installed mounted balanced, new valve stems, I am very satisfied. Instlalaton took about a hour but the were very busy and construction was going in half of their bays so it was understandable.. employees were professional, did not try to upsell me anything.

Horrible experience and will not be returning. Charged double what I was told for an oil change and was berated by an incredibly unprofessional, rude staff with obvious anger issues for simply asking why. I don't expect much from Walmart employees, but this was unacceptable.

Long lines at counter (not including service which I'm prepared to wait at least hour); poor customer service lacking efficiency/sense of urgency/being prompt and lack friendliness to compensate (except lady); poor phone customer service IF they even pick up (I was placed on hold for over 5 mins and then called back, and they didn't even give me chance to speak before placing me on hold again). LET THIS BE A LAST RESORT PLACE TO COME!

They are pretty quick once they start, the best person is the manager. Cece I think was her name. She'd drop whatever she was doing to help a customer

After 2 or more hours of waiting they told me there was nothing they could do to fix my tire so I'd have to order a new one because mine wasn't available there... They couldn't order it for me? I find that to be odd

I had my 1st oil change here today. I usually go to Midas but my dad says he always gets great service here. At first it seemed great, I opted for the standard oil change because they check and top off other fluids plus vacuum your floor boards. This is oil change is $25. I was told it would be abot an hour so i did a little shopping and came back in about an hour n half. I assumed it was not done yet so i had a seat.... after 30 minutes know one had called me like they were supposed to, so i went up to the counter to see what was taking so long... suprise ! It was done, so I was sitting there for no reason. When I went to pay my total was 35... apparently my car took an extra thing of oil and i have a fancy filter. Well i think i should have been told that up front. It's safe to say that I will stick with midas. They have never charged extra for 6 bottles of oil or my filter. Its is always under 25.

Went in for a oil change and was there for 5 hours. My husband decided to do his own a week later and checked mine and the oil was black and my filter hadn t been changed.It s a shame you can t trust any place with your vehicles.

Came up on 2 different days and auto center wasn't open during posted hours. Picked out my own battery and took it up to checkout and was told I had to pay the 12 battery core fee even though the service center wasn't open to accept my dead battery. Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service. If you want people to come in, don't make them feel rushed on the phone. I'm asking questions about your services that could potentially lead to a sale. These people need to remember that the customer brings the money. You need me, I don't need you. I'd rather go to some other place and pay an extra $5 if they've got stellar customer service.

Don't come to Walmart's auto service center for tires. The first time I just needed 1 tire replaced on my saturn they told me that they can't sell me just 1 tire that I needed to buy 4 tires, so I went somewhere else. The second time I needed tires on my saturn I decided to go back and they were all about getting me in and out within an hour since they were slow, until I said that I wasn't interested in the set of tires that they were pushing me to buy that this other brand is what I wanted instead. Then all of the sudden I was going to schedule an appointment because they just weren't going to be able to squeeze me in that day,"they were far too busy" so I didn't argue and I went somewhere else. Fast forward 4 yrs later to 8/19/2017. I don't know why I bothered but I did, I go back for the third time. This time with my silverado 2500 they refused to even touch my vehicle because they said that those weren't the factory rims. I asked what do you mean, I bought the truck from White Allen this way they said "no I didn't", i said "yes i did", they said "that no i didn't" and I said "to hell i didn't". I said then I'll just buy the tires and have someone else put them on. They refused to sell me the tires. So I asked "what's next, you guys going to start refusing to do oil changes because you swear that those aren't the factory oil filters"? (He actually looked as though he was seriously considering doing that). I said "I thought so", and once again I went somewhere else. Now I'm sure that not all Walmart auto service center locations are this way but Sulfer Grove Walmart in Huber Heights, Ohio is.
