After having a horrific time at a local Honda dealership, Voss Village BMW provided a top tier experience. Taylor Lambert was extremely knowledgeable and communicative. Recently worked with Lauren Frost @ Voss Village BMW to purchase my new X7, and had a great experience! The sales process was very easy with zero pressure (that was refreshing). The delivery of my vehicle and the finance process were quick and painless. I highly recommend Lauren and Voss Village BMW if you are in the market for a new ride.

The sales manager, Aaron Kerstanski, is the main reason I had a great purchase experience at Voss BMW. He was involved with every step. He worked extra hard to maximize my trade value and Aaron made sure my overall buying experience was a good one. That includes the prep/detailing of the car. Aaron noticed a small exterior paint spot on delivery day and sent the car back to have it look perfect. Aaron also made recommendations, and he explained why the addition was wise, on items to upgrade to when creating the build specs of the car. Aaron was right on all of them. Each upgrade was well worth the extra money. The indoor delivery space is nice for a comfortable, private, focused delivery experience. Days later, Voss BMW sent Manuel the BMW Genius to my home to make sure I knew everything I needed to know about my BMW to maximize my ownership experience. It was very helpful.

Johnny Crable = Mr. Crable is undoubtedly awesome! He's historically reliable and punctually communicative when it comes to thoroughly and clearly explaining what maintenance is or isn't needed for my vehicle and the processes and options therein. He also displays great patience when I've asked a bevy of questions that would otherwise frustrate an advisor from any other facility. He's an absolutely invaluable asset to the Voss BMW Service team, and I hope that he receives the recognition he deserves because of his work ethic. Wow! Best car dealership ever, a real class act.Not only does Voss treat you well while trying to make a sale. But, they'll cater to you after your purchase. They really go above and beyond - such as sending somebody to your home to assist you in personalizing your new vehicle. Also, picking your vehicle up and leaving you a loaner when your car needs serviced. Yep, even for a simple oil change!!!The only downside is, they've wrecked me- I'll never be satisfied with the subpar treatment received from other dealerships again.If you want exceptional service before and after buying, then your in the right place!!!! As far as the vehicles go? Well, they're awesome too and kind of sell themselves!

Let's be honest, car dealerships and the buying experience can be a terrible time. That is NOT the case here! Taylor Lambert was our POC for the purchase of a 2023 M340i. She was professional, friendly and quick to reply to our questions. VOSS BMW also gave us a very fair trade in value for our Audi A7. What a refreshing experience and we would gladly make the 3hr drive again to buy a car from this dealership!

Even having it been a more complicated buying process as I was out of state it was easily the best and easiest car purchasing I have ever done. Everything was pre detailed, the salesmen were knowledgeable, and they were extremely accomodating.

Purchased new BMW from Lauren Frost at Voss Village. From test drives and ordering, through delivery and service, this has been the easiest process of purchasing any car I've ever owned.Lauren is a dream to work with making herself available around my schedule (even once on her day off) and going above and beyond to ensure I had all of my questions answered. You can't go wrong with this team.

I purchased a 2023 BMW from Voss Village.Since buying new cars since 1973, Lauren Frost my Client Advisor was superb in her knowledge, communication skills, and overall friendliness in the ordering process and the final delivery. Lauren was great in solving 2 minor I- drive 8 glitches. The best sales person I have dealt with in my experience!As a car enthusiast I would recommend Lauren Frost and the entire Voss Village BMW buying process from the Sales Manager to the Finance Manager.

Always get treated great at this dealership. Service is fantastic and if they get it wrong they immediately address it and take care of it. Have bought 2 new cars form Tom Wellbaum. He is knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend this dealership and Tom.

UPDATE Nov 25th 2018Service manager is willing to have my car in for another look over by the shop foreman and top off missing fluids and other misc. items._________________________They re alright but like to cut corners and forget to pay attention to detail as some previous reviews mention. They worked on my car and gave me a big check list of things they did complimentary. I slightly reviewed it and didn t think any thing of it other than oh, nice, I should be good on window washer fluid for a while. Then not two days later, my windshield wiper fluid light comes on...they didn t even top it off. Makes me wonder what else on the check list they didn t do or complete.Also, I got a new key from them a while back, and they didn t even program it to my door locks when I picked it up. I had to watch a YouTube video on how when I got home.It s obvious they don t care much about your business unless you ve bought a new car from them recently.

I have significant doubts about the honesty of the service department. I have an X3 with 24000 miles and was told it needed new brakes and new tires ($1,000 and $1,800 respectively). A car with 24,000 miles should need neither. I have owned Hondas and Toyotas mostly before and never needed to do brakes sooner then 70 - 80,000 miles as neither I or my wife are aggressive drivers. As for tires, never I have needed new tires in less than 50 - 60,000. I had the brakes done at Voss BMW but not the tires. There are 2 explanations for this situation. Either BMW make cars that are trash or the members of the service department are dishonest. On my inspecting the tires and measuring the tread depth I don't see how new tires are needed. I don't plan to go back to Voss for service or to purchase a new vehicle. I emailed Voss BMW but did not hear from them. This is an opportunity on this review for Voss BMW to explain how a car that is not driven aggressively needs new tires and new brakes after 24,000 miles.

I cannot begin to tell you what a great experience I had at Voss BMW this week with Johnny and the rest of the service team. From scheduling in a timely manner, to the check-in process, to the communication of the work to be done and the cost, to executing that work in the time that they said they would, and then picking up my car and being on my way. I have not purchased cars from Voss in the past, but after this experience, I have no idea why I would shop anywhere else. It truly is a different culture than I have seen from any other dealership over the years. Congratulations to all of you.

What a great dealership, everyone was nice, knowledgeable and willing to spend time helping me through the process. I mainly dealt with Denise, who couldn't have done a better job, not real sales pushy, just very knowledgeable and worked with me to make sure I got the car that fit me the best. She took the time to go through all the options and packages and explain all the pros and cons of each. She was Fast with follow ups with both email and phone calls. I have bought many cars and do a lot of research and this is the first time I felt like a sales person knew more than i did and actually helped me in purchasing the car!

My sister and I had a wonderful experience working with Manuel, and also with the rest of the dealership. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and Manuel worked hard to make sure that we got the car that we wanted. We are very pleased with our car and the experience we had with Manuel. He was very kind and considerate to our needs and is a wonderful person to work with. He is a top-notch client advisor!Working with Matt in financial and speaking with the manager Aaron, was a good experience as well. Jeremy, BMW genius, was very helpful and patient in answering all our questions. We even had a chance to meet with Denise who was very considerate and helpful. Thank you all for a wonderful experience! We highly recommend this dealership.

Worth the extra drive to find another BMW dealership. I brought my car in and was quoted around $2k worth of service and they told me NONE of it was covered under my warranty. I took the car in to a different dealer and got completely different answers. The same work was covered under warranty and all fixed for $0 at the other dealership. The service at this dealer does not compare to other BMW dealers in the area.

I wanted to submit a review regarding our recent experience at Voss Village BMW. My husband and I both come from families of BMW enthusiasts. So, when we decided to begin shopping for our first BMW together, we had a good idea of what we were looking for.When we arrived at the showroom this past Friday, we were immediately greeted by Tom W. He not only made us feel welcome, but went above and beyond throughout the entire process. We both agreed that Tom was different from any other salesperson we have ever experienced when purchasing a vehicle in the past. He was knowledgeable, passionate about the product, and never pressured us into a sale.We are proud to say that we are now owners of a beautiful 530i. Last month i went to have my brand new 330i checked for some concerns. The service advisor was very professional and heard all my concerns and had my car checked. they couldn t find any issues , and i was finally at ease that my car was fine. The fuel economy is still a concern but have to see if it improves
