Nich was super helpful and got us in and out super fast, which was greatly appreciated. He got me a car with far more than I was expecting (feature wise) and made sure any questions I had were taken care of. Super pleasant experience!!

To start off with id like to say that i dont leave reviews on places Ive gone to but this place definitely deserves one. They are by far the best dealership that Ive gone to and possibly best place in general that Ive done business with. The people there are the best. I had a hoopty and wasnt going to be surprised if I ended up not being able to use it as a trade in. Well short story they took the car and gave me a fantastic offer on both my car and the car I was looking at. Thanks to Olivia there I am now a proud owner of a 2021 Elantra that I'm absolutely in love with. Olivia was a great and respectful person to do business with. She will joke with you in the process of being serious about her job and making sure you get a great deal. She had a great attitude every time I went in there and made me feel comfortable. She helped me get through the process super easily Next car purchase will be through them 100% and I highly recommend everyone to go check them out and tell your friends about them. Thank you guys again for the help and for the car, yall are the best!!

Just purchased our third vehicle from Voss Hyundai and it was another great experience. Fred Jordan did a great job during the purchasing process and thoroughly explained all of the newest tech features. If you get a chance to work with him, you won't be disappointed. I've purchased quite a few vehicles over the years, but the Voss process has been the smoothest of all of my transactions. Thanks, and keep up the great work!

I bought and financed a used car with this dealership. The salesperson Nich was very knowledgeable and accommodating to all my questions. I wasn t thrilled with the first car I wanted to look at and Nich was able to show me two more cars within my price range, one of which was the one I bought. The man that helped us sign our paperwork also was patient and accommodating with questions. I never felt like this dealer was trying to pull one over on me. I would recommend all my friends and family use this dealership for their car needs. 5/5 stars!

This is the best hyundai dealership in a 200 mile radius. I have gone to the other two closest dealership for hyundai and they treated me like a number and disrespectfully. Conversly this dealership treated me like a human with respect and dignity.

Finally I purchased a 2024 Santa Cruz Limited after waiting for the pricing to get back to normal. I was big on the Stone Blue color for quite a while but lately it started to look boring to me and my wife didn't like the Hampton Gray. We narrowed down to Black or White. I searched dealer after dealer in the Cincinnati Tri-State area where I am from and most everyone had Sage Green or if the had White or Black it didn't have factory options I wanted (Fitted rubber mats and tow hitch). Most had stupid items on an addendum sticker like Window VIN etching (didn't that go away back in about 1999?) and everyone wants you to have that Pulse brake system ranging from $499 - $899 for the $30 box they splice into your factory wiring (no thanks). I expanded to north of Cincinnati in the Dayton area and found a white Limited with the mats and the tow hitch at Voss Hyundai in Centerville.I had the best car buying experience ever!I called and asked a few questions. 1) Is it on the lot? 2) Does it have any dealer installed options? And 3) Are you selling to people that live outside of the Dayton area. Some dealers were not for quite a while. After getting the answers of yes, no, and yes, we move forward with working the deal over text messaging. I got an outstanding offer on the trade value of my car ($2500 more than Carvana! and then did the financing paperwork online with their website. We completed the deal and I went the next day to pick it up.I spent less than an hour at the dealership signing paperwork, getting the keys, looking the vehicle over and back on the road!Kudos for Nich Wood in sales and Matt in Finance for the perfect no-hassle and speedy experience! Highly recommended!

This review is more about the service manager Mark Atwood then the business itself.I used them to take care of some recalls on my Veloster. Everything went smoothly until I left the dealership and noticed a substance splashed all over my windshield. It was very noticeable and I don't think I would have missed it had it been there before my appointment. I called in to let them know and was ask to bring the car back in. At that point Mark let me know that the underbody spray was black and whatever was all over my windows and body of the car was white. I insisted it was not there prior to my service visit and he said he would take care of it. When the car was complete Mark said he believed it was tree sap but still he did a great job cleaning it all off my car! THAT IS GREAT SERVICE!

Taylor went above and beyond helping us find the perfect car. Every associate/manager/etc are for the customer. They truly want what is best for the buyer and what will fit their lifestyle/financial needs the best.10/10 will be buying from here again, especially from Taylor.

I had the pleasure of working with two of the most outstanding individuals at Voss Hyundai, my Salesperson Nick Saettel and the Finance Manager Mark Wuebker. Nick was extremely professional and courteous. He listened to all of my concerns and wants for my new vehicle or New to me vehicle. what I would like most with my interactions with Nick as my sales person is that he was a no pressure, sales person. He was honestly interested in the type of vehicle. I wanted and wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Nick also went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and never once made me feel that I was an inconvenience or that he had something better to do. Nick seems to genuinely enjoy helping his customers, and it shows in the way he treats his customers. Mark was equally professional and courteous, during all of our interactions. Mark even responded to a callback request due to questions I had about the extended warranty and service plan. Mark was very thorough and explaining the warranty, service plan and the gap insurance information during my purchase process. Due to my work schedule, which is highly unconventional Nick and Mark made this the most painless Auto shopping experience that I have ever had. I highly recommend Voss Hyundai and their staff to anyone in search of a new or used vehicle.

Just wanted to call out Mark Atwood for his OUTSTANDING customer service, communication, transparency and follow-through for us. We bought a low miles 2020 Palisade in late January (from another dealer) and when I took it to Voss for its 30k service, it was consuming oil.Mark walked me through the process of tracking oil consumption every 1,000 miles for 3 months and ultimately got approval from Hyundai for an engine replacement. The situation wasn't ideal and was inconvenient for sure, but working with Mark made it so much better as he always communicated and always followed through.We've had the car back for a couple months now and it's driving and running great. These things happen with all makes of cars, and I don't ever want to experience it again, but working with Mark through it all was overall a positive experience.Well done, Mark Atwood!

Just bought a new Santa Fe. Our sales person, Aziza, was very helpful. She took a lot of time going over the features with us and making sure to answer all our questions. She even followed up with us the next day to answer any additional questions. Great dealership that made everything a very smooth process for us. Highly recommend.

Went here looking at a Santa Fe. While I ultimately decided on an Atlas Cross sport at another dealer I can't help but address the amazing service I received from the salesman Nick Saettel. He went above and beyond and really made us comfortable. I really hope that he knows just how impactful his kindness and great service were!

This was the easiest, hassle free experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Unlike another dealer we visited, Voss didn't push us to buy other gimmick products. In fact, they didn't pressure us at all. We love our Ioniq 6. Highly recommend this dealership.

I was shopping for a used car for my kid.Carfax showed me a good choice and directed to the Voss, they somehow teamed up, andthe Voss made it all quick and enjoyable:- No junk fees, no pressure, no dirty tricks.- Fair price backed by carfax and below.- The folks accepted personal check, saving me from a hustle of running around for a wire transfer or a cashier's check.- Andrew is great, I'd work with him again.I spent overall less then 3 hours from the moment I test drove it till I actually left with a new used car.

Just bought a Hyundai Ioniq 5 Limited AWD from this dealership. I worked with Nich, Mark, and Andrew; all 3 of which were fantastic and professional. They were nothing but nice, transparent and fair. Right away, they informed me that they don't do "necessary" dealer add ons, which has been extremely rare (I had visited 3 other dealerships the same day that all had add ons between $1,000-$3,000). They told me exactly how much they bought the car for and what they would be willing to sell it to me for. After negotiations, we nailed out a price and I left the next day with the car I've wanted for over a year. 10/10, would buy from them again.

I found the model of Santa Cruz I wanted at Voss, so I went up there last Monday to take a look. Ryan couldn't have been easier to work with on taking a test drive and then working out finances to get the price I wanted. There was no pressure or hassle involved. Thanks Ryan and Voss Hyundai!

Superstar CUSTOMER Service. I came to Voss Hyundai on Sat to pick up a part I paid for earlier in the week I thought it was the 3d Sat in April. Parts was closed and the sales staff was very accommodating. They went out of their way to locate my part and brought it out.I have never witnessed the Sales staff in a dealership to go above and beyond assisting another department I should know b/c I purchased at least 10 new cars across the country. GREAT JOB sales and way to represent the entire Voss Hyundai Team with superior, first-class customer support. Signed, Recently retired veteran.

Justin was able to fit me in without a prior appointment and perform a few recalls, replace a speaker and an overall check of the car before I head out for a cross country road trip. In and out in a couple hours (needed several things) with no issues.

If you aren't from Ohio then don't buy from these guys. They will not put the taxes on the price of the vehicle or take care of transfering the title. Flat out lazy. So now after purchasing the vehicle I'm stuck with paying for all of the taxes out of pocket and I have to figure out how to get the title transfered when I was never given a title in the first place. At this rate I'll have a car I paid for and can't drive because this dealership is so lazy.Editing review because I cannot reply to the dealer comment. I've bought multiple vehicles from out of state dealers. It absolutely IS possible for the dealer to take care of the taxes and title transfer. VOSS IS JUST NOT.WILLING TO DO SO... ALSO I NEVER RECEIVED THE OHIO TITLE so here I am jumping through hoops to try to get this taken care of. Thanks for nothing Voss!
