I highly recommend Voss Collision center to anyone needing bodywork done on their vehicle. I was beyond upset when a guy ran into the drivers side of my brand new bmw with his RAV4. The entire drivers side of my vehicle I ve had for 6 months was destroyed. Thankfully the Voss Collision Center at Cadillac was able to fix my vehicle and it looks just as good as the day I bought it! Huge thank you to Jake and Bill for making the entire process smooth and efficient. They got my vehicle back to me and looking brand new within a week of starting the repairs!

I have been bringing my vehicles to Voss Collision for many years when in need of body work (I ve been through 4 teenage drivers so there have been incidents). Always have had a good experience with Voss. Most recently had to bring my Z4 in after a woman swiped it in a parking lot. This car is my baby and I wanted it fixed right. They restored it like new within a week. Friendly and responsive customer service as well. Highly recommend.

While the the body work appears to have been done satisfactorily, the customer service at this place is abysmal. After what I went through, I would never use this shop ever again. I have nothing but praise for Geico, my car insurance, and Enterprise, which provided the rental car to me. I can also say the business model for this shop is counter intuitive.Geico covers 30 days of rental. It appears that for some reason, work did not begin on my car until about a week after the shop had it. After that, I got daily texts as to the progress and those were helpful.As we were getting to the end of the 30 day waiting period, I stopped by the shop several times. Erica told me that the shop would not release the car to me until it received the check from Geico (which she said would take another two weeks) but if I paid for the cost, the car would be released. I asked if the shop would consider paying for my rental car and she curtly said No.As the 30 days were closing in, I spoke to Geico numerous times. Geico said this shop will not accept electronic funds transfers . I was also told Geico had already paid the shop over $8,000 and only a little more than $800 was remaining to be paid. I was told my car was done, and that Geico had sent the final payment, but the texts I was getting said it was being detailed.I stopped in and spoke to Erica to ask her about the status. She said she would speak to the collision manager. In front of me, she called him and said Parisi is here . Not Ms., Miss, or Mrs. I felt only using my last name in front of me was insulting.Geico said it would ETF the funds to me, and Erica said the shop would accept a personal check from me, which how I finally got my car.So here are my concerns:1. Why did it take about a week to begin work?2. Why would a collision shop accept a check from me but refuse to release my car when it knew an insurance company s check was on its way?3. Why was I treated so rudely? Not only was I insulted by being called only by my last name, but I felt the shut down about the collision shop not being willing to pay for a couple extra rental days when it did not start work right away on my car and when it was refusing to release the car to me when it knew my insurance company was forwarding the small supplement check was ridiculous. I understand that my policy with Geico only covers 30 days, but had Geico not worked with me by ETFing the funds to me, I may have had to pay additional days for the rental. Of course, it still does not make sense that the collision store would accept a check from me, but not accommodate a customer while it waits for a check from an insurer.I hope I don t get a response saying call us. The opportunity to resolve this matter should have been set in motion when I indicated to Erica I was unhappy. The poor handling of this matter appears to be the corporate culture of this shop. It seems other commenters have had similar issues.

Just had a very unpleasant experience with this shop.My vehicle was towed to this location after hours following an accident on a Monday(11/27). Realistically they wouldn't have been able to look at it until Tuesday(11/28) at best. I called on Friday(12/1) for an update and they informed me that they never received the vehicle but that they would check the lot for it. Of course no luck. Both my insurance adjuster and myself have called attempting to track the vehicle down only to be told that they have checked the lot several times and they dont have it.Today is now the following Tuesday(12/5) and my patience has finally run out so I drove to and searched the lot and found it myself. It wasnt hard which leads me to believe that nobody actually looked for it.When I notified the rude portly gentleman behind the desk that my car was in fact on their lot he said he had been looking for it and held up the paperwork. I replied "Its right there," and I pointed to it. It had literary been in eyeshot of his desk for an entire week. After interupting me several times to offer up some lame excuses he informed me that sometimes the drivers leave the keys in the car and sure enough, they did.I'm getting pretty annoyed by this point and am weighing my options when the portly gentleman from the office approached and started writing the VIN down. I told him my concerns and how I wasn't overly-confident in them at the moment and he got rude again. Told him to nevermind, I dont want you touching my car. I then had it towed to another shop to have the work done.Thats right, I'd rather pay for a extra tow bill out of my own pocket than deal with the rudeness and incompetence that was shown to me over the last week by this shop.For the record, the redheaded female was helpful and courteous during the short interaction I had with her.

OUTSTANDING Customer Service Experience With The Voss Collision Center & Body Shop!!From the moment we called to the second we left, their communication and work performed was superb!! Honestly it's been a while since we have seen or experienced this level of customer care. we were convinced true customer service didn't exist anymore! Big thank you to Kyle & Angie for handling EVERYTHING for us! From getting us into a rental car, dealing with the insurance adjuster, ordering the correct factory replacement parts, to completing the physical repair.Sadly this was not our first collision center experience. Until now, we have never NOT had to call an adjuster an argue with them over the phone for days. Usually over cost cutting expense like a rental car extension or a corner they want to make on your expensive vehicle. After dealing with auto accident the last thing anyone needs to go through is a poor experience getting their vehicle restored back to its original luster. If you want your vehicle fixed right the first time take it to VOSS! I can confidently say from experience they will take care of your EVERY concern quick fast and easy! Your vehicle will look better than it did before your accident!Thank you again to the entire team at the Voss Collison Center & Body Shop! We truly couldn't be happier with everyone's hard work that was performed to get us back into our vehicle! I was in an accident that was not my fault, I only had my car 2 months and needless to say pretty frustrated. One headlight for my car was nationally backordered and my car was in the shop for 3 months. You think I would have been mad, I was not. Voss Collision did everything they could to find one, they eventually found one that had a nick on it, I said go ahead and get it. The headlight turned out great and looked brand new. I got my car back and I had 2 very minor issues, I called Angi and she got me in right away and fixed both in a couple hours. I will never use another body shop, Jack, Kyle and Angi helped me out so much. I cannot thank the Voss Collision Center enough for the superior customer service and quality repair my car had. My only advice to the staff is keep doing exactly what you are doing and do not change a thing. Your job is not easy and you all do a great job! If you are reading this and worried about your car going to the wrong shop, this is the place for you! Thank you so much to the entire staff that touched my car and got me back on the road!Service: Body & Trim

Horrible! Got my truck back and the side of my taillight was broken. No preservice inspection sheet was completed due to being dropped off in the dark. They took over 3 weeks to review camera footage and claim didn t occur on their property. I did have existing damage to tailgate and they said it was all apart of that(which it s not, that damage is old and rusted and not near the new damage. As far as their detailing is concerned, the interior glass had streaks, there was wax residue all over one side of the truck where they didn t buff it well enough. Only saving grace is this was a free door prize from a golf outing.Service: Auto detailing

Facility is clean and well maintained. Took my car for an estimate, it was scheduled 2.5 weeks out. Waited for 45min and they just did the estimate based on exterior damage without looking underneath it. Hoping they have good technicians and do a comprehensive job. Let s see how it goes. My recent experience with Voss Collision Center and Body Shop left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. I feel compelled to share my candid review in the hopes that others can avoid the same unpleasant encounter.To begin with, the customer service at Voss Collision Center was shockingly poor. The staff displayed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy throughout my interaction with them. They seemed disinterested and unresponsive, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Basic questions and concerns were met with indifference, and any attempts to seek clarification were met with dismissive attitudes.Unfortunately, the issues didn't stop at the customer service. The quality of work performed at Voss Collision Center was far below expectations. The repairs made to my vehicle were shoddy and incomplete. It was evident that corners were cut, and attention to detail was lacking. The finished product was riddled with obvious flaws and imperfections, missing clips from the inside of the trunk, they broke the rear center council and doesn t stay in place any more, which left me questioning the competence and skill of their technicians.I was told that the car was in the detailing department once i got the it it had dust all over the car inside out from the work they have done it was never cleaned.Moreover, the promised turnaround time was not honored. I was given an estimated completion date that was repeatedly pushed back, resulting in unnecessary delays and inconvenience. It was as if my time and schedule were of no importance to them, causing unnecessary disruptions and further frustration.In summary, my experience with Voss Collision Center and Body Shop was nothing short of a nightmare. From the lackluster customer service and substandard repairs to the broken promises and overpriced services, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone in need of reliable and professional auto body work. Save yourself the headache and seek out a reputable alternative that values customer satisfaction and delivers on their promises.

Dropped our Jeep off on a Monday for what I was told was a 3-4 day repair, and the labor on estimated was 12hrs.Never herd back from them so I called on Friday to see if it was ready and was told it had just been pulled in and started to be dissembled.Stopped in the next Monday, 1 week after I dropped it off and they had never touched it.Not only did they keep it for 7days without working on it, but lied to me about it!Very poor customer service!

I dropped my vehicle off in July for front end damage including a prox sensor for my collision mitigation.I never got an estimate on when the vehicle would be done. Finalize 5 weeks later I hear it ll be done on a Thursday afternoon then couldn t get anything till the next day in the afternoon! Picked the vehicle up and seen ac condenser coil as a repaired item. My AC didn t even work when I got the vehicle back and none of the electronics even got touched and nothing was know about it I had to wait for like an hour to get my refrigerant recharged(still unsure if it was ever charged when I picked it up) Anyway I figured bringing my Honda to a Honda Service Center was the way to go but I sure was wrong. The paint jobs are pretty decent. I give them that. But if you re super particular on the prep work in a paint job go to a professional body shopService: Auto A/C recharge

Good on repairs but I made a apt for a estimate and when I arrived the person was on break after I waited there for 30 minutes already. Then was supposed to receive the estimate that same day and it's been 2 days now still with no estimate from them. Ridiculous especially when I made an appointment a week in advanced.

I had to have an estimate done on my car and although accidents are not fun Don Back helped the process be not so bad he was very helpful and knowledgeable, he took time to answer my questions and I greatly appreciate such great customer service it's hard to find anymore

Took five months to get in for the repair, which fortunately was not urgent. Then they ended up charging me five times the amount listed by most auto parts dealers (including the two I showed them ads for) for the part I needed. Additionally, I found the team scheduling the appointments to be rude and short, with the exception of one dark-haired woman who said she handled insurance claims who was quite courteous. All in all, I'd have to say I will neither return to this place of business nor ever recommend it to anyone. A bad experience.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I first decided to repair my car in this place due to thinking their toyota expertise. I had an accident where two doors on my right side were damaged. Here is the process of repairing a car in this place. To get an estimate, I had to wait two weeks. To bring the car to shop to repair, I had to wait another week. Then once I left my car to repair it is almost been more than 3 more weeks. Now, they are not sure how long it will still take to get the job done. I am guessing they are not even near finishing the work due to not giving me any estimate. This is insane! I am currently almost out of my insurance car rental time frame, and if they don't get it done by then, I have to be responsible for my additional charge. I am so frustrated with the whole process! I mean I am talking about 6 WEEKS here and onward. My advise is to find other shop center in the region to get your work done quickly.Service: Auto body & trim repair

My experience with the body shop and the shop manager Mike Moore was excellent! When I purchased the van I noticed some black marks on the top. The salesman said it looked like Train dust and that when I brought it in for an oil change he would have the body shop look at it. We did not drive the van very much so it took me about a year to schedule an oil change. While there I asked them to look at the top. Mike informed me that it was not Train dust but it was scraped. I told him that it was that way when I bought it and it was on my paperwork, but after further review I could not find it in writing. I explained that it was my fault not to get it in writing but that I was telling him the truth. He said that he would take a look to see what he could do, to my surprise he called me back a couple hours later and said they were able to rub out the marks. In addition he was willing to do it at no cost. I really appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile to help me, and because of that I will take my vehicle back to Voss service!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

The 4 stars are for Gurney , who handled my claim at Voss collision. He kept me in the loop regarding the long wait for my vehicle repair. My only complaint is they don't have customer shuttle service, and they close at 5. Getting the car back was very stressful, but Gurney came through regarding giving me a lift. That's real customer service !

Friendly, knowledgable staff. I love the way they take care of my vehicle and they are very thorough. They always give me a report when yhey are done to go over with me what they did and what they found out. The waiting area is nice and clean, equipped with a couple different cords to recharge your phone.

Lost my paperwork. Forgot to tell Hertz I needed a car. Trying to find me another rental car, now it s wait, wait, wait, wait and I have to get to work. Don t go here unless you want an ulcer.

I ve never had my car detailed before but decided I would because I wanted to attempt to make my car look nice. When I scheduled in I had amazing customer service the girls are amazing and so informative. When I came to pick up my vehicle after the detail I was beyond amazed. My vehicle looked amazing! Jesse Langenbach and the boys in detail did phenomenal work. Jesse did a walk through with me on my vehicle he was very thorough and very professional. I am beyond amazed with my vehicle and am so pleased with all the work and service I have received from Voss Collision Centre.

I would recommend Voss Collision Center to anyone needing body work done. They were recommended by Mercedes of Centerville and I am very satisfied with the professionalism and promptness of the entire team. I spoke with Gurney, who listened to my concerns and even got my car in sooner than expected. Once the body work was completed you would never know there was any damage. I asked to have some other work done and spoke with Jenny and it was done promptly and separately from my claim. These guys did a wonderful job repairing my RAV-4 after I was rear-ended. They kept me informed and advocated for me with the other driver s insurance company. They kept great documentation, so we could outline all the delays the insurance company caused which helped me keep a rental car longer than the 30 day limit - which really helped my family out.Voss was amazing. I would have been fighting by myself if they hadn t been there for me. I so appreciate honesty and documentation - and I d 100% go back to Voss Collision if I ever had to deal with another car accident.
