I think Im a bit known there now for being a flat tire magnet. Had 2 flat tires within 2-4 weeks. Both rear side. None the less they took care of me. First flat was patched, and unfortunately the second flat had a sidewall leak so it had to be replaced. Wonderful customer service, friendly staff. Comfy waiting area with TV to watch if you wanted. Would recommend!

Got new tires. Service was great. Dropped it off and went to work. They called very quickly to notify me it was ready to pick-up.Alignment, and all.Tires were pricey, but hey, most good tires are.Will continue to use them for sure

Waited five days for confirmation of my appointment. Never received. Called and was told to come in anytime. I arrived to find that I was not in the system and asked if I was told that my tires were in. Wasted trip. There is a reason why I normally go to Discount Tire instead.

Great professional and friendly staff here, these guys do excellent work and were able to correct a tire issue I had that 2 other shops refused to fix. Tom took care of my issue and in less than an hour I was driving down the road nice and smooth.

I purchsed two sets of tires and oil changes over the last Two years.I went in to there shop on WED.the 21st of Feb. 2024 because a slow leak on a front and a rear tire . On the front I toldthe problem was .(THEY NEED ALL THE HELP THEY CAN GET) a bad valve stem. I told the (NO -Service Manger- BOGDAM).That I used fix a flat( I HAD BROKEN 2 TIRE TOOLS )Because of the use of ther impact wrenches .BOGDAM ( NO-SERVICE MANGER) Said, {I CANT HELP YOU OUR POLICY AT TIRE DISCOUNTER IS IF YOU USE fix a flat WE WONT EVEN CHECK TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS}. IT TURNED OUT IT WAS JUST A VALVE STEM.I spent 4 dollars on a valve tool and 4 valves. GOOD for your company and A (NO_SERVICE MANGER ) YOU LOST MORE THAN ONE CUSTOMER ....PS. (IF YOU BELONG TO SAM S CLUB THEY WILL PLUG A TIRE FROM TIRE DISCOUNTER ) .....4-FREE

Went in for 4 new tires, great price, ended up needing tire pressure sensors and lower ball joint and out tie rods . I got there and was out in roughly 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Had all of the parts they needed in stock. Job was very well done. Can't believe difference in ride and steering.

I had an appointment. They took me in right away. Tire had a nail and it couldn't be repaired due to age per technician. Service was quick. Bought two tires and front in alignment. Will return.

Joe was great! I went to the wrong tire place but he was able to get me in that day and was super helpful! I will now be using that location going forward for my tire needs! Everyone was very nice, clean shop and quick service. Thanks again!

I would go anywhere else besides Tire Discounters!!! They sold me rims and tires to which they cannot balance correctly. I have been to 3 different locations for 3 different attempts to balance and my car is now in worse shape then when I brought it there to begin with.

A complete week of stringing me along and because of a few mods they won't touch my truck....super unprofessional...how hard is it to put 5 W30 Full synthetic in a modded motor...just put the same filter you took out

I went there because I was filling up my back right tire every morning from 5 to 9psi. I said also tell me what the E light says and I need an oil change. I come back 2 hours later. They say they didn't find anything wrong with the tire, never let me know about the engine light but they did change the oil. Now I'm stuck filling my tire up again every morning.Walmart fixed it. Probably saved me money on tires to, thank you tire discounters for introducing me to walmart tires!

Tires are fine. But DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU YOU NEED AN AIR FILTER!! First its not their place...2nd they will charge you $65+ for a $17 filter you can replace yourself easy enough.

I purchased a tire there this morning and was asked did I want want the higher or cheaper one,I told him the cheaper one.When it was time to pay he submitted the higher one and put all these extra hidden fees on the bill.Never again!I will never return there and the customer service was rude and horrible.-1 star ..Oh and the manager Joesph attitude was the worse

Tried to upsale me on a tire when all I came for was a patch and refused to patch my tire if I didn't purchase a new one of their tires..And services was extremely slow..But overall work was good..

Justin and his crew were amazing, I came in with a flat tire he order my special sized tires, got them in the same day,no long wait, called to keep me informed. Best customer service that I've received in a long time.

5 star is the most that I can give.. but this place deserves more than 5 stars.. Joe ,Tom and Chris were very friendly and nice they took care of my truck and put me back on the road asap.i would recommend them all day long

Went in Friday, June 30th for just a wheel balance, Bogdon double-charged me $60.46, was told by him and Chip to wait until next Monday, July 3rd to see if it gets reversed, of course it wasn't, stopped in Wednesday, July 5th, spoke with Chip and Mike, who i believe was the district manager about the double-charge, Mike said I would have to wait until next Monday, July, 10th for their regional manager to get back from vacation to receive a refund.Mike calls me the day I stopped in to let me know I'll receive a refund asap, I called today, Thursday, July 6th, spoke with Bogdon, was told to wait until Monday, July 10th, to receive a refund, now I'll have to wait until then and if I'm lucky, I'll get a refund.Not only was I double-charged, but, the front wheels were not balanced, this is unacceptable and will not be back again, I will be calling my bank for a full refund of BOTH charges.

I had a nail in my tire and they were closing. The gentleman stayed over to help me get new tires put on. I greatly appreciate the consideration and great customer service this store offers! Would recommend this store to anyone!Sincerely,Wendi

The service was good, the tire I got was a new tire from 2017, the guy checking people in was a musician and kept us entertained while we waited. The time went by fast. Our visit was 3/4/2023

The atmosphere is very friendly, Jo checked us in and out and was very friendly and was full of jokes. Got all new tires, and an alignment, very satisfied with the service; 10/10 will go here again.

Thanks to the wonderful staff and excellent service technicians On 3/14/23 I had an emergency with my car. I am a Hospice caregiver and needed to have my car serviced and get to work on time, I made it there only 15 mins late. Thanks for saving me. Sharon Prueter

Just left this store and was greeting rudely and told there was a long wait. I understand the wait time, but not the rude greeting. Don't worry, never coming back for any service at this place. I was also told on another occasion that I didn't need an alignment, but EVERY OTHER SHOP I went to, stated I needed one. I give two stars only because I got some good info from one of the techs about tires.

I've been serviced here 3 times, quality service depends on who is at the front desk. First time great and fast (picked up my car from home). When I went to the shop 2nd time fast and so-so. 3rd time slow and meh. I worked at a tire place and I know these places like to charge women extra. They missed little details like switching off my oil light or measuring my break pads like I requested. Tried to upsell me a flush before the wheels were off. They didn't build any trust with me a customer so I'll try a new shop.

I have visited this location twice in the past 30 days and I was thoroughly impressed by both times. I am not a person who knows a lot about cars so I value a reliable place to bring my car to. The staff is friendly, professional, patient and extremely helpful. The shop overall is very clean and comfortable to wait in while your vehicle is being service. The customer service I received was phenomenal as I was helped by Aaron each time. He is a kind young man and gives exemplary service. If you are looking for a place that will give you quality service in a reasonable amount of time, look no further! It is honestly refreshing to receive such service and feel like your patronage is valued!

Took my car in for oil change. Great fast service. Ben and Patrick were very friendly and knowledgeable about other concerns I had. Garage was one of the cleanest I've ever seen. Waiting room was really nice as well. I will definitely go back. These guys are awesome!!
