We had a tire go flat that was unrepairable but was only a little over 3 years old. We had purchased the extra insurance on the tires but it was expired by several months, however Steve was so accommodating and he honored the free tire replacement for us anyways. Thank you again!! I highly recommend Tire Discounters especially this specific location.

I can t say enough kind words about this place. They truly care about the safety of their customers out there on the road. They go above and beyond!!! Will never go anywhere else. Steve and other staff are friendly and treat you like family.

Bought a project car with a lot of problems and brought it in for tires and alignment; the original guy I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, but the second man hated his life and was the most miserable person I've spoken to in months. I tried to be pleasant and cheer him up, but he very obviously just wanted me out of his shop so he could go home in ~45min. Prices are not competitive at all either, but one of the reasons I went there is for the free inspection.After looking my car over twice, they found NOTHING wrong whatsoever. Bear in mind, it has an ABS light on, Check-Engine Light, and suspension error all on the dash the moment you get in. Further evaluation will show rust holes, failing struts, haldex electronic problems, and clogged water drainage letting moisture into the car and soaking the passenger carpet just to name a few things. I really wanted to like this place, but come on....don't call yourselves "certified mechanics" if you can't spot these major things, esp when I told you half of these problems up front. You can get someone hurt telling them their obviously compromised car is fine and then sending them on their way if they don't know better.TL/DR: They have tires, but don't expect good prices or quality mechanics.

Was looking to not break the bank, when I Purchased 4 RV tires, in Apr 2023, requested 4 FreedomHauler tires (previous experience was good with this brand of tire), was given "Freestar" instead, when I questioned the difference, it was met with "these are the same". They did offer to not sell me any tires, because that was all they had in stock locally. But I was in a time crunch and figured newer tires were better than the 3 year old tires currently on the RV. That trip was ok, but made a second trip on 29 Aug, on 4 month old tires (less than 700 miles on them), and got just outside Rocky Top, TN, and one of the tires exploded and disintegrated. Bottom line - My experience has taught me two things, 1) Cheaper is not always better, and 2) I wiill not be going to Tire Discounters anytime in the near future.

I recently had to get a new car (not new) because my last vehicle went out of commission on me suddenly. I ve only had it about 2 months, it needed new brakes and rotors. I think it was previously owned by an older man who had not changed them in a very long time. I tried to do the work myself, purchased all the parts and took apart the back rear but when I got to the rotor, there was a screw that they install while it s on the assembly line to hold the rotor on before the rest of the parts can be assembled, they literally serve no purpose after this. Well after torching the screws, using a full can of rust off, and breaking 4 drill bits trying to drill the things out, I admitted defeat. I called 5 shops to get quotes on a job I could do myself if I could get the damn screws out, and the quotes were crazy. Tire discounters was the only place who could use the parts I had just purchased and charge me just labor. Saved me $250. They had my car all day (which was no problem for me) because they had to fight the damn screws out as well, and the guy broke 2 of his own bits. They didn t charge me more for the job ending up taking them a lot longer than we thought. It was almost close of business when they finished, I rushed over to get my car and was having issues with my payment and Kenny stayed while I figured it out and he helped me tremendously. I could ve cried. All around amazing experience for something I had been stressing over and dreading.Thank you guys SO MUCH!

Love my tires, not too bad on the pricing and overall good place to go if your car is in need, my only issue was the lack of staffing, I assume this only cause I got there at 3, car didn't get pulled til 430 and wasn't done til 6p, imo thats excessive, no confirmation or reassurance of how much longer it will take, no communication whatsoever to someone who's clearly sitting in the lobby patiently waiting, no asking if I was ok or needed anything, Not that I did but, to show care for someone's time will go along way when it comes to customer service. So honestly go here if you have nothing else to do for the rest of the day Lol but seriously

Had a great experience people were knowledgeable and friendly. Had four tires put on my Sedona and got free alignment. Ran over nails, and they honered the warranty and replaced two tires. Definitely recommend them to everyone.

They could have easily taken advantage of the situation, as we were at their mercy to fix my mom's tire. Could have easily pushed us to buy a new tire....so many ways he could have preyed upon us but they didn't. Best service I've ever received in a long time. I'll always go there for service in the future. By the way, he didn't even charge my mom to fix her tire. Zero! Awesome. Thanks Steve!Sincerely

Quoted me $323. I asked if that included the oil change- he took off diagnostic charge then once payment was due- he charged me $461. Deceptive practice and no one offered the option of six months no interest credit card to help offset added interest. I waited for the car to be serviced- in at 10:18am and out at 2:35pm. The work wasn t started until after 11:30 am. Did not go over invoice and just given verbal information. These people are not in the business of honest practice. In addition they wanted to know if I took my car to a local garage. So- it s a network of local shops probably passing bad info about customers as well. This area just doesn t have honest business practices.

Had nice tire options but could not afford the time for install due to work. Opted for location downtown near my work, dropped off in morning, walked to work, done by 1:00. This will be nice for me for future rotation and oil change apts.

We blew a tire on I-70. I called a few places and they were the friendliest and most informative. They got us in and out pretty quickly and had some extra service touches that were very appreciated by a Dad traveling with a loaded truck, 4 young kids and a wife that just wanted to sleep.

Great place to go to get good honest work done on your car and tires. Got an oil change and a tune up done last week. While looking the car over and evaluation of what work needs done to make it a good tune up, they saw that my serpentine belt was wore down and close to snapping. They showed me the belt. After the belt replacement, oil change and tune up and air in my tires. My car is running and riding better than ever.If I didn't replace the belt and it snapped, I would have been stuck in traffic or anywhere. I'm definitely going back..

I had a small air leak in one of my tires. The mechanic found a small screw in the tire, patched it. I have road hazard so the repair was free. Quick service when an appt was made beforehand.

Had a great experience! Only issue was I wish they had the rim in stock instead of having to order it. My son had to get back to school but had to miss because we had to wait for the rim. All is good, Steve was able to get it done first thing Monday morning so my son can make it back to school in time to get ready for classes tomorrow. Thank you Steve and Tire Discount!

Could not be more saddened to write this review have been using them since 2019 but unfortunately quality of service has gone so far down hill in every recent transaction I was made to feel like it was bothersome any time I asked questions and my expectations were not met I'm deeply disappointed that I have to Find a new place for service now the team at this location and a few others around the area in my opinion just want as much money for as little work and if quality slips then so be it truly hoping something changes.

They filled my donut up for free and fast. My roadside assistance had to put the donut on as I had hit a pothole in the alley behind them. I would have purchased from your company had I had enough funds to be able to do so even with your low prices. Thank you.

Used to be nervous when taking my truck for service. I dreaded the we found this phone call from service department telling me I should spend $$$$ to maintain my vehicle. That no longer happens. Thank you for honesty and integrity.

I ve done business with this store for years and have always been happy with them. No pressure to buy, just good advise from the staff. Service is thorough and I ve always been able to get in on the day I call. I highly recommend Tire Discounters on Brandt Pike across from Thomas Cloud Park.

These guy were awesome! I have a lifted truck and sometimes finding accurate info on lifted vehicles can be hard. They saved me potentially hundreds and got my truck driving proper again. Excellent job on my alignment and they checked my steering/suspension for issues and were 100% honest and did a fantastic job. I will be returning to this location indefinitely. Great service all around. Great job guys!

I've been frequenting this business for 16 years, and this place has never let me down. They do the necessary work and don't try to shaft you by adding unnecessary items to the job. They are honest and will tell u if they notice legitimate/valid additional repairs about your car...like the time there was a coolant leak on my car or the leaky shock/strut I didn't know about or my brakes needing replacement 6 months before they absolutely had to be done. They will take u back and actually show u what they're talking about and give u the option to fix. Repairs are warranted and cost is a bit below average...but customer service EXCEPTIONAL. If you get 4 tires at once, alignment is free and u get free tire rotation for the life of the tires too. It's little perks like this that put this business well above the others!!!

Wow what a difference in my ride with a new set of Cooper tires on my Kia Optima! No scheduled appointment necessary with convienent fast friendly and courteous service. Knowledgable staff gave me confidence in recommeded tire for my car. Thank you Tire Discounters!

Got tires here and one of the tpi sensors read low. They told my wife it would fix it's self. It did not. Then they said tpi battery was low. It was not, it just needed reset. Had car realigned after struts were replaced. Car made noise after alignment. Had them recheck they said struts were loose. Strangely enough it never made noise again. Not sure if I trust them!

Great!! I called them and they were able to get me in right away. Had alignment issues and they were able to get it fixed right away. When others would give me all these horror stories about alignment on a bmw. They got me straight again. Keep up good work guys and gal.
