Best experience I ve ever had at a TD.Got a flat on my way home from work. They squeezed me in, I was in and out in 30 minutes. They were honest and didn t try to upcharge me on anything. Great experience!

Fantastic experience with Josh at the location of Feedwire Rd. I dropped in after some steering issues on a road trip. They fixed my alignment, corrected some surprise issues and had me back on my way quickly and affordably. Highly recommend!

It was a good overall experience. Had a slight issue after driving away and they went back to check everything to find the issue. Never made me feel bad for taking it back or asking for another look. Will definitely use again!

Recently had a flat tire and took it to Tire Discounters on Feedwire Road Road at Cornerstone. They repaired it very quickly. I decided it was time for new tires and maybe wheels. The manager, Mr Josh Harkleroad, came out right away and gave me a quick estimate with recommendations for tires and wheels. He setup for the install and was very accommodating to my schedule. I returned as scheduled and tires, wheels, tire pressure monitors, balancing and alignment all completed within the hour. I was smiling walking up to pickup my JEEP it looked so good with the new wheels. Mr Harkleroad and the entire team at Tire Discounters are so welcoming and professional. Very knowledgeable answering all of my questions and no surprises. They communicated with me every step of the process. This was so easy! I ll definitely be a returning customer. THANK YOU Mr Harkleroad and the entire Tire Discounters team!

Service was good. The price was more then the quoted amount of $355, cost $419 for back rotors and pads. Major difference being a $40 shop supply fee. The parts were already $100 more expensive then purchasing them yourself from Advanced Auto Parts or Auto Zone. But on top of that they charge you $40 for using the parts they are selling you.

I took my car here for an alignment because they were one of only a few shops in the area that had a low profile alignment rack. My car is lowered and has aftermarket parts, therefore it wouldn't fit on normal racks. During the alignment, the shop failed to tighten one of my control arms. I took it back to them the next day after I noticed it, and they fixed it for free and re-checked the alignment. That would be worth 4 stars to me. Anyone can make a mistake, but they were willing to fix it without issue. Additionally, it is worth noting that this was an AFTERMARKET part. I give them leeway on missing it becasue they might have thought I didn't want it touched. I didn't give special instruction to do so.The reason I give 5 stars is because their mechanics noticed a problem with my brakes which other shops had completely missed. If they hadn't pointed it out to me, I would have continued to drive on a dragging brake piston. It would have completely ruined one of my brand new rotors and prematurely worn down the associated pads. Their attentiveness saved me a LOT of money and heartache.I will take my car here again.

Outstanding service from this location. Josh was absolutely amazing in helping fix my tire. We were able to drop our car off and pick up in just over an hour. Highly recommend this location.

Made an appointment 4 days in advance, left work early, got there on time, workers inside were surprised, no awareness of me showing up, and no technician there to work on my car. No apology, no offer, no real sense of responsibility or real care at all, just a wheeze and a grunt "err wanna come in tomorrow". Why even be open if there is no technician? Why work there if you don't care about... anything? The least any manager could have done was look to see the services and times of customers for the week and plan as needed. Reason I was told of the error was "Oh I didn't scroll down to look at times" and oh yes, it was confirmed I was actually on the schedule! If you can't care or keep a simple schedule... or use a computer mouse... I don't want you to work on my car that goes 70mph on the highway! NO, I will never bring my car to Tire Discounters ever again! I'd rather pay more for service and quality! Big Al's is across town and Costco is across the street, never thought Grismer would look good - Good Day

Apparently their warranty doesn't mean jack schitt. You would think a tire that has a 48 month 50,000 mile warranty would be covered because of a defect in the tire. Have only put 23,000 miles on the tires and one has a busted belt and they won't cover it. A complaint will be filed with the BBB, corporate will be called as well as the manufacturer of the tire and they will be told that Tire Discounters screws over their customers and gives their company a bad name and that I will never purchase that brand of tire ever again. The funny thing is we have 3 more cars that all need new tires so guess who isn't getting that business. So these clowns just lost thousands because they don't want to replace a $125 tire.....pure bad business that's ran by clowns that don't know a hole in the ground from their @$$hole....do t get screwed by this company. If you want to give your money away message me and I'll take it and you'll get the same value for your money

Had to get new brakes, tires and rims here and 2 years later they re still running great. Customer service is great, and service is pretty awesome. Will definitely continue to come here and recommend to friends

I drove an hour out of the way to come to this particular location.I own a lowered Honda and after two unsuccessful attempts to align my vehicle, I brought my car to this location and had Paul Curley work his magic. They took care of me, no questions asked. I wouldn't hesitate to make the trek out here again for any other work. I can't recommend Paul and the team at this location enough. They know what they are doing. 100+ stars.

Aligned my car then said I had issues with my frontend. Said if they did the work they would realign my car for free but if they didn't do the work, they would charge me for alignment. Who aligns a car with bad/workout frontend parts. Send like a scam.

They do exceptional work here. Fair prices, outstanding quality of work, knowledgable technicians, and efficient process. I will definitely bring my car here again! Josh was great to work with! He was very polite and worked with me on prices. I could not get better service anywhere else.

Josh is amazing. They won't try to sell something you don't need and also won't overcharge you just to make a buck. Honest, hardworking and am wonderful group of employees. I would recommend every one go there first!!!!

I ll be the first person to admit that I know little to nothing about cars. When I blew the entirety of my tire on the way to work, I had full intention of going across the street to Costco and getting a new tire. After a $300+ quote for a new tire+service AND none of the tire I needed in stock plus a 2-10 day waiting period, we decided to try Tire Discounters across the street. Firstly, they had TWO of my tires in stock (which was amazing all on its own). Secondly, the cost of TWO tires+warranties+service were cheaper than one tire at Costco, and ultimately made me decide to replace all four at once. But thirdly, the staff were incredibly kind, considerate, understanding, and patient with us as we thought through the best courses of action. Bobby was knowledgeable in what we needed (and I definitely did not know what I needed) and made sure that I was confident and comfortable in my decisions. One thing I ve noticed as a clueless car owner is they generally, I am getting bombarded with upsells on things I do not need or want, but at this TD everything that was recommended to me was explained thoroughly and discussed with me without feeling any pressure to commit. While they only had two of my type of tire in stock, Bobby set me up so that I could replace two in one day, and the final two were shipped and able to be put on my car the very next day, which he took the time to call me and let me know that I could bring my car in. While there, Josh took extensive time to tell me what he recommended for my car, including the service, what the service did, and why it was recommended, all while being kind and understanding of my concerns and hesitations. Being new to the Dayton area, I didn t have a designated place to go for car troubles but after this experience, myself and my family will 110% be returning for future problems.

I can t say enough good things about Josh and the team! We got a nail in our tire on the highway and had to quickly stop and get help. Josh walked me through the process, made sure I understood my options and helpedme compare and come to a decision. We had 4 new tires in no time (we already knew it was time to replace) and they made the process a breeze! They made a stressful situation easy and we can t thank them enough for their wonderful customer service and efficiency!

The Feedwire location is the place to get tires! The staff always takes good care of my cars and lets me know what needs to be done right away and what services can wait. I appreciate the honest advice. Definitely stop in here to fulfill your tire needs!

I have been to this location for several vehicle tires over the years and now they have replaced my boat trailer tires too. Service has always been great from every employee I ve spoken with, and that continued to be the case today. I drive past another Tire Discounters location close to my home to come here because of how great the employees here have always treated my wife and me.

I had a set of rims and tires mounted and balanced here. One of my rims got scratched and damaged. The store manager Josh took care of me and did what s right and replaced my wheel. They will take care of you here.

I drove over a ladder on the freeway and cracked several pieces of plastic in my under carriage. Josh was amazing and helped cut away the plastic and filled my tires up at no charge for his time. Definitely deserves a raise! Highly recommend his service.
