Great place to get your bike fixed. Josh is honest and trustworthy. They don't try and sell you a bunch of unnecessary stuff you don't need, like the dealership. If they tell you it needs replacing then replace it.

I had to lay my bike down last fall due to a driver under the influence rolling through a stop sign in front of My wife and I. Left side gas tank was trashed, but the bike is all original and I wanted to try to keep it that way. Josh and Dawn at the shop are amazing, and the tank as well as my fender look brand new. They did all kinds of clean up work on the tank we didn t even talk about - I was completely surprised and blown away. I ll be taking the work I can t do myself to them moving forward. Awesome shop, stayed in contact with me the whole time and true motorcycle people. Before and after pictures are below...they tell the truth. Recommend them for anything. Thanks for the customer service, and answering all my questions. Look forward to doing business again in the future.

This place literally refuses to touch metric bikes. Confirmed with 2 different reps just to be sure that was the case even though their website says that their services extend to "most makes and models of motorcycles". They basically only do Harleys, so good luck if you're not an SAE owner.

Took my 2007 Big Dog k9 to have some work done. Very knowledgeable about motorcycles. Great friendly service! Very fair priced for the work that was performed. Definitely will take my bike there again if its something I can't fix myself. Thanks for a great experience!!!

This place has done an excellent job. They have rebuilt parts of my motorcycle, replaced tires and repainting my bike. Only 5 stars because I can t give 10.

Great Team to work with! I have been trying to get a trike customized with a 30 inch wheel for a year and a half... Josh had it going within 6 weeks! I am overjoyed and he'll be the only person touching our bikes going forward!

I took my rim and new tire to the Shop and planned on just dropping off to have them mount it next week. I was surprised when they actually squeezed it in today and had me ready to go in less than a half hour! Had a friendly conversation with Dawn while Josh mounted my tire. Super nice people and excellent, reasonable service! I'll definitely use them for my future Harley needs!Service: Tires

I had new tires installed. I was happy with their work. A few days later my valve stem broke while riding. I brought my bike back to them and they replaced the valve stem for free. Over all I'm pretty happy with their service and would go back

The owner is and always has been very professional and helpful with any type of work I have needed done on my quads & dirt bikes never dissatisfied with the quality of work this man puts out he totally bailed me out when I broke the case on my Warior 350 he was able to weld it back together for me thanks agin for all your quality work Josh!!!!

Josh is an absolutely outstanding guy. Goes out of his way to provide great service. It's no wonder why his customers return to him time and time again. He bailed me out of a tight spot and replaced a tube on my bike the day before a big trip earlier this year. Would highly recommend to friends and other riders.

Learned of these guys when my son had work done to his bike. Didn't know much about them, but was willing to take a chance based on their reputation. Could not be happier with the work they've done on my bike, which included everything from powder coating and other cosmetics to installation of a cam, valve springs and push rods. They can do it all, do it well, and most importantly, they stand behind their work. Highly recommend!

Ive had to take my softail there a couple times this year to fix mistakes I ve made and damage from when a car hit me. They are always very welcoming and helpful. I ve never felt price gouged by them. Most importantly the bike always comes back in better working shape and faster then I expect each time. They have even did stellar work on my old KZ. Good local people doing a good local service. 10/10

Josh had so much good information for me. I am a novice bike owner, and had lots of questions and he patiently answered all of them. I feel like The Shop is the right place for me and my bike needs and wants. Great rates and service.

My Harley was getting hot after running for 30min or so. Took it to the Shop and explained what it was doing. The owner said he'd take care of it not to worry. 3 days later my bike was ready. Josh explained to me the problem and why. Great service, fair price.

Didn't even know this place existed, but was looking for someone to mount a tire late on a Saturday. They were able to do it while we waited. Ended up buying a battery while we were there. Walked out having spent just over $100. Very friendly staff, great service, fair prices. Will definitely be back and will recommend!

I have been going to the shop for several years now . Josh and Dawn are good people . I wanted a hand shift for my Bike , no Harley shop around could figure it out . Josh had no problem making one for me . I recommend his shop to all my friends . If you want honesty true value and friendly people go to the shop on linden avenue .

I had some ape hangers and new wheels installed on my 03 dyna by these people. They Did an amazing job! Very reputable and do quality Work. I recommend 10 out of 10. They are friendly people as well!

Was referred to by a friend who s known about this place and people working here for years and have had great experiences with repairs and mods to my road glide. Would highly recommend over Harley Davison shops as he was a fraction of price for same stuff and diagnosed issues Harley Davison shop didn t even see example exterior seals on jugs seeping. Took care of all issues asap and had me on the road when needed. Highly recommended. Have been ridding over 30 years. Delt with many shop and dealerships. No one else will turn a bolt besides me or Josh.

Front wheel bearing and new tire. I worked with a friend for 30 minutes trying to take out the front bearings on the front rim of my 2012 Harly Davidson Road Glide. The bearing was halfway out and would not budge. Also purchased a Tire we were going to change it ourselves also.My friend called *The Shop* one hour from closing. Shure if you can get it here quickly we can take care of it. While we were there hey what about changing the tire sure go get it. Ran to my friend's house 3 miles away. 1. They had the old bearings in my hand before my friend pulled out of the driveway. A well behaving dog sniffed my pants let me pet her briefly and went back to her spot. My friend brought my tire in and the staff was most helpful and pleasant to talk with. Mounted the tire and balanced in no time flat. The bill didn't break the bank. I put the tire and breaks back on my Motorcycle and was riding by 2pm.Without their expert help. I'd still be pounding on the bearing lol. Again thank you. Clayton

New to the Cincinnati area 4 years ago living in Mason and asked other ole' skool bikers like myself who could do Springer front ends, motor and custom work and not scratch the paint and chrome or booger bolts and nuts and was sent to The Shop...family owned, operated...themselves riders, racers, builders, painters and enthusiasts standing behind their services for foreign or domestic brands...my kind of people. Ridn 40 plus years I'm particular about who wrenches my bikes besides myself and have never been disappointed. I always get more than I expect and when promised with personal service a friendly smile and a very reasonable invoice. I could be broke down in a dealership parking lot and still trailer my ride to The Shop. My mechanic in Columbus of 20 plus years is jealous because I recommend The Shop to my boys there. Giv'm a try...they're my only shop in the south western Ohio area.

Great value and awesome staff. I brought my BMW in for brake work. They looked over the bike and replaced the lines. Of course, there are two options with the "Bring More Wallet": BMW parts or affordable parts. The Shop made new stainless brake lines for the front and rear. I'm happy with the turn-around time, how well the bike stops again, and the price. This is "The Shop" I've been looking for.
