Let me start off by saying AMAZING! From the first interaction to the moment I got back in my rig ! Extremely knowledgeable very communicative and very helpful! Now I don t care if I m in Florida or California I will limp my way to Dayton Ohio just to get my truck serviced by these guys ! I ve been to many shops across the USA and by far this is the friendliest shop in the nation there were absolutely no awkward moments all the technicians and personnel were supper supportive made me feel welcome as if I was part of their team! I was amazed at the work and time frame it took to get me in and out the door the prices are by far the best these guys will treat you right and not try to gouge you! Best out there thank you guys for all of your help and hard work! I appreciate you all !

If you are looking for a highly capable and professional auto repair or maintenance facility, don't hesitate. The Service Co. is a top facility.They helped me out with quick service on an older model Gillig bus near end of its service life. While traveling across county, I had some issues with my pickup that needed to be looked at quick. I ended up calling about different 8 places, but the folks at The Service Company were the only ones that could get me in that day. They diagnosed the issues and had me back on the road in about 5 or so hours. The Service Company folks are professionals and are great, helpful people. Thank you all again for the help.

Took my DodgeSprinter Van in 7/28/20223 had a engine problem with it they told us they could work on the mercedes Diesel motor but what they didn't tell us was they don't have the equipment to program the computer on them cost me 253.74 for them to tell me to go to a mercedes dealer if they would of told us up front if its a computer problem or program problem we don't has the equipment to fix it I would of not when there . Up date the service company after talking to me refunded my money they were great to deal with Thanks to all of them

Friendly staff. They quickly determined the reason our lights went out on our RV while towing our Jeep. The pig tail connection to the Jeep needed to be replaced.We couldn t be happier with the service and how quickly they got us in since we were just traveling through.Service: Electrical

Had a wiring issue on my 2004 W900. They were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Got me up and running the following morning very fair on the price. Definitely gonna keep this place in mind if I m in the area or hear of anyone having issues. 10/10 great people, great service.

These guys are great. I run from Colorado weekly. I have a older truck (2000 KW). My truck broke down in Dayton. My fuel lines had deteriorated. I found the shop on Google search. I always look at the company reviews. It helps keep me away from the shady shops. This company had good reviews. I now see why. These guys got me back on the road quickly. And the repair costs were fair. It s hard to find a good shop, that can get you in the shop on short notice. I ve been coming back just about weekly to get the stuff that I need fixed taken care of. I must say with over 16 years as an O/O. I m very happy to have found a shop that s knowledgeable experienced and fairly priced. We have a 32 foot travel trailer. We were heading to Lake Erie to vacation and a wheel bearing on the trailer melted. We were stranded and couldn't get anyone to help us on roadside assistance. I was given their name, called them in tears and they said if you can get it here we'll get you fixed up. We barely got there but they ordered parts, changed the wheel bearing hub, replaced the ruined back brake, pulled all the other tires and greased and checked them. We were back on the road in 4 hours. They were amazing.

I dropped a turbo on my C15 CAT yesterday while passing through Dayton on I-75. Jeremy went above and beyond to personally drive a 60 mile round trip and hand deliver a new turbo that I purchased over the phone from Caterpillar of Troy. He then stayed and assisted me in installing the new turbo as I already had my old one off when he got there. Nobody in the country I travel would offer to do such, much less call back these days! Real Stand-up Gentleman willing to help and provide awsome service without payment. Will not forget you my friend! Thanks a million. If your company is anything close to your representation of it then big things should keep happening.

Jared and the team at The Service Company did an excellent job at diagnosing and repairing a tricky issue on our bus. Highly recommended! Fast, Friendly, Cleanest shop I have ever been in! I couldn't be more pleased with The Service Company. Stranded on I 70 on a Friday and these guys were to us in an hour. Our fix was a little more than could be done on the road.They set up our tow service and they were there in less than an hour also. They made sure we had a place to stay and a had us rolling by noon Saturday. Dale and his team were such a blessing. We will definitely come back when in town for parts or to say Hi. The Fix was expensive but no gouging at this shop! Their pricing was fair.

I brought my box truck in for a quote on a roof repair. It took 2 days just to get an estimate and they charged me $210 just to prepare an estimate. I give them 2 stars only because they recommended a place that was cheaper. I understand charging fee for a diagnosis but for $200 for an estimate/quote is ridiculous. Especially when you don t state it up front.

Jared was a LIFESAVER, he went the extra mile to ensure my warranty company did their part. Outside of doing my PM through Ryder, I don't let anyone see my truck outside of the service company. Larry and Dale are also very helpful. I love this place and they have always done great work for me and my livelihood. The environment is SUPER friendly, welcoming and customer service oriented. On another occasion, they went the extra mile to find my AC compressor which at the time only 1 place in the US had it, these guys found the place and installed it in no time. The Service Company replaced my motorhome airsprings using airsprings I had bought online because they did not have mine in stock. Beware, they promise but they don't deliver. In fact they overcharge to do work they that is not needed because they run down the list changing parts that aren't needed. Whatever they did melted the dpf filter. I had to take to another shop to get fixed correctly. Wasting thousands at this place. I do not recomend.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I wanna Thank them for taking their time by troubleshooting and finding the problem. I was having electrical issues on my rig, took to couple of shops no answer. I have replaced almost every sensor turbo related and other EGR components, and still no progress was not boosting properly. Than i took to them and they inspected it and found corrosion plug for air control valve, they have replaced that plug and started pulling like a champ again besides that they ve worked on other stuff and i am very satisfied with their job. I recommend everyone to trust their equipment to them. They know what they are doing.

Our truck derated near them, they inspected first thing in the morning, like they said they would, got the part and fixed the truck faster that was predicted before and charged less than estimated initially. Awesome group of guys. Had my truck towed in and needed my transmission clutch replaced. They gave a really good quote and quality service. I m a week in now and transmission is shifting great. While waiting a few days for my transmission to be repaired they even gave me a loaner car to get around town in. That s was very hospitable of them. I ll recommend anyone to use their service one of the best shops I ever been to.Service: Transmission

Had my truck for a couple months was throwing parts at it and it made a mess with my insurance company never did figure it out so had to pay them 3700 bucks and have it towed to another company they had it fixed the following day for 2750 bucks I would push my car past this shop they were scammers

I took my truck to these guys for the first time at the beginning of this year. They did excellent work they are very thorough and will tell you all the problems with your truck. I feel they have did the best work out of anyone I ve ever had work on my truck. They seem to have a good attitude about doing their job unlike other shops I ve been to thats treated me like an inconvenience.

Will be my new diesel shop for any repairs. Broke a fuel banjo bolt off into my block and could not get my extractors or anything in there to get it. Terrible spot and room to work. Tried every tool and way i had. Was freaking out thinking i destroyed my motor and i usually do all my own work. Thinking great now will have a tow bill and possibly worst case a new block. Because the powerstroke is a dead head fuel design. Destroyed hole no fuel, Called them on friday and they were out here today monday, i was at work before my dad could even get over here a 20 min drive the tech had extracted the bolt and rehooked extra stuff i asked for in a note. Nothing but professional service and quality. Saved me a tow bill and possibly a motor. For any light diesel to heavy give these guys a call hard to find good honest and trustworthy garages now a days. Kudos to you guys!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Hey I came in on a Monday morning to get my truck looked at. I came all the way from NC and my truck was starting to go down on me. By the afternoon they told me what was wrong. It came out to be my dpf filter& and a few other things. With ordering the parts and everything they had me back on the road by Wednesday afternoon. Great peopl!!! Also they have a vehicle that you can use to get a room and food. I thought that was great . I did not have to pay for a Uber. Thanks again

I've been an O/O for 12 years. I've dealt with numerous service vendors in Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Louisville and Dayton, and The Service Company is at the top of the list. Service was quick, professional, the pre-work estimate was incredibly detailed, and Jeremy kept me in the loop as the work was progressing. I could not have asked for a better experience. Where have these guys been for the last 12 years? They're my new go-to in the Dayton/Cincinnati area. Thank You!
