I had never visited a Take 5 Oil Change before, but I was thoroughly impressed! THIS was the most hassle-free, customer-friendly oil change I've ever experienced. The manager, Kayla, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It was just her and one other technician, who she was actually training at the time, yet we had zero delays and the entire process took less than 15 minutes. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase any additional services, yet she made us fully aware of anything that the car needed, which they were also able to provide. She even gave us an additional discount that was actually a better deal than the coupon we brought with us. All around great service, and I used to work in the oil change industry for years, so I've seen both good and bad work in that particular field.THIS was excellent work.You now have a new customer.

10/10!I got an oil change yesterday. It was quick and painless and the workers did a great job and were very friendly!THEN - I was driving around after the oil change and something on the bottom was making a noise/catching the wind. Nothing else had happened so I went back here to see if something had happened. Apparently my skid plate was missing the slot for a screw and had gotten bent down (not on them at all). They happily fixed it for me at no charge(even though I offered), and still gave me the full experience of washing my windows, giving me a water, offering snacks, etc. I almost cried at how helpful and friendly they were. They deserved 5 stars at my first run there, but now they deserve 10!Added a photo of their prices - don't forget to check online for coupons!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Long story short. Went for oil change. Techs openly admitted they didn't know how to work on my Mazda 3 and YouTubed how to do stuff to my car. They removed my splash guard and didn't properly reinstall causing it to come partially off on the highway/ on my way to work. I had to pull off ON the highway, which is very dangerous and scary and it made me late for work. Thank God I had extra clips to rebolster my plastic guard or I could have caused an accident if it flew off. It really is hard to find good help nowadays. I really wanted this place to be great but ill never go again.

Nathan and Tyler offered great service and did a great job with my oil change. They were kind, efficient, and topped off my windshield wiper fluid and put air in my tires as well. Would definitely recommend!

I SPEAK FOR THOSE UNHEARD JOIN ME IF YOU HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE 9am 4/13/24 cross roads woodman an Dorthy lane NO REVIEW DO NOT SHOP HERR INTERSECTION OF DORTHY LANE AND WOODMAN IN KETTERING OHIO 45420 THEY HAVE CAUSED DAMAGE TO MY NEW CRYSTLER 300 MY Transmission due to then changing my coolant. My car didn t get to a shop for over a month and finally they have me waiting at the office for a rental just to tell me that it was denied 2 weeks later 30 days waiting and daily I drove to this location and asked for help! THE FIRESTONE SHOP HAS GAVE ME THE DiagnosticsAND FOUND THEY WERE AT FAULT. TAKE 5 claims I went over 1,000 miles after the issue which collected exact mileage 1,049 including my trips to the location for assistance. I find that so petty that 49 miles you would deny me. They do not put your best first. They do not train these workers to work on automobiles anyone can get a job here. Save yourself time and money an go somewhere trusted I can t make this up we genuinely go for maintenance on our car and get used and pushed aside. This was a great experience! I generally hate going to any car maintenance place because they always want to find things wrong or tell me what I must have - but these guys were awesome! They were honest and so friendly, I will be back!

I would at least give him a 4 stars but the reason I'm giving one star is because I went and had my windshield wipers replaced plus my oil change and right after I got them replaced the very next time it rained I use them and they no longer work they work that day before I got them changed and now they don't work I've tried to contact them through email through phone all day long since 8:00 this morning and I cannot get a hold of nobody nobody has returned my call nothing all I want is my windshield wipers to work again it looks like they put the wrong size on but I could be wrong if I could just have someone contact me back I wouldn't have wrote a bad review but nobody will even contact me and it's not like I can just run up there I have to get off work just to go back up there I took a day off work just to get the oil now I have to miss work just to get my windshield wipers fixed . As much money as I spent to get everything done it would be nice to be able to call the phone number and actually speak to someone it sounds like it's someone's personal phone and it's the number that's on the invoice so I'm very confused or if someone would email me back that would be nice too.So update do not take your car to this place I went to get my windshield wipers fixed they said yes we probably broke them but I wouldn't know how to fix it take it to a mechanic and see what they say and then come back they didn't offer a refund I asked about a refund because it was not a cheap do you get the oil changed in replace the two windshield wipers didn't care told me to call do not take your car to Tyler on Dorothy Lane take 5. I've never heard of a place breaking things on your car and then not least trying to make it right this is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with word of mouth goes a long way no one in my household will take their cars there to get their oil changed and I will make sure every person I come across that I mentioned this story too life is not cheap these days and I'm a struggling single mom I sat there and listened to him say when they put the windshield wipers on don't throw the old ones away in case it doesn't fit and I should have stopped him then I had a gut feeling and now if it rains I can't use my car because my windshield wipers.they tell you to call the numbers that they give you you cannot get through to anybody save yourself the time and don't go to take 5 save your money. Thank you for not helping me thank you for breaking my windshield wipers thank you for costing me more money.

I was welcomed to the garage with a smile and a bottle of water by Kaylee who figured out what I needed done and got me into the garage to start the oil change within 60 seconds of pulling onto their lot. Then, Tyler worked with me on what oil I should use and got everything taken care of on the money side while Kaylee and Trent got to work immediately on changing the oil.It was a phenomenal experience. All three of the Take 5 Employees I worked with were competent and fun to be around. And I left with a fresh set of oil and oil filter. What more can you ask for!Thanks crew.Service: Oil change

Very overpriced services and they will spam your email and phone number with advertisements.I received an oil change on 2/22/24 at Take 5 in Kettering, Ohio.The employee asked for my email and phone number during the checkout process. Immediately afterwards I have been receiving spam and advertisements from Take 5. The oil change was $120+I will never go here again due to the overpriced services and spam/advertisements the company sends out to their customers.

So pulled up to take 5 with my bf who needed air in his tire. have been waiting 20 minutes to pull into the garage, I know it gets busy but still. The young kid working Tyler decided to go into the bathroom and hit his vape while the other 2 employees worked on the cars. But the other two were decent and helped us lol.

Wow! Customer service, speed, efficiency. I can t compliment enough. Kay-lee and Shaun are TOP NOTCH! The price was higher than expected, $95 for premium oil change. But that s inflation for ya.

They advertised 10 minute oil changes took 45 minutes to do the car in front of me and then 35 minutes for mine what a rip off.. if you need a quick oil change go to Valvoline Instant Oil Change stay far away from here

I've been to a lot of oil change business , but with all honesty I have to say that Take 5 is a very well trained an very nice place to get a great service an a very reasonable an the personal are top notch. Jus a great place to have a vehicle serviced. Thanks folks at Take 5.. we'll be back.....

The the 2 ladies working the shop were very polite and efficient.I was in and out within 10 minutes and confident the job was done correctly.I love the new location and will definitely return!

These people are amazing! They had my car serviced in under 7 min. They also gave my toddler some fruit snacks and a juice. It was so sweet! Wonderful service, friendly faces, we will absolutely be using this place for our cars from now on.

Super convenient not having to get out of the car with the kids. The staff and manager were friendly, precise and even gave the kids some snacks and a drink! Very family friendly, highly Recommend!

I was met with a smile and a bottle of water. I had to wait for the car ahead of me to finish up. I was still in and out just under 30. The ladies check every box of any expectations I may have had. Right down to showing me the dip stick after they had finished. I will be back.

Had the pleasure of having Tyler and Trent take care of not only mynoil chsnge, air filter fluids topped and price match from NY as opposed to competitors within Ohio as well as great customer service a detail step by step of what information needed and issues as they arised!!!!! Will be back for the next visit.

Exceptional customer care, knowledgeable, informative and kind staff. I normally travel 30-minutes away for the same service because of their customer service, however, this location is a few minutes from my home and the service at Take 5 is top tier. Terrible. The two attendants didn t know where the Oil Filter was on my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee and said it couldn t be done unless I went to a body shop to do it. They said it had to be behind the engine.Went to Valvoline right after to get my oil change, they knew exactly where it was. (Top Center under Hood) not underneath.

The only place I go for an oil change. A true veteran friendly company with a terrific crew at this location. The young lady training the crew was top notch!!
