Place doesn t even deserve 1 star. Came here for two tire replacements. At check in I was told 6-9hours wait time just to get into shop, unbelievable. Then after 30-45min later I m called and told everybody infront of me canceled? So I can pull in.. GREAT! I ll be back on the road in no time!! That was foolish of me to think, because apparently to change 2 tires takes HOURS!! Not one word of a lie when I say I sat in the waiting room and seeing the man working on my truck Dancing sitting down to make a lengthy phone call show the other workers tik tok videos . Also coming into waiting room to use the restroom for 45MINS!!!!!! I had my daughters birthday to attend to which I started my day early so I would have hours in advance just so I would make it with plenty of time to spare.. well thanks to the jackass that works in the shop here not only did I miss the party I also missed out on the entire day.. 5 hours to change two tires unbelievable

If you have a break down tow your truck else where it might save you heart ache, unless you just trying to grease your fifth wheel. Took me 28 hrs to get in the shop and i was next in line the whole 28hrs and then to have the mechanic look at my truck and said he has no clue what is wrong with it and that he cant work on it, bunch jokesters. Had to tow my truck off site and it was fixed in literally 10 mins at the shop i brought it to.

Don t ever come here. I checked in at 3 pm. It s 8 pm I m still not in the shop yet. I came for 2 steer tires. Every time I walk in they give me a different story. 1 hour then 3 hours. After 4 hours I asked again. At this point they told me I was no longer welcomed here and needed to leave or they will call the police. This place needs some employee house keeping. In other words fire the people that are not working and hire better employees. A lot of people need jobs these guys don t.

Called for a welfare check on a driver we couldn't reach and was told by the tire shop that they didn't have time to help and to call the front desk, the front desk just said "no".... for all we know we have a driver dead or missing and the staff can't be bothered to go knock on a door.

Avoid this shop if possible reviews are all true they have two mechanics they not on road call I m just getting a Dot inspection..got here 930pm the night before still here next morning 10am no trucks in bay (avoid avoid)

Can't give zero stars or I would have ... called on Friday to see if I could get a PM done on Saturday ... called before I left on Saturday they said they weren't busy ... show up on Saturday about 1 ... they said I had a few in front of me ... get a call at 530 they can't do it today come back at 7 on Sunday ... arrived at 7 am Sunday ... you can't park there ... I'm here for an oil change ... probably won't happen today I was told ... never come here for service ... there is none

Waited over 3 hr for a tire repair with one truck in front of me. The worker was standing around not being productive the mangers where trying to get them to work with no preval. They did add some extra points and shows to my loves card for the inconvenience

Rude and incompetent.I walked in the office and the guy was out in the shop on his phone spending time, so I walked around into the bay to talk to him, guy was a unnecessary dbag. Changed his tone very quickly with my not so friendly reaction to his lack of professionalism.Besides that, I sat for 2 hours waiting all for them to call me one hour before closing time claiming they couldn t change my tire because they have to clean up.Overall, don t waste your time at this place.

Everyone in the office was completely inappropriate. Usually, it doesn't bother me being a truck driver. However, it shocked me how unprofessional most of the staff was with customers in the lobby. Plus, it took 5 hours (in the bay) to fix a punctured tire and an abs light.

My hub seal was leaking pretty badly. Got here early morning before the mechanic and they said they arrive at 730am. Told me to park and they would call. I got into a parking spot and didn't even get my trailer dropped yet and they called me to come around. They had me done very quickly. It took 30 min from time I unhooked my trailer to the time I was hooked by back up to it. The guys were very respectful and friendly to me. It was seriously the best experience I have had at a shop. Thank you all for your quick repair time and respectful attitude towards women. You seriously made my day.will definitely be back if I need a repair while in the area.

The customer service is horrible. Kameron is very rude and has no respect for driver. The other employees just kinda follow his lead.

Mechanics here are idiots. Will have you waiting for hours even after approval to work on your truck. Been here 3 days & they've managed to order wrong parts, not check their work after completing it. It's a mess this place. Avoid if you can

They will put you aside if someone on the road need a mechanic. Sure thing, right? More money on the road. Why would they care about you? Do not come here if you have another option. Avoid!

What a bunch of lazy workers. We had a coolant leak, which they couldn't even pinpoint where it was. First they said it could be the thermostat and didn't even bother checking other possibilities. Wasted 5 days and $500 dollars only to break down after a couple of miles and end up replacing a water pump on the road.

Well when I got there and I checked in they had four of their technicians just sitting in the lobby on their phones said it'd be just a little bit when I sit there for 3 hours no truck come in or out of any of the bay so I don't know what was going on but then when they went to go change the tire they I guess they were scared or something they didn't want to do it they come up with us so I tried to hit him with the door I guess that's just an excuse so they ain't got to do no work

Checked in for PM services, and they put me on waiting for 4 hour and when they pulled my truck in for service they told me that they don t have filters for it. Just a bunch of idiots working there.

Absolutely horrible. Work ethic at loves/speedco sucks! They said they'd call soon because they don't have anything going on. 2 hrs later I go check. No trucks in the bays and they just standing there talking. So inconsiderate! We need to get our sleep so we can get on the road safely! Fu guys. I'll do it myself when I get home.

These workers here don't do anything, I waited at the gate for maintenance at 1:30 and in the end I had to leave without doing it. They get paid to talk, not to work. 7 workers here for fun

I would fire these guys on the spot! Just collecting hourly until the next shift comes in. 7 trucks waiting to get worked on. Bays empty. They just standing there talking. I was next in line 3 hrs ago. Take pride in your job and show some respect to the drivers you service!

After one hour I find out there not going to service my truck they claimed they don't have any oil filter for a series 60 l called the next morning and they had plenty i guess they didn't want to work the night before sorry sorry place go to the TA better service
