Winter 2024: My vehicle had a terrible oil leak and I knew just who to call. Smith s Auto Repair diagnosed the problem and replaced the engine valve cover gasket set, and the ignition engine oil pressure switch. They also cleaned the engine which was an oily mess. Once again, I am a satisfied customer. Thanks Daniel & Crew for repairing my old vehicle, making it run like new again. You re the best!Summer 2021: My vehicle constantly stalled. The throttle body was dirty, needing to be cleaned because that condition was restricting airflow to the engine. Also had a hole in the radiator and a coolant leak issue. They did an excellent job. My aging vehicle runs like new again. Thanks Smith s Auto Repair. I totally recommend them.

Had flat tire repaired here. Great service, very friendly, good pricing. Even put my spare and jack parts back in the trunk. Highly recommend.

Went to have my alternator replaced, I was a automotive mechanic for 30 years but due to spending the last 8 months in cancer treatment I was unable to fix it myself, so I took it to Smith's..I had priced the alternator (127$) myself and looked at book time for the job (.8hrs) before taking it to them on a recommendation..they charged me almost 275$ for the alternator and almost 200$ labor....NEVER AGAIN..I understanding people need to make a profit but this was ridiculous. I talked about it with them and they lowered the price 60$.

Condescending, sarcastic, and disrespectful. If this is how you like people to work with - it's perfect. Really made it clear they didn't care if they had my business or not. The work accomplished sadly is "shoddy".

I ve been taking my car here for little over 3 years now, and I can honestly say it s been the best experience! They do great work at reasonable prices & Great at getting scheduled. I definitely recommend you bring you car here!!

We are Srs. On a fixed income and feel advantage is often taken. However, Smith s was not only fair to us and gave an estimate before starting the work, but they also completed all repairs in a timely manner. Been going there for almost a year now. He's all about business and does exactly what he says never trying to sell you something extra you don't need so the price he gives is what you pay. He and his mechanic are very knowledgeable and explain things so you can understand. Been a pleasure and highly recommend them.

The pricing was less than I expected. The service and quality of work were top notch. If you ever get stranded on the highway near Dayton, have them take your car to Smith's Auto Repair.My fuel pump was on its last leg and after stalling 20 times on the highway, I had to pull over in Dayton while driving home to Maryland. I got a room and drove my car to Smith's Auto Repair. They were honest and got the job done in less than 24 hours, [Fuel Pump and Filter were inside tank] They dropped me off and picked me up at the motel. I can't say enough about this place. My car made it all the way home with no problems. Thank you Smith's Auto.

Really nice people work here. I found them on the Internet and by driving past several times and I always see cars in the lot so I figured he must do good business. I got an estimate for my Jeep in a matter of minutes of course had I known I wouldn't have left I would have waited but the guy was super nice and I will be back.

Very honest & reputable business. Only had a minor issue which took a half-hour of work. They were honest with the time and did not pad the labor. Would definitely recommend.

They were straight up with me. I took my truck to 2 different places and they couldn t help me. Smith s told me what I needed and how long it would take. I highly recommend them for any repair work !

I actually stopped in to see if I could get work done that day and I couldn t but that wasn t really my issue with the visit. I walked in and there was a gentleman standing there and he looked at me head to toe, turned back around for a second then turned back around and did the same thing which made me feel uncomfortable so I spoke to him to see what he wanted, it was louder than I normally speak I must admit but it did get the attention of the 2 people behind the desk and someone finally asked me what I wanted. He wasn t very friendly and after I found out I couldn t get my work done that day I left. Just bad vibes I actually took time to find you guys and I m sure you do good work and I m actually sorry about giving you guys 1 The guy in front of me I m sure didn t work there and he was more of the problem than anything.

The work was done in a timely manner and Daniel the owner was very professional and courteous and the prices were very reasonable. I would recommend this auto shop and will be going back when I need to have more work done.

I've known Daniel for years and have been taking my vehicles to him since I met him, he does great work at reasonable prices plus he has the certified car care guarantee so no matter what state your in if something was to fail it will still be fixed free of charge as long as it's still under warranty
