why do i have to call vietnam and talk to someone who cant speak english to get an appointment. I couldnt understand a word she said.

Not very impressed to say the least. See if they still have my tires in store after they sat at the store since the 28th of June. Spent two weeks calling. No answer btw!! To see if they tires were in, ordered online. Installation kit came in the same day as the tires apparently. The store didn't follow up, just sat. Tried to get them installed on the car after I went to find out if they were delivered. No go on installation and warranty voided if taken somewhere else to be put on! BS and need improvement!!

Got to sams club to shop noticed I had a piece of steel in my tire which was losing air quickly I went to the tire desk asked if they could fix my tire the mechanic whose name was Billy immediately took my truck in and fixed my tire by removing it taking it off the rim repairing it and replacing it very efficiently even though it was Sunday afternoon and very cold excellent job and your fast efficient service well done Billy

The reason they got a three-star is because they have no door for you to enter automotives when you park on the side you got to walk all the way around the front it's kind of ridiculous it was pouring down rain snow whatever for a customer to have to walk that far and two there's no Bell or anything to ding when you need help up front at the tire shop other than that they always seem to do a good job for me

They were awesome we had gotten a flat on our way to them and they we about to close. They stayed open until we got there and replaced all 4 tires.

The guys in the tire department are great. They go out of their way to help me, with finding the right tires for my truck.

Levi is amazing! I think it's a little difficult to keep things running smoothly with all very thing that's going on but they are doing well.
